There was no help offered. I even tried to utilize the property with a different business model and was turned down because the property would have to be rezoned. Within 2 years I defaulted on the loan. They auctioned off an $800,000.00 piece of property for $362,000.00 instead of putting it on the market to possibly get a much better price. My home(which was paid for) was also collateral. They foreclosed on my home and actually declined offers from my family members to purchase the home for a fair price. I have worked hard all my life and served my country in the US Army. So much for my American dream. I lost everything. Beware!!!! They have no empathy or desire to do what's right for their customers. Shameful way to do business.

I am currently driving one hour from my mountain home right now to open a bank account at a REAL institution so I can transfer that money out of their hands.. which they have no problem doing all at once, it's only when it helped me that it became a problem. Yet, you keep Seth? Arrogant and cocky does not know banking and tells customers the wrong information and I even have it written down what he said! Seth ... shame on you! To daringly hold my 401k rollover check in your fingers daring to ask me if I still want it to be deposited! You should not give anyone financial advice as you are not competent whatsoever and to call out and the branch has no one else to assist? What? A poor excuse to call out and you do not look professional to handle large accounts and you are not investment savvy and to speak to me as to put me on a budget or allowance.....you are clueless! Mind your own manners and stop being disrespectful to account holders. As an account holder, you have lost my investment accounts and I will close the remainder of them based on the interactions this year.
