Friendly and helpful - you could not ask for anything more. We opened the account quite easily. The tellers, there were 2, were so friendly. It was great to see their smiling faces. The machine kept my money. The Credit Union has to follow there procedure of going to the ATM and physically counting the money which would take up to 48 hours. So now I have no money, no credit and all they did was say they were sorry. So much for that great SECU customer service. Lesson learned - NEVER PUT CASH IN AN ATM!!

However, this ATM lets you choose how you want your currency broken down which is super convenient for me since I like to tip salons etc with cash instead of card. No more $20's that I'm looking to break and get change for etc etc. I can choose between 1, 5, 20's and that is a wonderful thing. The only other BoFa ATM that offers $10's is over by Morrisville, so this location in Holly Springs is quick and easy for me.

I received my mortgage through this bank and no one told they would or could sell my mortgage. 2 weeks after getting my mortgage it was sold to a high pressure poor service company called Freedom mortgage. They are constantly trying to sell me things or get me to refinance my mortgage. It's even hard to make a payment to them. I even have their app on my phone to pay but have run through 10 minutes sales pitches to pay my bill. I can't even imagine what would ever happen if I was late. I came to First Citizens to do business with a home town bank and got tricked. Needless to say I took my business down the street to a credit union. Take care.
