They said the cashiers check was made for a future date and they can't process checks early because their systems wouldn't allow it. It's my choice and my credit if I decide it's not the right choice for me your job is to simply take me off the loan not try to be funny and say did someone make you sign it or make me feel like I shouldn't be in the room when i simply want clarity. Anything dealing with another person's information I'd be glad to walk out and allow y'all to continue doing what you're doing but the customer service dealing with me simply wanting clarity had me hot! I wasn't disrespectful nor did I get loud or use foul language so why was I treated like I had no place there??? You don't know anyone's personal life or what goes on even if someone says something that's one sided there's always 2 sides to a story. Me wanting to not be associated with another persons loan was a deeper meaning, You're not a therapist you're a loan officer do your job!!!!

Have you ever heard of a bank where accounts cannot be found by your credit cards, and when you try…read moreto pay your bills it says account is closed? Hard to believe but thats what happened to me at PNC. My direct Deposit works ok, debit card's ok, but when I want to pay credit card with checking account, or school fee with the checking account, it does not work. I started wuth PNC when I was in Pittsburgh (its in every corner there) and continued to use it after my move to Raleigh. And this problem started a year ago. Argues with my credit card company thinking that its their fault, only to find other places showing the same error. And yes, I always had more than enough money for transactions. I called the branch, talked with a banker, said he would look into it and get back, never got back. Out of desperation, went to the bank physically, talked with a senior banker, said she would get back, nothing Hard to believe, but it happened. Utter fail as a bank. tomorrow, will be closing my account and moving to a new bank.

*copied from my Google review*…read more Went in this branch in March to get information to open a special account. As a former banker, I knew exactly what to say to ensure that they could accommodate my needs for this acct and rep contacted legal office. Now after special paperwork was created for Wells Fargo (only) they are saying they can't help and won't do anything to correct their mistake even though the WF escalation department said it was up to this branches discretion. The Manager Siri (Suri?/ she never gave me her business card) said she would follow up and never did. I was told my escalation case was not updated (notes) and she never contacted back office to help as she told me she would last week 8/14. Yesterday I had to go over everything that happened with the back office as though they had no idea which is surprising, but at this point, I think everyone's just pointing fingers. Just wanted to write a review to be very aware of the incompetence of this particular branch and the rep Edwin(who also made inappropriate comments to me) I personally feel they don't want to help because they are inexperienced in the account that is needed. I'm only writing a review because I think it is pretty unprofessional for a branch manager to not try and take ownership of their employees mistakes other than tell me that they will "coach" their team. Updated review today is September 7, 2025 . We went back-and-forth with your executive office and no resolution has been made, but that Wells Fargo was sorry . Again, they're saying that it's the "branches discretion" at Fuquay Varina to accept the check that they told me they would originally take that one of their advisors Stephen D. Who called the legal department March 10 at 1 PM-1:30 pm. I was told that they could review the calls, but somehow they're saying they can't get those phone calls or any other of the phone calls that even remotely would back up what I was told . The check is for a minor (initials) and MY FULL NAME as parent with court papers that prove her name by an OFFICIAL NY JUDGE please tell me how this check could come back. I've been in banking long enough to know these people incompetent and do not know how to open big boy accounts so I would advise you not to go to this branch.!! Especially since none of them seem to know how to treat customer! I will say Isaac in the back office was extremely pleasant, but he was just the middleman and no one did anything to help and please --you're telling me that not one phone call was able to be pulled ?

The only reason there are any stars at all is because the tellers are very friendly. The service…read morehere is SUPER SLOW!!!! There are plenty of workers walking around this branch towards the end of the day and only 1-2 people working as tellers. This is ridiculous considering the line is almost out the door. Again the tellers are very friendly and helpful but I'm not sure if it they're network or old computers but IT TAKES FOREVER to get any type of transactions done inside the branch. If you can go to a different branch please consider doing so. Today is my 2nd time in this branch in the last 2 days and it's almost 15-20mins before they call for the next customer in line each day I've walked in.

Update 2025: This…read morelocation used to be good and helpful but this past year has taken 180 degree and little faith. Not sure what happened with the Manager, Mark, but sadly turnover with staff. Yet, you keep Seth? Arrogant and cocky does not know banking and tells customers the wrong information and I even have it written down what he said! Seth ... shame on you! To daringly hold my 401k rollover check in your fingers daring to ask me if I still want it to be deposited! You should not give anyone financial advice as you are not competent whatsoever and to call out and the branch has no one else to assist? What? A poor excuse to call out and you do not look professional to handle large accounts and you are not investment savvy and to speak to me as to put me on a budget or allowance.....you are clueless! Mind your own manners and stop being disrespectful to account holders. As an account holder, you have lost my investment accounts and I will close the remainder of them based on the interactions this year. Next person that needs a personality makeover for customer service is Michelle. She is useless and my time is valuable, yet she spoke to me with blatant disregard and no respect. Fortunately NFCU 800# is helpful and aware of serious account services mismanagement at this local branch. I avoid whenever possible. I still have another bank so I can still manage liquidity. There are a very slim handful of helpful tellers. I do agree that staffing and coverage should be better. Whoever determines NFCU interest rates are terrible as I had to transfer investments to other banks offering greater than 5% interest when they change rates at the drop of a hat! The government has kept rates consistent only recently dropping .25%....I cannot wait to have my account make money with another firm!!!
