I can honestly say that I have been extremely impressed by the Professionalism of both Dr K and his staff. Everyone is always friendly and they go above and beyond what's expected of them. Karina is always willing to go the extra mile and Cathy is just as sweet as can be. All of the staff is courteous and wait times are always minimal. The office and patient rooms are always clean and well maintained and most visits are quick as the staff is very efficient and always on task. My boys love Dr K. While they see so many patients here, the experience for my child feels impersonal for this reason. The pediatrician doesn't seem to have the time or patience to handle the newborns in a way that feels like they care for my child the way I've had other pediatricians look after my older kids. They take our current insurance and they are in a good location.. but, I'm unsure if I will remain here with my child.

When he went to check my 4 month old baby's ears he grabbed her by her temples and forcefully moved her head to her side when my daughter is very easy going and honestly could've just asked me to help move her head to the side. I really liked a couple of the Nurse Practitioners there, but they all move around a lot & we never knew who we were gonna see. The WORST part of this office is the WAIT! We always wait for hours, between the waiting room then in the actual room.. not to mention the rooms are FAR from baby safe, outlets open & wires hanging out, no baby locks on the cabinets with sharp medical supplies inside. Which of course my curious toddler is getting into the whole hours we're having to wait.

Now that the office is busier, I often can not get the kids in when they are sick -just sent to urgent care or Er ( I wasnt trying to pay high deductible and co insurance for these places). If we arebt sent to urgent/er for non emergency issues, then the wait for an appointment is usually 3 days or more. Routine physicals are at least a month wait ( make appointment in advance and keep it)! Receptionist needs more training on triage.
