I can honestly say that I have been extremely impressed by the Professionalism of both Dr K and his staff. Everyone is always friendly and they go above and beyond what's expected of them. Karina is always willing to go the extra mile and Cathy is just as sweet as can be. All of the staff is courteous and wait times are always minimal. The office and patient rooms are always clean and well maintained and most visits are quick as the staff is very efficient and always on task. My boys love Dr K. I felt like my questions were bothering him. He provided basic medical advice I could've followed myself at home. When he went to check my 4 month old baby's ears he grabbed her by her temples and forcefully moved her head to her side when my daughter is very easy going and honestly could've just asked me to help move her head to the side. We were originally scheduled at the Celebration location, but our appointment was canceled with less than an hour's notice, forcing us to return home to Davenport by Uber and then arrange transportation to the St. Cloud location. After traveling between Nemours locations for approximately an hour with a sick infant, we arrived about 15 minutes late. Despite explaining the circumstances and my baby's symptoms, we were denied care without any apparent attempt to assess his condition or offer an alternative solution. I was told that the doctors were about to close for lunch at noon and therefore would not see him. Refusing to evaluate a symptomatic infant who had low blood pressure and vomiting after the family was already inconvenienced by a last-minute cancellation raises serious concerns about patient safety, continuity of care, and whether appropriate accommodations were made for a medically vulnerable child. I hope Nemours reviews this incident thoroughly and examines its policies regarding sick pediatric patients who experience delays caused, at least in part, by scheduling changes within its own system.

Now that the office is busier, I often can not get the kids in when they are sick -just sent to urgent care or Er ( I wasnt trying to pay high deductible and co insurance for these places). If we arebt sent to urgent/er for non emergency issues, then the wait for an appointment is usually 3 days or more.
