The office works well in bringing patients in and out quick enough half the time. I have waited half an hour past my child's appointment time before being called back to wait a bit longer in another waiting room and no one on staff mentioned the delay. While they see so many patients here, the experience for my child feels impersonal for this reason. The pediatrician doesn't seem to have the time or patience to handle the newborns in a way that feels like they care for my child the way I've had other pediatricians look after my older kids. I have never had an issue with this office. The staff is very helpful and nice and I've always seen Dr Modi and she's amazing. Today though we went in without a scheduled appointment and we saw a different doctor and he was horrible. Sanjay Mehra had no interest whatsoever in what I was telling him about my daughter. I felt like my questions were bothering him. He provided basic medical advice I could've followed myself at home. When he went to check my 4 month old baby's ears he grabbed her by her temples and forcefully moved her head to her side when my daughter is very easy going and honestly could've just asked me to help move her head to the side. No form of empathy or care towards patients. I feel so stupid for not telling him something in the moment and advocating for my daughter right then and there. I never thought I would have to write something like this, but I'm doing it because, as a mother, I am deeply hurt by what was done to my daughter in this medical office. My little girl, who has been a patient here since the day we arrived in this country, was removed from the active patient list simply because she missed one annual check-up... even though she was perfectly healthy. For that single reason, they shut the door on her at the very moment she needed medical care the most. What shocked me the most is that the staff justified their decision by saying it was "protocol." It is unbelievable that an internal protocol could matter more than the well-being of a child. A clinic is supposed to care for people--not push them away. The idea that a rule was prioritized over a young girl's health is something I never imagined experiencing. As a mother, watching my daughter lose access to her own doctor--the same doctor who has cared for her since we arrived--was devastating. Not only were we denied help, but we were made to feel like my daughter's health wasn't important enough to make an exception, to listen, or to show even a minimum of compassion. I'm writing this review hoping the doctor, the owner of this clinic, will read it and understand that behind every "protocol" there are children, families, and human beings who trust you. I took my kids to Dr. Mehra's office since 2010,but now I am very disappointed. This office used to be excellent, but it has gone downhill. The manager, Viviana, is rude to patients, and there are many bad reviews about her online. I feel nothing is being done about it. I asked for a letter for my daughter's IEP. She has fibromyalgia and has been homeschooled because of her pain. We are now having her pain investigated with an orthopedist who ordered an MRI, and we were ready to start her back in school in person. I needed the letter quickly for a school meeting. Viviana insisted I should get it from the rheumatologist, but I explained they had no appointments soon and I needed help now. That day, a female doctor covering for Dr. Mehra agreed to prepare the letter she was very nice and told me to give it a week that she was gonna ask the office manager Viviana to prepare, but Viviana still refused. She argued with me, said the doctor was wrong, and even told me that when Dr. Mehra once wrote a letter for my son with autism, it was only because "he did it himself" -- and if it had been up to her, she would never have done it. I then asked for an appointment with Dr. Mehra to explain the situation, but Viviana told me he refused to see my daughter. I requested that he call me instead, but he never did. The worst experience I've ever had. The manager in charge Viviana or Vivian controls the whole Ratched Ness that's in that office and the doctor in charge tends to turn a blind eye to it. This is the perfect Pediatric Office! It is bursting with condescending, unhelpful staff and boasts the worst customer service this side of the Mississippi. Don't bother calling ahead to set an appointment as the dialup era website clearly states walk-ins are accepted. Also calling the location is ultimately futile regardless of the number of times you call and leave detailed messages on a literal tape recorder, you will get no return calls and all messages will be ignored. When arriving with an infant in need of care be prepared to have your patience tried as you will need to explain what it is you are there to accomplish multiple times, to multiple "professionals". These "care givers" will then talk down to you and explain in condescending tones that they can't help you and that you should have call ahead to set an appointment. Expect this "nurse" to causally shrug her shoulders in contempt to your child's needs cause it's just not her problem. This same "person" will then immediately talk down to you and demand why you won't accept her horrendous customer service. Be ready to learn that not all Pedestrians are interested in the wellbeing of your baby girl, and that if you leave and simply call up Celebration Pediatrics they will be more than happy to help you. P.s. Thank you "Loop Pediatrics" you showed me your true rotten colors in under an hour and I will now be a life long proponent of your failure. My poor baby was so sick I asked for some cough medicine to be sent in and the ladies kept putting my phone call off they have a vendetta against me and ignore my calls on purpose. My little boy had to suffer the lady said she sent the cough medicine in and lied! I went to the pharmacy rushing to get the medicine and nothing was there ! She never sent it! Doctors are awesome but unfortunately there is a lady at the front desk who's name starts with a V that runs the show and hopefully your not on her bad list. I loved dr. Sanjay Mehra and went there for a while, but after my last experience with Ms. V I couldn't do it. She used to do the referrals and she even told me to not bother doing the paper work for a physical therapist bc insurance doesnt cover tippy toe walking its not a medical issue. Btw it was covered and it was an issue. She refused to give me an appointment for my kids to get a flu shot with my main doctor and made me wait 2 weeks with someone I didn't know. My preferred doctor was not on vacation. She also would charge me a co pay when my out of pocket maximum was met, even on her records. She claimed bc I had money left toward deductible. If you know proper billing procedures co pays are related to out of pocket maximums not deductible, deductible is for a lab test or procedure. Also, I asked if she could ask the doctor if I could just get a flushot with a nurse bc all their records were up to date. She refused to ask and flat out said No. I really hope you see this review ms. V I'm not putting out your full name due to privacy, but you should not have grudges against clients, its not professional and it ruins the buisness for the doctors. I have no complaint to the doctors, I wish I could go back, but I can't as long as she is there conducting buisness in that manner. read more

I wish I could of given them a better review because I did like the dr but they have had too many incidences in short amount of a time. My son was sick and they sent out some labs, The nurse didn't properly fill out the paperwork so I never got any results or notification that they were unable to determine the results. I also got a humidifier from them and I got a call the next day telling me to bring it back because that's not the one my insurance covered. I also don't like that they don't put the newborns inside of a room while waiting but in their defense they do have a lot of patience. The employees were all nice and the building looks very nice but I think they definitely have some work to do. They have a attitude if you have a question and sit on the phones and have kids and family members in the front desk with them and the front desk staff are not giving the patients who are standing upfront waiting any mind. I've been waiting until my son was at least one to give a full year review of their office. I was brought to this office by the staff at Winnie Palmer. My first few appointments I waiting over an hour to be seen. Mind you, I had a NEWBORN. What really drew my attention was the fact they had no room, nor offered any room, for me to nurse my son. Dr. Mehra is a wonderful doctor who is extremely smart in pediatrics. Unfortunately, he is very serious and not very charismatic towards the children or parents. As my son got older, I realized he had nowhere to keep busy (such as an activity room or anything of the sort). I, and several parents, had to keep our kids in our lap so they wouldn't be all over the place. The staff is not very friendly, maybe one of two nurses. What really bothered me as of recently, was that I had no idea when I should book his next appointment. I finally called and they said he was suppose to have had shots a few weeks back. No one bothered to call, email, or text that my son should be seen. When I asked, they said they told me last visit, which was over three months ago. I will be finding a new doctor with all the amenities and qualities I'd like in a pediatrician. I do no recommend this office. read more
