My foot was badly cut at this establishment, I contacted the owner to just pay the medical bill for sutures medication, discoloration from doctor visits. Not even the fact I could not do anything in water period on Friday our vacation. I hopped around the whole trip. Fast forward call him and first he hangs up. Then pretended he didn't know, well they charged us anyway after butchering my foot. Glad I recorded it, stay away! They are dishonest and negligent with customers. How can you not remember blood all over your business. Really!!! Then he yells about his attorney and his employee was contracted. Well you hold the insurance. I swipe my cards that read your business. I'll see you in court! :( read more

Unfortunately I did not receive a good pedicure for the price. The lady didn't even file my toes to become smooth and the polish was messed up/ smeared when I left - I had to go buy my own to match - I was not going to go back there - not worth it - disappointed read more

I just wanted to take a min out of my day to write a good review (for once lol) to the salon that deserves it most!! I grew up out here in Vegas and have tried sooo many different nail salons until I found this one! Not only do they have sooo many selections for gel and regular polish but the artists at first choice really stay up to date on the latest nail trends and that's something I've always loved about this place! Never too much explaining, always a perfect job done!! I recommend first choice 10/10 & they also do all the extra stuff like eye lash extensions etc.. first stop shop for glam ladies!!! P.s. Bryan, especially, has always gone above and beyond to make me feel extremely accommodated!! Thanks always guys!! read more

Every time I try to come here give them benefit of the doubt I'm always having to school somebody on how to do my nails do you not know how to lay acrylic and not get underneath the tip do you not know how to make them the same with the same thickness do you not know how to glue the fingernail on and I have to go behind you and even them out because you are calling them crooked $80 later what a waste of time it is so awful I can't even believe they have certain people working there that can't do something so simple it's awesome now I'm gonna go home and I'll post before and after photos to show you how is fingernail should look read more

Once again Bryan came through and fit me in. Since finding him I'm now spoiled. I always get good conversation and jokes while getting great nails. Totally recommend, but don't take my appt times read more

First time and last choice - gel pedicure for $50 is surprising in my book. First they tell me 25 for regular pedicure then at check out charge me $30. They then tell me I have acrylic on my toes, which is not true because I reached down and peeled the gel off... read more

Came in again for another visit. This time I had Tony. He is the FASTEST manicurist I've ever encountered! He did my fill with perfection, I kid you not in 25 mins!!My mouth was WIDE open in a good way! If you're in a rush book with Tony and if you're not, still book with him. He's truly amazing and you won't be disappointed!! Thanks Tony!! See you next time when I come back to Vegas read more

Very unprofessional First time coming here Didn't sanitize tools I got the $40 special that includes orange scrubs, massage and a whole lot of things I didn't even get the complete service she just put my feet to soak scrubbed them a little whipped it off with a wet towel and painted my toes This lady was hurting me while I was getting my pedicure And when it was time to get my manicure she asked me if I wanted gel and I said no and she got mad and she said if you don't get gel then it not going to look nice on your nails and it's not going to look nice if you don't get a full set and she kept insisting until I said yes to out gel she just put foil on my nails and left me there sitting and just told me okay My customer is here and left me there for 40 minutes and no one cared to finish up with me. And when I was fed up and ready to leave the guy got mad because I didn't want it no more and started having attitude Never coming back there again read more

Doesn't always "nail" it every time. We have been to this nail salon a few times and it can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are friendly and thorough and other times...well, not so much. I don't understand how one time you feel like you got such a great pedicure and the next time you feel like they just went through the motions and you just got a polish change. Hmmm. They did, however, just get brand new foot spa chairs that are really nice! The place is pretty clean and bright. They usually have plenty of staff on so walking in is always easy without an appointment. Overall it is a decent nail salon in the Henderson area. First choice is a solid second or third choice for me! read more

not my first choice!!!!!!!they are so rude and only the men's where good and nice. My nails came off 1 week after.

My name is Joy and I have been going to First Choice for 8 years now. I followed a nail tech name Ivy from another location to here. When she left I started getting services from Pha, but due to COVID Pha played it safe to stay at home with her young boys and I understand. I miss Pha because she knew how to do my nails without all the filing and drilling which makes me cringe. But I am happy to say Mae is my 2nd choice now. My nails last until my next visit without any chipping or snagging. Also, the week b4 Christmas I lost $80, the owner reviewed their camera and saw that I dropped it and called me. I First Choice Nails and I just gave you a reason to them!!! read more

This place does not respect the customer with nail appointments. This is the 4 th time that i made an appointment only to be told, 'YOU WAIT' 45 minutes. There is a nail shop on every corner. They do not respect my time, so the hell with them. They are nothing special. I see people complaining about the work, every time that i have been in the place. read more

Pros- will accommodate small requests Cons - Unhygienic, False promises, Don't have colors that they have in their display, Will try to sell you other things As soon as I came in - The place looks clean. They had me pick out a color. They have a lot of different types of posko ab and dips but I did not see a lot of variety in the regular nail polish section. They had me sit down for my pedicure. Absolutely no distancing happening at all. I was asked to sit between two people already getting a pedicure. When I asked to be seated away from people I was told that someone was coming for the other 4 seats but was taken to another seat and seated there. There was one person next to me but not on the other side. That was better I guess. They then brought an extra barrier next to me. I called the day before my appointment to make sure that they had someone that does gel sculpting. They assured me that everyone one here does and told me to just come in. I specifically asked them to assign me to someone who knew how to do it and was told that they would do that. In hind sight I should have known that was a lie when the guy in the phone would not tell me how much it cost despite me asking and just kept say "come in, we do it everyday." When I came in I was told that no one here does that and that I have to get tips. I had told them when I called that I did not want Ant tips because they look too thick. I was told in the salon that I should get tips with gel dip powder and that they could make it look thin and natural. That was not true. It looks super thick and fake and just like when I get gel extensions, which is specifically what I did not want. On top of the nails were not shaped properly even after asking them to fix them. Each tech has a nail care set they use for all of their customers. They do not open a sterilized new set each time. Not only that, the tech that was doing my nails was using the same tools to cut her own cuticles while I was being told about the gel dip powders. Half way through having my nails done they had me go to another technician because the lady that was initially doing my nails had an appointment that showed up right then. I made the appointment for my gel mani and a pedi a week in advance. They should have known how long it might take and should have assigned someone to me who had the time to finish what she started. read more

I've been here before to do acrylic on my toes and I've never had an issue. Today one of the girls put acrylic on my toes just as they were lengthed and shaped, she did not add a little more acrylic or made them nice and square like usual. When I asked if she can make them longer she said I never told her I wanted them with length. How does that even make sense to ask for acrylic with no length added??? OBVIOUSLY if you ask for acrylic it's to add length to nails. I was passed on to a guy named Tam who was rude and rough while fixing the acrylic. He had an attitude, chuckled and asked "are you serious" when I said I didn't think the length was long enough before he began the fixing. When I asked for his name to write this review he questioned why I needed his name and was offended when I told him I was writing a review on this place and his behavior. I told him he was rude and he said I was being rude and denied his behavior or saying the things he had said. I told him that that's not how you speak or treat customers. Horrible experience, may I add that they weren't even busy so no reason to rush or have an attitude. If I could I'd give no stars, not the 1 I had to pick for this posting. Beware of Tams attitude read more

Eh, is how I feel about this place. I will not go here again, that's for sure. I stopped by one afternoon after work, walked in and was seated immediately with no appointment, which is awesome. My gel manicure was done in 30 minutes, also awesome. Now for the negative: the technician made me bleed during the cuticle trimming...never a good sign. She also put the gel on so thick, It started peeling within 5 days, and I had to go get another manicure (somewhere else, of course). I wasn't offered any refreshments...not a huge deal, but shows their lack of customer service. They definitely need to step it up... read more

I came in 1/4/23 to get my nails done for my birthday. Upon entry service was friendly and quick to be seated and started. Lei-Lei explained and took time with my services and explained nail extension processes and provided a wonderful footspa Pedicure and a full gel set. Hai was there and he was super friendly and greated as well. So hands down customer service was amazing. However the job done just didn't last. On Saturday 1/7 my big toe chipped off the corner. I was disappointed as I've never had that happen. Now today 1/10/23 my nails are lifting in less than a weeks time. I was waiting to review my service to give a full review but im sad my nails didn't uphold for my birthday weekend. I was expecting at least 2 weeks for nails. My toes last forever typically. read more

$45 for alllll this. I'm going back for sure. Henry did my nails, he's a nice guy, I'm very awkward but he made everything comfortable and quick. I love watching nail techs do acrylic nails because everyone kind of does them differently, it was super interesting how he went about doing my nails and he was very attentive. I have small hands and thin fingers and he definitely set the nails to suit my hand. I'm particular about the thinness of my acrylic nails but I didn't even have to ask because he knew what the heck he was doin. I've been to horrible nail techs before but Henry's the guy. I was super happy with what I got. And! It's gel! Amazing price compared to some others. Don't forget to tip! read more

Would choose no stars if it let me I've come here multiple times and always give this place the benefit of the doubt . Shitty quality nails the bottom looks like it's lifting and I got them done not even a week ago . paid 70 for a set that looks terrible and not at all what I asked for also messed up the color combo so both hands are different colors . read more

A dissapointing experience. Tommy did a gel pedi and mani gel on acrylic . He made my toes bleed while cutting my toenails. It was also my first time getting acrylic nails so I was unsure of the shape/ color. He had no suggestion upon asking for his opinion and I only changed color once. Upon applying nail polish I noticed bubbles in surface n asked him to please correct it. He told me he's not used to clients being "picky" he said that clients like me take too much of his time n he could do 10 jobs but ppl like me would be 5 ; his comment took me off guard and I reiterated it was my first time getting acrylics and I shouldn't be shamed for wanting a good job done. He charged me $120 I still tip him generously not because he deserved it, he definitely did not. I will not be bringing my business back or referring friends or family here. read more

This nail place has it days. Depending on who you are they will offer you the world and even say hello. I have noticed that on occasions I will be offered water and other times completely ignored. Other times I would actually be told hello as I enter and other time completely ignored. I am truly torn because they do a great job on my nail and feet but the lack of customer service and discrimination is too real for me to continue my service. read more

Henry really layed my acrylic like nothing !! super sweet too. this is my first time at this place and I came in for a fill, he noticed that the acrylic before was really bulky and said when I come back to get a new set they would take care of me and fix it. People really need to read this one and two star review they couldn't be more true , I was going to that salon for years so it's no lie those reviews are true !!! I don't know why I stayed so long but I really do like the owners!! This guy Bryan acts like he runs the people he is so rude , he talks crap about you to other customers, he got me and a girl fighting and he thought it was funny .. all he does is promote that he is a dancer at hustler on Tuesdays he is the manger he makes sure only him and tommy are making money .. they both are horrible the prices are insane so not worth it they rush you and make you bleed.. my last and final straw is when I caught Bryan and Tommy doing coke with a girl in the waxing room ... Bryan is the worst thing that has happened to that shop .. just like another review said you never know what your gonna get when you get either you are treated good Or horribly ..... I can't stress enough how toxic Bryan is for that salon... everyone there talks crap about you but Bryan does so you can hear him !! The women that work there are treated like slaves it's so sad !! I've had yelp for years I never used it till now !! That should say something in it self ... oh and when I caught Bryan doing the coke he offered to pay me off to not say anything that place is trash read more

I walked in without an appointed and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff. Gel manicure was just ok. It seemed a little expensive and they rushed through it. I have been coming here for YEARS. This salon recently changed owners, I loved the old owners, so friendly, and their whole staff was great! The new and present owners I can't say much about, seeing as they don't interact as much as the past owners did. Good news is that the new owners did keep some of the old staff. Yesterday, 01/22/12, I went in for my appointment at noon, which i noticed they were packed, they were even having to turn people away because they were so busy, so beware of weekends it may be smart to make an appointment if possible. read more

GIRRRRRRL. I ain't never had my feets did before, but this place was really cool to start me off. Yes. I am a grown woman who has never had a pedicure. I am a unicorn -- well, WAS. I chose a black gel spa pedicure, and it was $45. I have no comparison, so I guess the price was okay. I really liked how the woman who did my pedicure was really understanding been I asked her not to buff my feet too hard. I run too far to develop callouses all over again, and it would suck if I had to start all over. The massage chair was decent. It smelled like nail products (naturally), but they had flat screen tv's set to the food network, and free wifi. I'd go again. read more

I have been going to First Choice for years, a very long time. The original owners were kind... The attitude of the owner Lilly is arrogant and can't be bothered. Sue is my go to gal. This last experience was horrific. My nails look no way professional, the service this last time was unacceptable. Going back will not happen. If you do want to see a great person there Holly is awesome. For me, I will be blessed with a new nail place that will be gracious and kind to have my service... Where the people are happy to be doing a service that makes you feel beautiful and uplifted. I wish them to be aware that being unkind and harsh is no way to treat paying customers ever.
