This was sloppy Jamaican food! He used to cook good food like 4 years ago but I threw it all away. That's the last time we visited. I will not recommend nor will I go back. First and foremost, the food is always delicious. I have eaten here a few times and it had never failed to come through on taste and flavor. It's always very good. The service, weellllllllllll....it's not super great but it's not terrible either. And the ambiance, well it doesn't exist. But if you go there you're not going for ambiance. Get your food, you can even call your order in and pick it up and take it home and enjoy. You will not be disappointed. I love the oxtails here, I love the stewed chicken and beef stew. Babe grabbed some quick dinner for me last night. Their curry chicken is delicious. It's seasoned perfectly along with the potatoes. However, the Mac and cheese left much to be desired. They have the true Jamaican flavor and taste. The fried chicken is even good. You must try the curry chicken with rice and beans, or the oxtails, jerk chicken and other great dishes at this restaurant. They also have patties and cocoa-bread. If you catch the natural blend juices of Irish moss and Cucumber-ginger or Carrot-ginger which is my favorite on the right day you will like them as well. Ordered the curry goat and stew chicken and both were excellent meals. Both meals came with sides of cabbage, rice and peas, and a few plantains. The curry goat had tons of flavor and delivered a signature Caribbean spice. The stew chicken was for my pops and he really enjoyed his meal. The sides were also great, cabbage was flavorful and even contained a few mixed vegetables. The rice was also delightful.
