His team were efficient and punctual, finishing within the time they stated. The quality of work was excellent as well, it's like night and day with the new deck. The pricing is also very fair, not selling us more than needed but what is required for a sturdy and waterproof deck. Mike was professional, experienced, and thorough. His quote was detailed and all-inclusive -- covering drains, slope correction, flashing, and stucco -- with no surprises or "TBD" add-ons. It was clear and straightforward, which I really appreciated after dealing with unexpected change orders from the company we ultimately hired. Even though we didn't work with All Weather this time, I wanted to leave a review because their approach stood out in the best way. And Rudy was also helpful with a smile and without any of the attitude about helping a lady look for a special piece of hardware. I was a little sad when that old lumber yard place closed, mostly because Rudy. Now, I'd also go over to Bourget bros for garden rocks and the occasional drill bit. And yall could not imagine how delighted I was that BB had the wisdom to hire Rudy! I think higher of the whole establishment in general because of it. Our fella Rudy is working in the paint department and two weeks ago he helped me make some duplicate keys I needed. He's still being awesome.
