Chad did not disappoint... in fact, we feel that he exceeded our expectations! We initially had Chad scheduled for the inspection 2 weeks before closing - a date that was confirmed with the builder. He showed up to the site and it turns out the builder had not finished, and it wouldn't have made sense to carry on with the inspection. Chad was very lovely about it, even though it was an utter waste of his time. He was very flexible and rescheduled to a later date. My husband and I were blown away by the report we received... my husband, who is generally a very frugal person, said it was "the best money he had ever spent". The report was so detailed and very easy to read. We definitely recommend for everyone to hire a private inspector, especially if you are a first time home buyer!!!
