Bella and company are running a scam! Shame on you. A security guard from one of the stores on site personally witnessed my vehicle and confirmed I was parked less than 40 minutes, and informed me that this towing practice is frequently misapplied. This further confirms that the tow was unlawful. Under California Vehicle Code §22658, towing a legally parked vehicle is illegal. I request a full refund of all towing and storage fees immediately. If this matter is not resolved within 7 business days, I will pursue all available remedies, including filing a claim in small claims court. Please provide a written confirmation of a full refund at your earliest convenience.
