When I called customer service to get an ETA, I was told the technician had already tried calling me twice and therefore would not be coming. After checking my phone, I noticed the calls had gone to my spam folder. Like most people, I receive countless spam calls every day. If the technician had left a voicemail or sent a text message, I would have known the call was important and responded immediately. Neither was done. What made this situation even more upsetting was the response I received. Both the customer service representative and the technician stated, "This is not my company and therefore I'm not losing any money." That comment was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of concern for the customer's time, schedule, and inconvenience. I explained that a simple voicemail or text could have prevented this entire issue, but there was no understanding or willingness to work with me. They refused to send a technician out. Taking time off, planning ahead, and rearranging my schedule meant nothing to them. This experience showed poor communication, lack of accountability, and very disappointing customer service.
