I thought to my self that's what any doctor would say, even if I was dying. lol...I had two pins in my finger and was in a soft cast for about 60 days. Since we were in between insurances, I went with a dr. who could see her the day I called and who also had an x-ray machine in the office. Dr. Tuch's office was perfect. The Dr. was great, his office staff was polite, and it was convenient since he could x-ray my daughter's arm right then and then again in a week to make sure it was healing properly. After a month, she got the cast off and was good as new! He took another x-ray, gave me and my kids a little lesson about how bones regrow, and his nurse tolerated a crowd watching the removal of the cast. Of course, without insurance it wasn't exactly cheap, but it seemed reasonable enough. I would definitely go back to Dr. Tuch should the need arise. On another note, when my toddler recently fell and fractured her shin bone, I called Dr. Tuch's office to see if they could see her. The Dr. wasn't in that day, so they recommended a different Dr., who is just starting out. I thought that was kind and professional.

Lol...if she calls back, and if I get treated better, I will probably change my review..but in my opinion, First Impressions...are what typically stays in my head...js I did get a call back, explaining that the computers were down (frustrating) so I know how that can be. Finally, after some back and forth, it was corrected with insurance. The weird thing is that I gave all the this info when I scheduled. This should have been check beforehand. They informed me that this happens all the time, people choose Dr Kumar as their Primary Care Physician on Anthem's website, but Dr Kumar doesn't take Anthem EPO. So she gets the premiums when patients are healthy, and then refuses coverage when patients are in need of care. CRIMINALS. They refuse to update their misrepresentation on Anthem's website.
