I am 7 months pregnant and in visible pain, so much so that I could not even sit down. I had to leave after waiting for an entire hour. The doctor even came into my room, used the computer, and left. It was an awful experience. Furthermore, this practice does not follow COVID protocols and I saw sensitive patient information left on the computer screen in the room I was waiting in. If you want to be treated horribly, exposed to COVID, and have your sensitive information open to the public- this is the place for you! read more

I don't know what kind of miracle hands they have but omg I worked a 10 hour shift and when I got off I went straight there ‼ It was 5:30 am I went in and we got started. I left took a nice hot shower went home and slept like a baby .... Didn't wake up till 3 pm almost 4 that how wonderful it felt and the neck pop felt so relaxed ... Ive never been to the practice but i just called in to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone didn't seem happy to answered the phone. She was not helpful at all when i asked her which doctor i should make an appointment with because i am 4 months pregnant. If you hate your job so much that you cant be polite to people who call in then you shouldn't work there. People who are calling you are probably in some sort of pain and you should be sympathetic to that. good luck read more

And my back always hurts the most but these people always take care of me everything's fast but it all works always giving me great conversations as well as always being so generous with what you need .... I like the location and the doctors but the office staff is a little young and very loud. When you have to lay down in the room to get your therapy they are carrying on sitting on the floor braiding each others hair and its just not a relaxing atmosphere. I think I will look for a another practice. Laying on the table in the therapy room with all these people sitting around talking is the longest 10 minutes of your life ! It should be a relaxing environment where you can relax and let stress go away not build it. Apparently they do not read Yelp because others have complained. But if you need a good a just meant it's a great location and the doctors are nice. I would really like to suggest a break room for the employees/ students. read more

Wotrich gave good adjustments but the other not so much. I would guess that Wotrich could give a good adjustment for just about any issue. That would be about as far as I could go with my recommendation This practice strikes me as the classic crack & wack practice. After my saying that I left one clinic due to high prices, Wotrich asked me if he should raise his prices (Seriously). Another time, I somewhat mentioned something involving a lawyer, and he emphatically started recommending someone despite me not needing one which made it feel like he's real concerned about business kick-backs... read more

I've been getting adjustments by Dr. Wottrich and Dr. Perez for the past 20 years and I can't imagine being without them. They have been able to adjust my TMJ, upper and lower back once a month or less. I have tried other chiropractors, and they were not able to adjust me the way these doctors do. Even though it takes me 40 minutes to drive to their office with no traffic, it is worth the drive. I don't even make appointments. I just walk in whenever I am able to go and they always receive me with a big smile and a warm hug. I even bring my kids in with me and they are wonderful with them. I have been going to chiropracters for the past 20 years (on and off), and have not found a more Wonderful, Easy Going, Professional and Friendly staff. Everyone knew my name on the second visit. The longest I have had to wait for an adjustment is 5 minutes. It is so nice, to go in, get adjusted and 20 minutes later I am out the door. Cant beat that. I have been getting adjustments 2X a week for the past 4 weeks. I went in with 40% mobility in my neck and within 1 month I now have 75% (pain free) mobility. Dr Wottrich, and Dr Don have done MOST of the work by doing the adjustments. But it is up to me, to do my stretching and required corrective exercises to make their job effective. Chiropractic is not magic, and does not work overnight...But IT DOES WORK. Thank you Dr Wottrich and your great staff for helping me get Pain FREE!!! read more

I am recovering from my car accident day by day. The team over there is so friendly and caring. They want to help and they see me as a human being. Realistically, with a painful (but not life threatening) Injury in my muscles, I knew from the start I would need to combine multiple things. (Some physical therapy, some Tylenol) But it was the expertise of everyone else that helped me find the missing pieces I desperately needed. I feel on my way to normalcy when every other medical provider simply thew Codeine and muscle relaxers at me. These people were life savers for me, and all so compassionate. Even when they're busy or flustered they still find time to light a candle instead of cursing the darkness. The culture is infectious and it's an ideal place for me to heal. It's important to note that treatment will vary from person to person, but I guess what I'm trying to say is: if you've ever thought about seeking a chiropractor, at the very least stop in to see what they're all about. I have been to many Chiropractors over the years and had a son in law that i consider one of the best. He moved to California so he has not been much help lately. I injured my back playing golf a few weeks back and the pain was almost unbearable. I went to work complaining about my injury and not feeling comfortable about the previous visits to another Chiropractor i had gone to. A friend of mine at work gave me Dr. Jerel Wottrich name and number. I called for an appointment and from the moment of my first visit with Dr. Wottrich i knew that he could help me. His staff has been just great and i have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get in for my adjustments. If you are a golfer and suffer any kind of a back injury i highly recommend this Doctor and his staff. I am almost back to 95% in just a few weeks with two day a week adjustments. He is not one of these Doctors that just keeps bleeding you to death for more and more visits either, he treats the problem and is honest in his treatments. I like to keep it positive on Yelp, but beware of these guys. As others have mentioned on other sites, the staff seems nice until you ask any questions. I was pretty certain I had misplaced a rib due to a severe bout of bronchitis and needed an adjustment. The staff assured me when I called that I would receive an adjustment that day and that they had treated "all kinds of people" who had severe back and rib pain after coughing etc. By the time I got to their office I was in severe pain, but Dr. Wottrich seemed more intent on making chitchat and was insistent that I had cracked my ribs, before even x-raying my chest. Interesting. At this point I was skeptical but still hoping they would find a way to relieve my pain. After taking my x-rays, the nurse came back in to the exam room and told me we were done for the day. I asked if I did have broken ribs. She said impatiently that she didn't know and the doctor hadn't looked at the x-rays yet. I asked if I could stay until he read them and repeated that I was in such pain that I couldn't sleep. She rolled her eyes at me (wow, really lady?) and said she'd check with the doctor. He came back in and said that my ribs weren't broken, but that he really needed to make sure and that I needed to come back tomorrow. Long story short, including a treatment with E-stim that didn't do much, overseen by a nurse who was too busy texting to notice that the machine had gone off, I found a great Chiro downtown who was able to diagnose and put my misplaced rib back into place very easily. Funny that. This place is a cattle call. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Dr. Wottrich is knowledge in his field, however beware with his scheduling. He will try to make an appointment 4-5 times a week and will charge you for each visit for same issue. Usually starts out with taking X- Rays on day one and will advise to come back the next day to view them, making you pay again,when it is possible to view same day. When I tried to talk to him over the phone, the front end staff said it was not possible,since he was busy.When I asked the front end receptionist to have him call me back when possible, she said you have to come in and talk to him. Would not recommend this place, go seek help elsewhere. read more
