I purchased a silver chain and cross from this place and was assured that it was genuine .925…read moresterling silver. At first, the transaction was friendly and everything seemed great.
Within a month, however, the necklace had turned grey and almost black. I brought it back, and they suggested that I stop using soap with it and avoid wearing it in the pool. Neither of those things applied to me. They polished and cleaned the necklace for me, but within a week or so, it was already back to being black and heavily tarnished.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I was told it was real .925 silver, yet my experience strongly suggests otherwise. The chain also has their personalized initials/logo stamped on it, which they initially said was enough for me to bring it back without a receipt because they would recognize that it came from their store. However, when I returned with the issue, they actually tried to deny that I had purchased it there. Thankfully, I kept my receipt.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing silver jewelry from this place. I feel that I was misled about the quality and authenticity of the necklace, and the way the situation was handled afterward was extremely disappointing. Needless to say, I will never shop here again.
