Friendly, professional and they were fun to be around. I can't comment on the value since I don't know how much they were paid by the company I hired. I promised that I would give them a call the next time I needed a pump out. I also set a reminder for this to be done in a few years. Hoping to avoid the need for another emergency... I can recommend this company without reservations. Finding this company as a result of contracting with the initial company was the best thing about this whole experience!

They clearly expalined that the issue (flies everywhere) was not due to the tank being full but to the sludge which had not been addressed at the bottom of the tank. They used pressure equipment to loosen the sludge and then re-pumped the sludge out, and it has made all the difference in the world. Finally, no flies. And no concern about a clogged drain field which would have been a major disaster for my yard and required removal of two of my prized fruit trees.

The time came for needing to get the septic tank pumped out. I called around to get some pricing…read morefrom different companies. Overall they were the most reasonable price ($325) with solid reviews on Yelp. Gave them a call and setup a day to come out. They confirmed and gave me a large window of time. They then call you back on the day to minimize that window and let you know the time they are coming. That process went super smooth. They sent out Anthony who was extremely professional and knowledgable. I had a bunch of questions which Anthony gladly answered. He completed his work and covered the hole back up the best he could. All in all, I would highly recommend Jerrys for both service and price. I will make sure to call them out next time I need servicing.
