Thankfully, I found out in time that the reason they're "cheaper" is because they don't dispose of waste properly -- they dump it into a canal, which contaminates the same water our community relies on for wells and drinking water. Even worse, this isn't the first time. They've already been in trouble before for the same thing. This is a pattern, not a mistake. Do yourself and the community a favor -- stay away.

I saw good yelp reviews, and chose Affordable Septic Solutions, luckily they were available on short notice. I was quoted $75 more than the other company, but since they were available, and I didn't have to take another day off, I was happy to pay extra. I had a zoom meeting at 2:30pm so I asked for them to come at 4pm. The workers showed up at 2 pm, I asked if they had heard about the appointment at 4pm, they said that's not how it works. I told them I will have a meeting very soon, they said I wouldn't even have to be outside. I had to go outside of course to show them where the tank was, then one worker started digging. I come outside after my meeting at 4pm, thinking they would be done, he is still digging up the tank. Then he complains nonstop about how he has been digging for so long and says there are too many roots to break up. He says he has been getting calls about how this one job is taking too long, how the company should charge me extra. I tell him I have been using a different company for years, that sometimes just sends out one guy and does this work for cheaper without any complaints. I told him also that it was dug up a year ago in March, right before everything shut down due to COVID ( My septic tank backs up after a year or so, so I get it pumped every year to avoid the back up) He says there is no way that was a year ago because all these roots could not have grown back that fast, asks me if I actually watched them dig it up, I say yes. He asks the same questions over and over because he doesn't believe me. I told him this company comes back year after year and charges me the same price, doesn't complain about roots or the digging. As he is digging he asks me if I would like him to put the bricks back that were in the yard that he removed to dig up the septic tank. He says he can try to put them back, that he couldn't guarantee that he could put them back the way they were. Below are the pics of how he left them. I do not have a problem with the mulch all getting dug up, that is fine and is what will happen every time. I don't understand how he was not 'able' to put them back and had the audacity to ask if I wanted them back in place. Really?? They also requested a water spigot, which was a first for me. I showed it to them in the backyard and they attach their hose to use it. After they leave, i check my own hose and realize the attachment is gone. I called the workers, one didn't bother to respond to a text or pick up, the other picked up and said the attachment was theirs. 2 minutes later he calls back apologizes and says he will return it once he clocks out. It was returned that evening which I was grateful for, but also very puzzling why you would use someone's hose attachment to clean septic tank materials that would get splattered with fecal matter. The payment process was very smooth, minus the fact that they asked me how much I was quoted rather than knowing the amount they should be charging. That is what the 1 star is for. Otherwise I personally would never hire this company again, the workers that showed up were so rude to me and treated me like a lying idiot.

I didn't know what parts to buy so he sent some affordable recommendations on amazon based on my budget. Even just during the quote visit, he gave tips on how to better maintain the pipes so that I could get the best longevity. He replaced my kitchen faucet and two bathroom sink faucets and everything works great. If I ever have any other plumbing services needed in the future, I will definitely be reaching out to him again. Highly recommend!

After the company that did the drainfield refused to come fix the problem. I found 24-7 Pump Out and they immediately agreed to come out on a Saturday (by the way no extra weekend fee crap). I live in Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach County and within a few hours they came out and fixed everything, plus did a complete blow out of the inside pipes for a minimal amount of money. Jason and Michael literally saved my weekend because I had out of town guests staying with me (we had to drive to local Publix to use the bathroom...it was that bad!) Plus I had a big birthday dinner party scheduled that weekend. Since then Jason has been hands on and has personally followed up with me with a genuine concern that with rainy season coming he wanted to let me know that the old septic lids (long time needed) needed to be replaced whether I used his company or another company... I needed to update the septic lids. I had priced around the same lids and 24-7 Pump Out was $200.00 less than any other companies.
