On the plus side, my dogs likes it. First clue should have been the lack of customers at 7pm. Second clue was the short one minute wait at the drive thru to get my food. Ordered the Hibachi steak and shrimp and received the order in about one minute, realizing then that it was precooked. The steak was well done all though they never gave me an option when ordering. The shrimp was dark orange also indicating it too was overcooked. Both the steak and shrimp were plain, not cooked and seasoned like a traditional Japanese restaurant, but rather precooked and then covered in a sauce (hibichi..ish?) after the order was placed, hence the fast delivery. Got my food through the drive through. I ordered hibatchi chicken with lo mein. The food was awfully bland. There were 2 pieces of broccoli. The lo mein was super soggy. AND their yum yum sauce literally tastes like miracle whip mayo. Lol never again. I'll stick with Sumo! read more

My First Asia Express experience and surely my Last Asia Express experience. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted but from there on out we were rushed. I didn't get to decide what I really wanted, I was rushed into it. I told the girl I was trying to decide what I wanted and she was like you need this. So I picked the lomein which was undercooked, and then she chose my beef and broccoli which I couldn't eat half for the grizzle and the broccoli undercooked and hard. The whole experience was bad. I will start from the beginning. I ordered in person/carry out at the drive thru window. I was surprised that when they gave me my receipt before my food was given to me and asked me to input the tip amount. If I am picking up my food then why do you need a tip? I just rounded my tip up so that my total was rounded up to the nearest dollar so my tip was less than $1. I then had to wait 20 minutes at the drive thru window for my food. I was the only one in line and wondered why it took so long was it because of my tip? Once I got home and began to eat my food it was not very delightful, my suggestion is that anyone who orders carry out from here at the drive they window not fill out the tip portion, hang onto the receipt until your food is brought out to you.
