Few weeks after that dishwasher leaking, not horrible, took care of it fairly swiftly. The most troubling of all is by November plumbing. Ugh, plumbing is a nightmare, Noone wants to deal with sewage. The toilet was clogging, and burping in the sink and tub. This situation has gone on for about 11 months. Plumbers back and forth, about 7 to be exact. Multiple work orders, maintenance visits. We started purchasing plungers, snake, draino etc. All to continually have the same problems. Waiting for approval for crappy work, only for the situation to persist and grow worse. Smelled something moldy, and found water in the closet adjacent to the bathroom from the kids room. Adviced to leave the home by the pediatrician, I spend 700.00 that I didnt really have to spend. Did they surprise us with completed repairs when returned home? Well of course not, or I wouldn't be here. They are still attempting to do a patch job. So, after much back and forth, leaving my home for a week to accommodate with repairs. I return to a new toilet not installed, a paint job over mold and a plumber throwing a fit because my husband asked him, not to run a hose from my girls bedroom window to the bathroom. The most frustrating part is, a plumber came out in January, canceled because he wasn't properly equipped to do the job required. He did however explain the problem: there's no vent, on this side of the house for the bathroom. Something to that affect, he wrote it out in the notes, and it was ignored. I'm done, I think I have been more than patient. I want out of my lease, and compensation for moving. No more plumbers in and out, no more burping in the tub and sink from the toilet. I am a homebody, and I love to create a warm cozy space, I can't do that with sewage smell coming from the bathroom every few weeks, kids sleeping in the living area because of mold in the closet. I cant take a relaxing bath, fearing the possibility of sewage making its debut. Its just a lot, and I value my peace. This has been very stressful, as you know it never clogs completely during the week, always on the weekend, and drag through Sunday. If you place value on your peace, and like me; enjoy creating a cozy retreat from the outside world. Do your research, this may not be the place for you..

Indy Plus Realty Group - On closing day with our wonderful realtor Troy Dixon!

Tom Galovic is the absolute best in the business. My husband and I were initially looking to lease,…read morebut ended up shopping the Indy market to own in the downtown area. Tom was flexible and worked hard to accommodate our ever-changing plans. We were in Texas the majority of the time, but he always kept us updated and on track. When we came to Indy, we had only 5 days from the time we found the home we wanted to put an offer in for to the time we were flying back to Texas, and Tom was able to start the negotiating process as well as set up a home inspection before we left. He and his team worked around our tight schedule, always making sure someone was available to show us properties or be there with us for the home inspection. He was constantly in contact with our lenders and with us, making sure that our loan was going through smoothly. When we found out Wells Fargo couldn't do the loan 1 week before we were scheduled to close, (loooooonnnng story, nothing to do with Tom of Indy Plus Realty Group or even WF, really just the huge careless mistake of one particular loan officer), Tom tried his hardest to accommodate us as we had already scheduled movers, trucks, etc. in order to drive up from Texas and move in on the original date. He went so far as to try to bargain with the sellers for us to move in prior to the closing date and even offered to pay for storage for our stuff if it didn't work out. He was always easy to reach, prompt at returning phone calls, emails or texts. He fought for us even at closing, making sure every one of our concerns was addressed by the sellers. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable about the Indy area, particularly with the downtown area. He has lots of experience with working with IU physicians and employees. Indy Plus Realty Group has a great program for first time physician home owners where they give you back a percentage of their realtor fees. He has great working relationships with lenders, home inspectors, etc. and the people he recommended were all really wonderful as well. Tom and his team are the kind of people that you want to work with; they're professional, honest and diligent. You will not regret working with this group. They are, hands-down, the best.

Dr. Tom takes a very personalized approach. He helps you find the very best property for you.read more

I rely heavily on people's reviews of businesses before I decide to give them my business. I…read morewanted to write this review on T&H Realty Services because they are deserving of the recognition. I am an out-of-state investor (I live in CA) but own property in Greenwood, IN that is managed by T&H. When my business partner and I purchased this property it was managed by a different PM who we stayed with upon acquisition. After about a year of terrible service, we decided to change PM companies. We landed with T&H. At the time of this review, we've been working with T&H approx 1.5 years. I typically handle more of the repair/maintenance issues with the property and my business partner usually handles more of the admin side of things. With a construction background, I stay connected to what R&M are being done at my properties. With that said, I've dealt with and have worked a lot with Tanya Carmen, one of T&H's PM's. Tanya is responsible for the move-out and on-boarding inspections and reports and I must say, she does an incredible job. She is very thorough and has great attention to detail. When my business partner and I purchased this property, unfortunately it wasn't very 'turn key' which has made Tanya's job much more involved getting things up to their standards. Tanya is very easy to work with, has prompt communication and just an overall great person! If you are looking for a professional PM company that cares about your property and their tenants, T&H is a sound choice. James

Ben is a genuinely good, extremely hard-working person running an honest and straight-forward operation. He delivers exactly what is promised, on the timeline promised, consistently with no surprises. These negative reviews are a real shame, because each one seems to misunderstand the very nature of the wholesaling business. Ben sends a LOT of mailers to generate new client leads. That's how he is able to do such a large volume of business and ultimately offer what he does. This is not a personal affront to homeowners, simply the nature of the business. If you don't want to sell your home, throw the mailer in the trash and move along with your day. No, you will not receive retail price for your home selling as-is. What you CAN expect as a seller is a quick close generating a guaranteed amount of cash on a guaranteed date, period. That's not something that can be said of just any wholesaler. As a home buyer -- whether for flip, rental, or to purchase on contract and live in -- you can expect honesty, transparency, realistic ARV estimates and comps (not pie in the sky dreams like some companies), and professionalism throughout the process. As a cash investor you can expect payments like clockwork. I've done a number of deals with Ben and find him and every member of his team to be extremely responsive and professional. I don't work for him and have no incentive to write this review, I've just watched him grow and been quite delighted to grow right with him. Ben has a great reputation in the Indianapolis real estate community because he runs a tight operation and consistently delivers exactly what he promises.

We kept most of our furniture and clothing in the garage for over 25 days until we finally were able to convince to have the carpet replaced. When we first toured the house we sent in over and 15 issues with the house prior to moving in. Then spent a collective 9 hours on hold/calls trying to ensure issues would be resolved before moving in. They were not. I asked for a local representative to call me about two weeks ago. That still hasn't happened. Issues found when viewing the house originally: trees were growing out of the gutters(they are all still full. Couldn't safely walk to the front door because the yard and bushes were so overgrown covering the walk, Took over two weeks to get the pool key in the last month it was open so we were only able to use that for a week. The back door wouldn't open without extreme effort and lock bar was broken. The flooring in both bathrooms was warped and moldy and not attached to the slab. AC wasn't working, smoke stains and cobwebs on the ceilings ( I ended up just vacuuming the ceilings, I had already typed so many service requests on all the other items for a second time that I had already sent in after first viewing), dishwasher broken, every battery needed replaced locks, smoke detectors thermostat sensors. There was an old dead Christmas tree in the backyard in the middle of a the five foot tall weeds that covered 1/3 of the backyard and plenty of trash from the prior people out back as well. My daughter was nervous to go to school because she feared she would stink because of this house, she couldn't use her room for almost the entire month. She slept in the living room when she stayed here. We paid for 24 days on a terrible disgusting house that we couldn't even bare to stay in. we stayed with friends as much as we could. I wish We never moved here and I got my first month back. Who QC's these homes? I would have been embarrassed to offer this house for rent the way it was and the way nothing was ever done from the showing prior to moving in. Waisted time writing up and sending in all the problems with photos. The Arizona office where pre lease is, that team was extremely rude as well. I will say the one progress residential tech that did come out for a few things was extremely nice and helpful and apologized for the state of the home. He said this was the worst one he had seen since working for them ever. My advice, Don't rent from this company. ive already wasted one month paying rent when we couldn't stay here. Why have me send all of these in prior to moving in then do nothing about. Then I move in with all of these issues and have to take days off work when a contractor comes to resolve them? Yes you fixed them but I also paid the price in lost work and wasting one month of rent. Update: 9/30 Now they have commented with what I can only assume is some Ai software and this never got read. Have I heard back or received a call yet? No, I have not.

Our move was a bit more complex, as we needed to find a home not just for our family, but also for a family member moving with us, each with their own set of needs. During a weekend visit, Jennie essentially became my personal guide to the Carmel and Fishers area, taking the time to tour homes, walk me through different neighborhoods, and help us weigh our options. She truly listened to our criteria and went above and beyond to find options that fit our unique situation. With Jennie's help, we found the perfect homes for both our family and our family member. She supported us throughout the entire process, from virtual open houses to navigating escrow, and even continued to be a resource afterward, connecting us with contractors, plumbers, and painters as we settled in. Jennie genuinely cares about her clients, takes pride in her work, and sets high standards on their behalf. Over these past few months, she's become not just a trusted real estate partner, but a friend I still reach out to as we make Carmel our home.
