All I can say is this, don't use them if you expect the same service as last time. Serious here. you have been warned. My sister is now reporting this incident to the police. Hoffman scheduled us two- three weeks out but sent a crew in the meantime to remove the branch that would damage the house and may come crashing through our bedroom. The process also involved multiple delays and reschedules, and despite trying to be understanding about weather and equipment issues, the final result still left us dealing with additional cleanup problems and unresolved concerns.
