He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

In…read moreMarch 2025 after the snow melted, I noticed a significant crack in one of the sections of the sidewalk. I contacted the owner, Anthony, initially on 3/14/2025 via email followed by multiple text messages in an effort to get him to assess the situation and determine how to resolve the issue. He acknowledged the issue and indicated his intention to repair the section; he was no show on two (2) scheduled appointments and failed to contact me to schedule the repair work or even assess the issue. I have not had any further communication from Land Pro Management since 5/25/2025. He also failed to respond to a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. Due to the unresponsiveness of Land Pro Management LLC in my multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I would not recommend this business for concrete work.

They over sprayed my front brick walkway and killed over a foot of grass on each side. Never came to fix this and even apologized. Doskoch was contracted to weed and feed my front yard. It looks the worst it has ever looked with dead patches everywhere They also failed to show up to trim bushes repeatedly. I had to trim a couple times myself. When they finally showed up, the bushes ended up being a wild variety of shapes and sizes. VERY poor work. They never acknowledged this or came to fix it. The bushes in the back were trimmed so severely that I thought they were going to die. They have finally started coming back. They charged $3600 to weed and mulch. Dozens of weeds starting growing up in the mulch within 3 days. They also never finished the job. I finally cancelled their service in writing (twice). However, they came and mowed three times after being cancelled. I finally was able to catch them unloading and sent them away. Nick has promised four times to refund for the mowing, but never has after several weeks. I have given up and do not believe he ever intended to refund anything. Very poor communication, very poor quality work. I recommended this company when Nick first started his business, but I have found my experience with Doskoch Landscaping to be completely unprofessional this year.

I admit I was excited about using lawn doctor for our lawn based on the reviews. I prepaid for a…read morefull year of fertilization as well as soil samples, sulphuric treatments and fungicide treatments. The lawn looked great in the spring but started to suffer from the prolonged hot summer dry period. The lawn developed multiple dead patches and fungus. I did have fungicide treatments done in the Spring, but these didn't fully stop the dead patches. Lawn Doctor promptly came to my house to inspect the condition of the lawn and said that the lawn needed an aeration and overseeding service to fix the dead patches. Given the investment I had already made in fungicide treatments, they are doing both services at no additional cost. I do appreciate them being responsive and making this right with me and I am not sure many other lawn service companies would necessarily do that.
