Mr. Adrian Reyes wasted no time in taking care of the problem by staying on top of everything by calling a plumbing company Roto Rooter to fix the problem. Mr. Reyes called and texted periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly, which put me at ease. Through it all, my only problem was having to deal with a customer service agent in Oklahoma (I reside in Texas), who kept talking over me, trying to make me UNDERSTAND that I have a leak in the roof. Poor customer service on her part, but that will not deter me from giving Mr. Reyes 5 stars. I recommended CSG to two of my friends. The one that had the system installed is extremely satisfied. The other will have hers installed in August. I am sure she will be satisfied as well. Now, I have a different perspective on "one bad apple spoil the whole bunch". Not true in this case. Just one person acted inappropriately, but Mr. Reyes was quite professional, and maintained his professionalism through it all. I would definitely recommend this company. We had a communication and understanding issue regarding the pricing structure of the video doorbell service, and I don't believe it was due to bad intent.
