The menu prices don't reflect what you actually end up paying, and the final bill is noticeably higher than expected. Ordered ahead thru Uber eats. Got the prosciutto pear and Gorgonzola cheese pizza and a sun dried tomato, goat cheese with added red pepper and sausage pizza. They make them on a thin crust and even after eating a whole 10" pie, I didn't feel heavy. I thought they both had a fair amount of toppings though I would have liked a bit more cheese on both. No cheese pull here. Located at Spark Social there is plenty of outdoor and covered seating area. An extremely overpriced $17 pizza that had the taste of a grocery store. I was desperate for something to eat on a rainy night, and man, did I make the wrong decision. The sauce was so watery that the toppings fell off and the crust was so tough and chewy it was like eating taffy. Overall, just horrible pizza. read more

I don't love it, nor hate it. Firetrail pizza sits perfectly right smack in the middle of the measuring scale. It is not extremely good nor extremely bad. The dough is handcrafted and made fresh daily they say, but you cannot tell because you cannot see what they do inside. By simply looking at the finished product, you still cannot tell because the shape is perfectly round like the ones you buy from the grocery store. It lacks imperfection and burnt bubbles of fermented dough that you get from traditional wood fired ovens. The taste is just okay, nothing extraordinary. Will I be back? It took only about 10 minutes, but maybe it was quicker because Spark was actually closed for a private event at the time. When I arrived to pick the pizza up, the pizza was sitting in a warming oven and the attendant added fresh basil and condiments to the boxes. At home, the pizza was nice and warm - it was cut into pieces but you might still want a fork - pretty thin and floppy. The crust was soft. There was a good amount of toppings on the pizzas we ordered - small BBQ chicken and small pear proscuitto gorgonzola. My husband and I finished all but one piece. I'm surprised by all the mediocre reviews. I've been here a few times when visiting Spark Social and I have always been happy with my dining experience. The pizza doesn't come out quickly, so I usually go wait in line for alcohol, which takes a while. My favorite pizza is the BBQ chicken - the flavors are great and really hit the spot. I also like the pear/prosciutto salad, which is HUGE for just $8. A nice complement to the pizza. A pizza and salad cost $20-25 and make a filling meal for two people. read more

This truck was on there and listed some menu items, but not accepting orders through their website on Sat afternoon. I also noticed that their menu online wasn't inclusive of everything they normally serve. Particularly it didn't include the margherita pizza that I usually order. Walked straight to the truck and was able to order. Took a walk around to scope out other trucks and my pizza was ready! Pizza was delicious, soft thin crust with just the right amount of toppings. What's not to love with wood fired pizza?! It has a super delicious, chewy, smokey crust that I am a huge fan of. I also got their cheesy bread/breadsticks, which I wouldn't really recommend. Decided to get dinner to go from here since I was already at SPARK Social (due to a team offsite at Stagecoach Greens). Got a prosciutto, pear, and gorgonzola pizza, which are all ingredients I like. Unfortunately the pizza was a bit disappointing. The dough and toppings were ok but for some reason they buried the prosciutto and pear under the cheese so it looked like an unappealing blob. It's OK, but nearly $18 is an awful lot for a personal pizza, including $2 vegan tax with the daiya. I've been here a couple of times at lunchtime, and the service has been quick, although I can see how some people have claimed they would be rude. The pizza comes with no veggies at all (another $2 mark up), and frankly for that price it better come with gold-plated kale. Didn't taste the basil really but I enjoyed the sauce being a bit more acidic (maybe because it wasn't baked very long). Crust was super soft and a bit chewy and absorbed some of the excess(ive?) olive oil, which made the crust even better! Wouldn't consider it memorable but definitely wasn't bad to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE. I made an order for pick-up at the Spark Social location and when I went to pick it up they did not receive my order but the order did come out of my bank account. The next day I went to see if I could get a refund as I never received my order. They did not give me any resolution, they didn't offer to make my order nor to give me a refund.
