I drove to The Tire Shop before it went flat and worked with Service Writer Jason Hopkins. He got the fellas on it very quickly. Unfortunately the tire was irreparable however he gave me a very competitive price to and next day turn around. Jason even took charge underneath my truck to get my stuck spare tire down so that I could drive my daughter home last night. I received a call at 8:30am the following day stating my tire was mounted and balanced and ready for me. I came in and they pushed me right ahead, swapped my spare out and I was back on the road within 20 minutes. The customer service my daughter and I received was exceptional! Great job Tire Shop and THANK YOU Jason, the consideration and empathy you showed is rare in today's world. I will definitely return when the need arises....just hopefully not too soon ;)

The value was outrageously expensive. An air filter that typically runs between $25-50 from GM…read moreparts and max $70 if you buy a high flow part was listed at 103.88. A typical Google search says that the typical price for part and replacement is $50+, another part was a Mass Airflow sensor, this sensor at the highest cost is no more than $150. They charged me $331.99. And then charged another $100 to replace it. A replacement of the MAF takes no more than 15 minutes max, and they already had it open to diagnose that the sensor needed changed. So basically got double charged for opening up the engine air filter assembly. The last bit of ridiculousness was a diagnosis cost of $190. They basically just plugged the car into the computer saw the MAF as the issue, opened up the assembly to get to the MAF and confirmed it was gunked. Then the last bit was $135 to clear the codes and reset the monitors, this is basically unnecessary, because after you change the sensor the car will automatically reset the code and monitors, but even if you do it manually the car was already attached to the computer for diagnostic so a punch of a button, which cost $135. All in all, the total job cost over $900. For a job that should have been fairly priced at about $250 and medium priced at max $500. I was recommended to go to this garage by AAA when my car broke down. I would recommend finding any other place than this one. It's a shame that they are taking advantage of innocent people that happen to breakdown far from their trusted mechanics. Think twice before you go to this garage! I have asked AAA to reevaluate their name brand with such crooks. You would hope that a company that specializes in roadside assistance would do their homework on the garages they recommend you tow your car too.

What followed was a three-hour wait and a major safety oversight that could have left me stranded. The Safety Issue: My vehicle requires Run-Flat (MOE) tires because it has no spare. I specifically ordered a Pirelli Cinturato P7 Run-Flat. After waiting for three hours, the technician (Simon) and sales rep (Jarret) returned my car with a "dinky" standard Goodyear tire installed instead. Releasing a car that is engineered for run-flats with a standard tire is a massive liability and a fundamental safety breach. Had I not checked the sidewall myself, I would have driven off in an unsafe vehicle. The Technical Failure: Even after they corrected the tire, the alignment report showed the Caster is still significantly out of spec (9.3° and 9.6°, well below the Mercedes minimum of 10.8°). I essentially paid for a professional alignment and received an incomplete job. The Service: When I pointed out these errors and the excessive delay to Jarret, my request for any form of compensation was flatly denied. There was zero accountability for the fact that they nearly sent me back onto the road in a compromised vehicle. I will not be returning. If you value your safety and your time, take your European vehicle elsewhere.

You pull up to a bay, wait and they'll direct you to slowly drive in when they are ready, then turn off your engine and park over an underground pit. You'll want to open all your windows. A worker gathers your details while you are in the car, asks to open your car drivers door and scan VIN code off the driver door jamb. Then ask what services you want, and if you want regular, blend, or full synthetic oil. Then they'll ask you to pop your hood, then what your current odometer mileage reading shows. They check your engine air filter and windshield wiper status every time, and they'll inform you of your engine air filter status. They pump out old oil via engine top dipstick tube, someone down below in service pit changes your oil filter, then they'll pump in fresh oil via engine top oil fill cap. They'll ask you to briefly start your engine to verify it runs and sounds normal. After, they'll pull your dipstick and show you that it's not can't-see-thru-black, but now thin see-thru brown and the level is above dipstick minimum oil mark. They ask for a credit card payment, and then ask you to start your engine and direct you to slowly exit. --- A tip to save time: write your name, detail, and current mileage in large print on a piece of paper you can show. Saves time & confusion mis-spelling.

He was very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He answered my questions, explained everything well and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I also want to recognize Samantha at the front counter. She was awesome, great personality welcoming, and kind to every customer who walked through the door. What impressed me the most was watching her go out of her way to speak Spanish with several Hispanic customers, even though Spanish is not her first language. She didn't have to do that, but she is teaching herself Spanish so she can better serve others. To me, that speaks volumes about her commitment to excellent customer service. Not too happy with the cost of a bulb but it beats having to change it out myself and return for another inspection. I was informed that my rear brakes were close to needing replacement but I would pass inspection regardless. I already knew about this issue but decided to replace with new pads due to the lifetime warranty that Mr Tire offers on brake pads.
