She called me miles away when I could only tell her what it might be. Minor problem. She went there and it was what I thought and they didn't charge her a dime. My experience was not good. There was noise while applying break in my car and break light was on. Break was working fine. After break diagnosis, car breaks stopped working completely. As per technician, there was break oil leak. However I never saw drop of oil at my home driver way or parking.Car became unsafe to drive. There was no option to repair it which cost me heavily. Even after repairs, break light was on. When I complained about light, technician again checked my car and round that some oil cap was loose. After pressing cap, break light gone. I am just wondering what was real issue and why I paid so much money. read more

I brought 2 vehicles in for service on Sunday. The truck had a slow leak in one of the tires and I asked for a wheel rotation. They didn't even inflate the tires to the same correct psi, making me question whether or not they even did anything. PSI varied between 2-5 psi. The 2nd vehicle I had an oil/filter change, slow tire leak and rotate the tires. The Service Adviser told me that I needed rear brakes and that the front were down to a 6 of 10. This car is only 1 year old with 22K miles. I told them that it wasn't possible to need rear brakes as I drive like a Grandma, and that I would take it to the Dealer to find out why the brakes already needed to be changed and to fix it under warranty. The Dealer stated that the brakes were on a 9 scale of 10 and didn't need to be replaced. How many other people who don't know anything about cars, or are trusting, is Firestone ripping off? I spoke to the Manager and he gave me some B.S. about it must have been a new guy and that he couldn't read the work order. I will NEVER use Firestone again!! UPDATE 7/4/17: OK, so I finally got around to inflating the tires to the same pressure. Firestone did not reset the tire pressure sensors after rotating the tires. SMH!!!! read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I got my car worked on by someone named James. I pray for you that he never works on your car. He is a complete pin head. If I could use other words I would but I am trying to be as professional as possible. James the Pinhead, was using his cellphone in my car while test driving and it must have fell out of his lap not knowing. So I get home I fall asleep and at 1 Am, In the morning I have the sheriffs office knocking on my door! And I get accused of stealing James the pin heads cellphone and debit cards by the police department and there he is James the pin head walks up and I say officer he worked on my car and dropped it in the car. So if you do not want to be accused of a felony and do not want to be woken up at 1 am. My child had a blow out on I75 and I told her to get off the exit because 3 people were killed in Ocala a few weeks ago when pulled over to the side of the road. She pulled into a CVS while she called a tow truck driver. she had located the Firestone Tire Center on her cell phone. I drove from Orlando. The tow truck had not yet arrived so I went to the tire place and arrived at 5:56 and they closed at 6:00. They kept the shop open to help us. They were excellent and did a great job on my child's vehicle. This is what you call people that care about customers, care about people who do not even live in the area and just plain old go out of the way to do a superb job. They finished the job in less than 30 minutes and even directed me to a great place to dine in the area. What else can I say? i felt like a queen. This is my second time going here and overall both were really good experiences. First time, I was in and out really quickly and tommy, the manager, gave me a great deal. This time, I went for an oil change and was there longer than expected due to tire problems that I wasn't aware of. The staff, Tommy, Shmall (probably spelt wrong), and Andrew were all very friendly throughout and were very thorough in explaining each step they were doing. They also have coupons on their website, which is very helpful. I will definitely continue to go here and would highly recommend. read more

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. The only reason I'm giving it a one is because the manager was somewhat nice. These guys have the slowest service ever. I came in for two new tires on a recently purchased vehicle, and was told "an hour." Over an hour and a half later I'm still waiting and the vehicle hasn't even been placed on the rack yet. They either have the slowest mechanics or really don't care. Either way don't tell someone an hour if you know it's going to be about 2. Never again. Also, they ordered my tires from another store a few minutes away, well they lost the tire and had to send someone back to get it 2 hours later. How do you lose a tire!? Dissatisfied can not explain how unhappy I am with this place. It seems to be all Firestones in the Brandon area because I had a similar situation at the one on 60. Unless you plan on waiting up to 3 hours for a tire that magically got lost, avoid this place at all costs. Firestone, it's time to hang up the hat. No communication whatsoever. Annnnnd I was just told by the manager that my tire is here and they were putting it back together. Well I'm looking at it on the rack and two mechanics standing outside smoking. Looks like they are waiting for it still. So no they lied to me also. Excellent. read more
