Rating? Your kidding right? I am forced to hit a star in order to rate a review...let this go on record...they deserver ZERO stars!
I Hit one only for the post.
Never again. I will never take my care here again. On one indecent, The mounts on my radiator were broken during a fan repair for the radiator. The fan was ZIP TIDE to the radiator. $607. It was not even tight. I pulled it away from the radiator with an inch of space between them. It was supposed to be bolted. I went in side immediately. I had to wait for a new radiator since the mounts were broken during the repair. The incident was eventually reconciled.
I took it for a leak in the power steering from a previous inspection. I was there from 8:59am- 12:16pm, March 5, 2019. I made the appointment for 9am, a 2-2.5 hour repair. Knowing I was waiting.
I was there for 4 hours! My car had been recommended the service, this was not a new inspected area.
The baby sitter inside the garage came in hours later, after watching me pace the lobby, and told me the bay area had to be cleaned up, there was a bit of a mess, that's why it is taking so long. (The fact it was not on the rack before 10, had nothing to do with it right?).
No one was available to come get me. So I waited.
The service writer who didn't say more than 2 words more than necessary to me, the entire time...suddenly loved my jeans and stood between me and the garage view. While the bay area under my car was being cleaned. When I stepped up to pay for the repair. She was all ready to chit chat about the new calculators they got and how it will drive her nuts the buttons are different....what? Miss, 2 words in 4 hours?
AFTER PAYMENT! $496.47. I sit down again and waited for my car.
She brings the keys to me...which she never does....You always have to go to her...at the desk.
I was informed the repair was not complete, there was a
"leak found with the die, at the pump housing bolts, believe casing cracked, symptoms may still be present until replaced". Now I am back at the desk.
Another $565.60 Recommendation to fix it. "On top of what I just paid?", "Yes mam.",
I had just spent $854.90 for unrelated repairs, 2 months earlier. My pockets are empty. I said, "That's not happening today, Why wasn't I shown this when it was on the rack? Why wait until AFTER I pay for an UNFINISHED REPAIR? My back hurts, I will talk to the manager".
NOT THERE.
I was told, "The car will continue to leak and will eventually stop working. You will need to get it repaired." "What? Is it safe to drive? Yes, but you will need to get it fixed eventually." "I just paid to get it fixed...it's not fixed? I'm sick at this point. I'll be back another day."
I'm 1 mile away, the stench from the power steering fluid is coming through my air vents. I open the hood....the fluid was all over the engine, and below the safe line already.
So after phone calls and emails...i'm back,
Supposedly fixed the right way this time....lol not so much.
IT STILL LEAKS! It has gone past the safe lines 2 times since then. NEVER GOING BACK! EVER! I should not have to pay for this crap!
I will be writing the company AGAIN!!!
By the way. The property is for sale. I can see why. They suck!!!
I was KNOWINGLY!!!!! Sent home in an UNSAFE vehicle.
Wouldn't it be great for my steering to go out going 70 on the highway?
Or a left turn arrow, and someone runs a light...ooops steering is out?
Too bad! Or, Lets park the car...ooops steering out.., hit the car next to me.
The time stamp on the 2ND power steering recommendation on the SAME day of the 1ST NON-REPAIR....was at 8:59am, (When I got there).
I was not told about the 2nd recommendation, and was not printed out until AFTER I paid for the 1ST NON-REPAIR 4 hours later! The time stamp on that, was also 8:59am, why wasn't I told then? Maybe because they hadn't had it on the rack yet!
The 2nd recommendation was not printed until AFTER I paid for the 1ST, NONREPAIR! Would that be fraud? I watched her print it. Is it normal to have that time stamped on there when printed 4 hours later?
After being towed a second time...The second NONREPAIR, took less than an hour. In at 11:43am-out 12:16pm. Did they replace anything?
Or just clean it up? Never again! Less than an hour, when the First NONREPAIR took 4 hours? Sure...that's normal. BEWARE FOLKS!
I think it is time to report this place. I wonder if inventory matches repairs? Doubt it. read more
