Exceptional Firestone with excellent and prompt auto services at great prices. I wanted to replace my passenger side headlight and they said they would fit me in. It ended up taking less than an hour (maybe 45 minutes) and the light works like brand new. Highly recommended for any light services or the such! Check it out on May on the Lakeside Shops Plaza! read more

I love this place! These guys have always been very helpful. If you make an appointment, drop the car off and let These guys do their job, they'll have you in and out in a day or two depending on the repairs. We've been members of Firestone for 20 years. Some places are better than others and yes there have been mistakes made. They were happy to fix it and have us a discount on our next service request. Listen, I'm not sure how this place has so many negative reviews. Wait, I'll tell you why, because people hate spending money on their car and when it breaks down they expect them to make the necessary repairs in under 3 hours and if it cost more than $400 they are outraged! Be patient and let these guys do their job. Be kind and respectful and you'll see a much better outcome. read more

So helpful! I had a concern with my tires and I was traveling. I stopped in for help, and despite being so busy, Jose was able to help me quickly. He is professional and genuine. I am so grateful for his help! What great customer service. Thank you, Jose! read more

Even though "Chad" is a grown man, he still lacks on customer service. He's one of those guys that is only friendly with the whites but is rude with everyone. DONT GO ON SUNDAYS, only one employee works and he's very slow. read more

I had the day off work and felt it was perfect timing to get new tires for an upcoming road trip. I scheduled a 2pm appointment on their website. I received an email telling me to come on in. It said that if they had any issues with my appointment, they would call and let me know. They never called. I arrived on time. Waited about 10 minutes in line and then was told they couldn't do the work today. I asked if Monday was an option. He said just come in Sunday. I work Sunday. Then he suggested Saturday. I work Saturday. Then he said "Just drop it off and find a ride to work". Sure buddy. Oh I know. Just honor the appointment I set up! There's a reason their rating is so low. read more

awful! Paid to get my car released to be towed to the dealership. They say it's been released and picked up. They lied and it sat in the back for 10 days. read more

Do not go to this place at all, paid $2000 for them to work on it only for the engine light to turn back the next day. Poor customer service Chet and James are terrible. didn't know what they were talking about. read more

Scheduled an appointment online. Didn't get a confirmation email. Called several hours later to ask if my appointment was confirmed. The guy on the phone answered the phone laughing and informed me he was in the process of cancelling like 10 appointments as they were overbooked. Was totally unapologetic about it. Not sure why that's so funny. Website shouldn't let you schedule if there's no availability. I'm sure it wasn't his fault at all. But this place could use some training in customer service. read more

Received the worst service I have ever received in an auto service center. They did not have my tires. I found them 2 hours away, rented a car and drove to pick them up. I took the tires in first thing the next morning and it still took them over 4 hours just to get 4 tires on my car. Two hours into the morning of waiting, I called to tell them I had seen my car still waiting in the parking lot. The guy on the phone said they were going out right then to bring it in. Over two hours later they finally take the car in the garage and put the tires on. A lady came in while I was waiting and she said "I spoke to you on the phone about getting a tire. You told me there is a pretty long wait." The guy behind the counter, obviously flirting, said "you're right ma'am but I can pull some strings for you." He had no idea I was listening. They got her car right in. The icing on the cake is - I took the survey that was on my receipt and provided my contact information. No one has bothered to follow up. read more

Today was one of the worst days I've had in a long time. I woke up with a flat tire. I fixed my flat with fix-a-flat, the kind of the stuff you get at a department store like Wal Mart. I then drove my car to Firestone tire and service on May Avenue. The man behind the counter Josh was very condescending. He wouldn't even tell me how long it would take for me to get my tire fixed. He just said, "it'll be about 45 minutes until my guys get off lunch." So then I asked, how long will it take after that? and he goes, " Um about 45." So then I say, " So you're saying 2 hours." and he just smiled and said, "yep." About two hours later he called me to tell me that they cannot fix my tire because the fix-a-flat will make it impossible to patch it up since the chemicals will eat at the patch they will put on the tire. He then told me I needed to buy a new tired for 125 dollars and that a light was out in my head lights. I thought it was strange because I just had my car looked at a few days ago and everything was fine. The only reason why I had a flat was because of a nail in the road. I got off the phone and called a few car shops that told me firestone was trying to rip me off. I called firestone back and told them I did not want them to do anything and I did not appreciate waiting 2 hours to get my car back. When I came back to the store there were three men standing there with my keys, and quickly ushered us out with a "okay dokay". I went down the street to an independent shop and the guy fixed my flat for 8 dollars in ten minutes. I tipped him double because I was so excited to find out my car was better especially since Firestone ruined my entire day. Not only that, I've never dealt with such condensing customer service as Josh, and I felt very discriminated against because I am a woman and he thought I wouldn't even think it was strange that they wanted to give me a WHOLE NEW TIRE for a nail in my old one. I've worked customer service before and i don't usually like to turn to yelp, but Josh and firestones behavior has left me no other choice. read more

I had a really wonderful experience today @FirestoneAuto. So...a little about my situation...my car's right front tire low pressure sensor light appears about every 6 weeks. The first few times it happened, I just filled it up with air and went on with my day, but the fact that it keeps repeatedly happening, always the same tire (which is less than a year old) started to get annoying. I took the car to the dealer for an oil change and asked them to check it out...of course, they couldn't find anything wrong with anything. So yesterday, right after we had some bad weather, my low tire pressure indicator light comes on. Great...just what I need when I'm driving through unplowed snowy streets in Oklahoma City. So today I called Firestone - time to call in the tire experts. They were able to give me a same-day appointment, which I GREATLY appreciated. I showed up, explained my problem, told them the story of what's been happening and they said they'd take a look. Two hours later, JC called me to let me know they'd found the problem. Turned out my valve was very slowly leaking out air. They replaced it and cleaned the whole thing out...and here's the kicker...free of charge! I was incredibly grateful for the service and will definitely be coming back here in the future if I have any more car trouble (although I hope that doesn't happen...). But the moral of the story is, the service was great, and quick, and the prices were great! Kudos to all the guys over at Firestone! read more

They voided my tire warranty because I used plugs as a temporary solution. They said they could no longer fix the tire, which is totally B.S. Just pull the plug out and throw a patch on it. It's just another way to screw the little guy. This is the last time I buy from Firestone. read more

Took two days to change a tire, just a tire, not attached to a car, just a tire on a rim. When I went to pick up my tire it wasn't done even though I was told that it was. When I arrived and paid I found out that it wasn't done still. There was never any contact to me over these two days. Moral of the story, do not goto this store. read more

They are super fast and very affordable. They got my car in for an oil change within minutes of my arrival, without an appointment.

I had a flat tire after hitting a bad pothole. Walked in after having heart monitors attached and the guy at the counter looked me up and down, looked at the wires hanging from my neck and basically turned me away right then and there. He said he couldn't help me and that Hibdons was next door and maybe they could help me. Wow... read more

Went in about a week ago for a simple oil change and check up. Service seemed quick, got my car back about 2 hours after dropping it off. Total charge for the service was $120 (pretty steep) and was on my way. Once I got home I checked my dip stick and realized they had not actually changed my oil, nor diagnosed a battery/alternator issue that caused my car to stall a day later. Beware of this particular firestone, I was warned about them charging for services without actually doing them but this still shocked me. Management / Firestone national office needs to investigate this particular service station. read more

Went in to have an alignment done. I paid for the lifetime alignment in October of 2016 and when I go to get the alignment taken care of this time they tell me my control arm is bent and I needed another $550 worth of work. I didn't have it so I left. Today I went to the dealership for a 2nd opinion and they told me I was lied to and that all I needed was an alignment. Now I'm out another $90 to get it done when it shouldn't have cost me anything at Firestone. ***Beware they will try to tell you that you need repairs that you don't need just to charge you more money*** total scam artists that can't be trusted. So make sure that if you need tires or other items don't go to Firestone or Hibdons b/c they are the same company. They will rip you off!!! read more

I had a good experience here overall. There was a bit of a wait but the place is clean and comfortable, so that was not a big deal. Set appointment online for oil change, alignment and rotation appointment set online was 9am, I showed up to drop off my vehicle they looked at me as if I had 3 heads they said I should have called to never use app or online to set appointment it's not accurate. They said we can't get you in until 1pm and you can pick vehicle up that evening. I decided to just get oil change done, will go somewhere else for the other 2 things I need done. Won't go back to this Firestone very disappointed. read more

Took my car in for a alignment, tire rotation and balance. They did great work. However, once I arrived home I noticed a large quantity of fluid leaking from the car. Open the hood and it's every where! Under the hood, on top of the engine, in the cooling fans, radiator, all the belt accessories, on the outside of the car (front bumper and down the passenger side). I immediately checked all fluids. All normal. So I wait about an hour and recheck still normal. Start the car look underneath no leaks. So I call the store and asked if they had used some kind of cleaner or maybe someone by accident spilt oil or some type of fluid. They asked what I had brought the car in for and I told them. To which he responded that none of those things would have anything to do with any fluid. I said well it had to come from somewhere! He said well check your fluids. Which I am doing constantly as I am terrified it's going to leave me stranded. That's a new engine a fresh rebuilt transmission, new power steering pump and rack n pinion. Just disappointed in how it was just assumed that the car had magically sprung a HUGE leak instead of having me come back in and see if was wrong or maybe even the technician did accidentally spill oil or fluid. So now I get to wonder and worry. read more

I've had three experiences at this location so far and all of them have been praiseworthy. When a shock absorber strut suddenly came loose a while back they got my car fixed back up the same day. At a different time, I took my car to a dealership for some recall work and they tried to up-sell hundreds of dollars of services (told me their prices were competitive with Firestone but I still turned them down) and when I went to Firestone they said I only had ~$40 worth of work that needed doing, based on my car's history. Most recently I took my car in for a check-up on the AC because is was making squeal-y noises a few months after they replaced a belt for me, and they told me that since they just had to adjust something they weren't charging me a cent! Every time I've walked out of this shop with my keys in my hand I'm happy to have chosen them; knowing i have such a good business to rely on makes the annoyances of car ownership less bothersome. read more

This used to be my favorite Firestone but they've changed management numerous times and now they are horrible. The receptionist Courtney was just rude and hung up in my face. When I called back I spoke with the manger Chris and he was horrible also. I won't be taking my car to them, just off of that alone. The last time I was there they forgot to put oil in my car and my notification went off. Then they forgot to put the oil change sticker also. That's important to me as a woman because I will forget. They changed my tires and have been the only company to change them. They told me, it looks like your bolts on the tires are stripped it's time to replace them. I'm like if they're stripped, you caused it. Take it from me don't go there. read more

Had a flat on a Saturday evening, so stopped here to get a fix. Good service (and evening & weekend hours!), so I came back to replace the other three tires and get an alignment. Service took an hour longer than quoted for a simple oil change and tire rotation. An employee also found it appropriate to loudly make political rants in the lobby while I was the only customer sitting in here, minding my own business and reading news on my phone. read more

I am not one to post reviews but felt this needed to be shared. Took my car in to have them simply fix the flat tire in my trunk. Told them that AAA told me it was the alignment so I asked them to check that and fix if needed. I was leaving my car there for the weekend because I was going out of town and they could take their time. Specifically told them that my car would die if it sat there for a day and Asked them to not worry about it just jump it and nothing else. When I go to pick my car up after the weekend, they seemed extremely unorganized and took them 30 minutes to find my key. Finally, I drive home and look at the tire in my trunk. It was not touched over the weekend. Woke up the next morning, started driving to work and my car starts beeping and lights on my dashboard go off and my brakes completely give out on me. I call them immediately and they have it towed back to the store. I told them how they did not fix the flat tire that I came in for and he said they would fix it while they were figuring out what happened with the brakes. I sit there for 2 hours (missing work) then they tell me how they changed the battery in the car (after i told them not to) and blew a fuse which blew some part to my brake. He told me it would take a while to order the brake so I go home. Couple hours later they call and say that they found the part but realized they do not have the tools to fix it and "figured out" that it was not their fault and I had to take it to the dealership. They refused to pay to get the part replaced. After 3 weeks of arguing and 3 weeks of me not having a car, they finally agree to pay for the $3,000 part. I finally get my car back and my alignment is totally screwed up and a couple hours later I run over a nail. Open my trunk to change the flat tire and the one in the trunk was STILL not fixed. Firestone did not do one thing I asked of them. I have Never had such a horrible experience anywhere. Will NEVER go back. read more
