Heidi called to verify what I wanted done and then texted when my car was ready. I was told 3 hours for the job and it took 3 hours No more leaks! I am very satisfied with the work. They are not inexpensive but it was still $100 less than what I was quoted elsewhere. One thing: if you're using Apple Maps, it took me 1/2-3/4 mile west of Smitty's and said I had arrived. Fortunately my brother was waiting for me and gave me directions. Don't trust Apple Maps‍

I bought my Ford raptor from a local Ford dealership and took it back for an oil change. After…read moreinspecting it the dealership told me I need a new rear brake pads, resurface rotors , brake fluid change and a transmission flush. They wanted to charge me $1100. I've had really good luck with Smitty's so we took it by. Got a great phone call from them informing me I have at least 15,000 more miles on the brakes, the brake fluid looks just fine but due to the mileage, it is time for the transmission flush. So we went from $1100 a dealership to 350 at Smitty's. This kind of truthfulness from a mechanic shop is basically unheard of. Cannot recommend them enough.

He told us up front that he was booked solid for the next few days, but asked for a little more detail. Based on that, he said that the switch resets itself, but he could check it for free if the car died again. He also noticed my car was low on power steering fluid and offered to top it off for free. He explained everything in ways we could understand, never talking over our heads or acting smug because he knows more than us. His service center is very clean and professional. He seems to me like the kind of mechanic who is completely open about what options you have, from what it takes to get your car running to what's needed to keep it running, and the prices of those options. I feel like Stephen is the kind of mechanic that can become a friend. I don't live in MWC, but he is now my first choice for repairs.

Went to Todd, he fixed things with great skill and talent (and honesty), saved me lots of money by those traits. Stay away from this place if you value your time and money. This shop took 7 months to build a…read moremotor that I ended up taking to another shop to have fixed from the sloppy work done. Mark broke a bolt off in the main crank cap from the side. Then he did not put 2 bolts in the rear oil pane which goes into the LS rear cover instead he filled them with rtv silicone. When building a LS motor you have to use new head bolts because they are a torque to yield one time use but he used old bolts and charged me for new ones. Then he cut into the reluctor wheel while grinding on the crank so that had to be replaced. silicone was coming out everywhere so I could not trust it and I had to go to a better shop to have it checked. Motor has to be torn down and rebuilt, and parts replaced that Mark messed up. He thinks a person will not go through the trouble to sue him but for what I paid him and having to pay another shop to fix his sloppy work we will be going to court. There is alot of people saying the same thing and having issues with getting stuff done in a timely matter. Those good reviews are more than likely his people trying to off balance bad reviews. The review here on this page about a car breaking down at night and waiting until they opened is crap. Anyone really doing work with Mark is not getting anything fixed in that time frame so beware of the BS post here talking good about this shop. The crew je has now are not real trouble shooters so these posts are crap, The ine good mechanic he had died last year now he has guys going throught the motions with Mark being pulled in different directions to the piont the quality is no longer there. The review of the transmission repair is crap too he does not build or fix them. He might pull one and put one back in that someone else fixed but Mark does not build or work on transmissions so that review below is crap. The review the person posted here about going from California to Virginia is crap because this shop is no where near the highway for them to come off hwy 40 and find Marks shop out in the middle of Nicoma Park is absurd. There are many shops near the highway. Fake positive reviews. Cheap price is cheap work because you will end up spending more later to fix the work they do at Marks Machine Shop and Repair in Nicoma Park, OK. I attached pictures so you can see I am not lying.
