I took my car to this location on January 11 for the first time to have it checked because the tire pressure light was on. They told me that two of the sensors were broken and quoted me $420 with taxes to fix them. I felt that price was extremely high, but I decided to go ahead with it to solve the problem. After they kept my car for a full day, I picked it up on January 12 and noticed that the warning light was still on. I went back immediately, and they told me that it was normal and that the light would turn off on its own. A day passed and nothing changed, so I returned again. They kept the car for another full day and then told me the issue was the spare tire sensor -- something I don't understand how they didn't notice during the first inspection. They then said they couldn't fix it because the spare tire was expired. So at that point, my problem was not fixed and I had already paid over $400. I then took my car to another shop, where they told me something shocking: whoever said it was the rear/spare tire sensor was wrong, because my car does not even have that sensor programmed in the system. They checked all the sensors and confirmed that the real issue was that two sensors installed were not compatible with my car -- the same sensors Firestone had installed and charged me $400 for. I went back to Firestone and spoke with the manager, Gloria -- honestly, the worst manager I have ever dealt with. I don't understand how someone like that represents this business. She asked me to leave the car again so they could "check it." This time they told me the tires had too much air and that they could even explode -- even though THEY were the ones who added the air during the sensor replacement. After removing some air, the problem continued. Then they said they couldn't check the rear tire because they didn't have the proper tools -- unbelievable for a place like this. Later, Gloria came out and insisted that they had already checked it and that the spare tire was the problem. I showed her photos and explained what the other shop found, proving the system doesn't even read that sensor. She then told me I needed a certified letter for them to do anything. I asked for at least a refund since only 8 days had passed (most of which they had my car). After waiting almost another full day, they told me they could do nothing. Unbelievable customer service. A place like this should not treat customers this way. Completely mismanaged, unprofessional, and unwilling to take responsibility or even try to solve the problem. read more

Took our car in today and waited almost two hours for the older lady in the front to come out and tell us they found nothing. She had a bad attitude, no information, and wouldn't let us talk to anyone else. Luckily we found the nice man who was also working in the front today but helping out the mechanic and he was able to explain better but she was just plain rude. Ignored us when we asked if she needed anything else from us before we left and moved on to the next person acting like we weren't there. Which was why we had to physically go search for someone else. Wouldn't even give us a diagnosis, we had to get that from the other employee as well. There are jobs outside of customer service! I don't understand why these people work in customer service just to be rude! The only reason we gave two stars was for the man we spoke to. Not his fault for her attitude and the lack of information she gave and he was clearly working hard to help anywhere he could. He deserves a promotion and she needs another job. read more

Arrived at location and was advised that my appointment was canceled and they did not know when they can fit me in. I changed my appointment but their representative advised that I should have called instead of changing online and it was my fault that she canceled it. Really, maybe they should have called me before canceling. I had a email appointment for today. They could care less. Very unprofessional and will never return to this location or Firestone again. Horrible service! I discovered I had a nail in my tire and stopped in Firestone. They refused to help me. The manager said they don't plug tire but will patch it. Then he decided he didn't want to help at all. I asked if they would at least put my spare on so I could get home safely. He still refused to help. He didn't even go out to look at my tire. I ended up calling for roadside assistance from their parking lot. Is this how this business treats women? Or is it because I'm elderly? What happened to decency? read more

Have used them twice, the first time for brakes and most recently for an oil change that Walmart would not do due to a stripped plug on the oil pan. Got an appointment right away and did not have to wait very long for everything to be finished. Very honest and upfront about what was needed and what was wrong. I needed an oil change, tires and an alignment for my 2020 Alfa Romeo Ti Sport. I called and searched online for tires for my for a week trying to find the best price on quality tires and the needed services; I wish I had callled Firestone first. Every place I called quoted me prices for the Bridgestone Potenza Re980as plus tires that were several hundred more for all 4 tires. I called the dealership as well and was quoted almost $600 more for the tires and the oils change was $289 not including the alignment; which was $245 Firestone in Naples on Airport Rd had the tires the next day, did the oil change and the alignment for just a little under $1500. Oil change light is reset, the alignment is perfect and I live my new Bridgestone Re980as plus tires. They are busy but they do a great job. read more

Had an appointment for a simple oil change. Nothing crazy. I used to work for a shop, so I know how long an oil change takes, even on a busy day. It sure as hell doesn't take 3 hours! When I called and made the appointment, I asked how long it would take. They told me 30 minutes to an hour. So I decided to sit in the waiting room for it to be done. An hour and a half later, they hadn't even taken my car back yet! On top of that, when the hell did a simple oil change cost so much? NEVER coming back here. read more

We've used Firestone for years...over 20 years in fact for all of our truck, car and trailer needs. The managers and staff at the site by Bed Bath and Beyond in Naples have always been great. Very responsive, never pushing products, getting us good prices, and taking care that my vehicle is serviced even in emergencies because I work long hours and am often out late. I had to go to the new site today at 951 and Pine Ridge because my appointment at the regular office was mixed up last week, so they referred me here. It was a horrible experience. I was told I needed a new battery and when I said I had a fairly new one under warranty, the young woman said she'd take care of it. At checkout she said they were able to just charge it and it was fine. As I explained how unhappy I was that I hd been told I needed something I didn't and that I had always been a loyal customer, she laughed and said "I'm one of the most honest people in this industry". I had my receipt emailed to me later and I received a second email with recommendations....it was for a new battery. I was also in for a braking issue and was told I needed new rotors as mine were warped. I still have a braking issue so I'll be picking up the old rotors and having those checked out tomorrow. Sadly disappointed and angry that after being loyal customers for so long I was taken advantage of at this location. (I've also used them elsewhere in Florida and the company has always been great). read more

We had an appt at 11:00 for oil change, tire rotation and wiper blades. We called them at 2:00 ish to see if vehicle was done, they said it was almost done. We drove over there at 3:45. Car not done. At around 4:15 they told us they didnt have the oil for our vehicle and were waiting on it to be delivered.. At 4:45 I went in there complaining. As I was complaining to the general manager, the service manager started yelling at me in front of other customers that we scheduled appt with him and if we had a problem take it up with him. Then he went on to say that "your car takes a special kind of oil, if we wanted to we could have dumped any kind of oil in tour car and you wouldn't know". Wow. So we had an appt for more than a week, you've had car since 11:00 am and you didn't have the oil and didn't order it until 4:00 pm? When we said this his response was, he isn't going to order supplies ahead of tome if he doesn't know if people will show up. Then the general manager told my husband, "I was going to give this $250 service to you for free, but because your wife ran her mouth, and she will blast it online and call corporate I am not going to and you can get a refund from corporate. This place doesn't value their customers or their time. It is mismanaged, and unprofessional. If the manager had any management skills he would have told my husband he was sorry, offered to credit the bill the hours my husband sat there waiting, prior to it escalating from frustration. He has no communication skills and his service manager should be reprimanded for the way he talks to people. Firestone used to be a well run place and respectable. I will never go back. read more

I brought my 2014 Chevy Cruze here for an oil leak, that has since been properly fixed by an experienced mechanic. My journey with Firestone took an entire month with many return visits as the leak was not successfully solved. Not only did they supposedly have to install a valve cover three times, (the first time it was improperly installed so it cracked a couple of days later), but the final time I dealt with them, I found a brand new valve cover in an unopened box sitting in my passenger seat when I returned to my vehicle... I returned it to them, hoping that they did in fact INSTALL a new valve cover. Either way, the oil leak was never fixed. They have very nice front office staff, but they simply don't know how to install a valve cover correctly. On top of that, the turnaround time was appalling. Don't bring your car here for non-routine maintenance. read more

I took my car in to have the brake inspected after I had set an appointment with this particular Firestone that to be called after waiting for two and a 1/2 hours that there was nothing wrong with the cars brake pad. I told the front desk employee that I would hear a squealing noise every time I would brake in a slow speed to then be told to wait for a call back. An hour and a half later after being reached out, I was told that the noise is due to some manufacturers issue and that to fix the issue I would have to replace the whole rotor but then they redirected the issue and explained that my car had a brake vacuum pump leak and that both my CV axels are pretty much broken and need to be replaced which will cost close to $2000. Went to another mechanic to get a second opinion and they told me that I had no brake vacuum pump leak, the two CV axels only needed lubricant and a seal replacement, and fixed the squealing noise coming from my brakes all for below $200. I can't stress this enough... get a second opinion if you can but most of all if you come to this Firestone, be prepared to be scammed cause I was almost scammed spending closer to $2,000. I never had written a bad review in my life but I honestly feel like I have to share my experience here. Heed this warning read more
