I am a woman but I'm not dumb. Don't let them rip you off. I got it done for 500 somewhere else. They blamed it on the tariffs. When I reviewed the quote it shows they're even using a rebuilt part. Not even a new one! Very disappointed.

I took my 2013 Porsche Cayenne S in to have the BRAND new Porsche factory tire pressure sensors…read moreinstalled, and they could not activate the factory sensors. The Owner Scott told me he can program the Autel TPMS sensors as that is what he has a tool for and what he recommends. SO I ordered a set of Autle sensors took it in and waited three hours while they installed and then attempted to activate the sensors and they still could not get the job done now I live 45 minutes away from these so-called experts so now I have made six round trips here to this store spent now $500 bucks and still they do not work? So I called Autel tech support. Going back one of the things they told me is they programmed the sensors to 315 frequency and then took the tires back down in order to reprogram to 433 and after speaking with Autel none of this was true as the tool will not let you program these to 315 as that is not an option after you enter the year as 433 is the ONLY option you can choose. then Scott told me SEE THIS IS WHY WE USE ARE ON SENSORS YOUR ARE NO GOOD CAN NOT BE PROGRAMMED??? So I took a chance as I used to own a Porsche repair center but retired now and I ordered the Autel TPMS 508 tool $233 bucks today I spent 30 minutes programming and activating the same sensors with the same tool they were using and guess what they now work. The two guys trying to program the sensors they didn't know what they are doing and On top of all that when I tried to talk to them, they got defensive yelled at me then hung up the phone on me. All the technicians had to do was properly enter the correct data as prompted by the Autel tool screen as I did by copying the sensors ID and manually imputing then activation and they now work perfectly so not much of an Expert tire center are they?

So after the oil change I drove to the main location on Domestic to have the tire repaired. I was told that I would have to wait about an hour for them to get to it for repair. I had no problem since I drove in without an appointment. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I noticed how nice and professional they handled their customers. Well after about an hour the nice lady working the front called my name and apologized for me having to wait an hour. That the tech working on my tire could not find a leak !!-- that the whole problem was found when he put the valve stem cap back on and that is when he heard air coming out !! I had a bad valve stem cap !!! She apologized again and said "no charge" !!! I gave her some "cross Pennie's" I made for her young family. She just had another baby girl about a year ago. I was so impressed with this business that I will be going back and also recommending them to my friends. Jim Benvenuti June 11, 2025

That being said I purchased a Toyota to take back up north and leave it . I asked them to replace the spark plugs change the oil and check the car for the long ride... The man in charge asked me "Whats it doing in there" my reply was idiot don't know I don't work here". I traveled up to NE and a week later my battery died ,when AAA came the battery posts came right off and he told me that's what killed your battery and had to purchase another. I still like the place but something seems to be slipping in the service and I hope they can fix it before it's too late.

Requested an alignment. Got a call saying my car was finished and that it still pulls to the right…read moredue to bad tires. And that I need 4 new tires. But they said I would not need to do anything to the alignment. And they gave me the alignment sheet diagram. Very polite and got the job done. Just got home and the car drives wonderfully better than before. But because of the bad tires it veers right ever so slightly which they mentioned. This shop did what Tamiami Ford and tire kingdom couldn't do. Previously I had taken my car for a 4 wheel alignment to both Tamiami Ford and Tire kingdom but when I got the car back the steering wheel was clocked to the left a lot when driving straight same as tire kingdom, and neither Ford or Tire Kingdom provided the alignment sheet diagram. So when I went home I did an eyeball alignment which made the car drive much better than what Ford or Tire Kingdom provided. And now my car drives better than my eyeball alignment which is what I wanted. And the price was fair. So thank you Collier Tire. Good Job. Could have quoted me some new tires as they suggested to get new ones. Which is why 4 out of 5 stars. But that's no biggie. Will definitely come back when I get new tires for them to put them on and balance them.
