I made an appoint to have a OLF change and a tire replaced on my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander AWD the tire had a nail in it. I told them I had an identical used spare, with 7/32" tread depth that matched my other tires. These tires must be within 1/32" tread depth by Mitsubishi Motors recommendations or it cause differential damage. I made the appointment and when I arrived, they refused the mount my good replacement tire and wanted me to buy a new tire that would have not matched the tread depth of my other tires and would have damaged my differential. I would have had to buy 4 new tires in order for them to match the tire depth. Beware of these dishonest people if they knew they were not going to change this tire for me they should have told me before making my appointment. I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS FOR WASTING MY TIME AND TRYING TO SELL ME 4 VERY EXPENSIVE TIRES I DID NOT NEED! read more

Went well I always get my oil change here never have problems always done on time the guy at the front desk Mike very friendly and knows a lot of stuff definitely should be rewarded more for the hard work he puts in everytime I have a car issue I go to Firestone and he usually there he definitely a great employee and should be recognized for what he does. read more

I needed an oil and filter change, and my tires rotated. I work late and don't have time generally after work. Luckily this location was open later. I was able to book a time online. I came in, someone came in from the back. It took them a little bit to come in, but one needs to remember they are probably working on a car and needed to wash their hands to greet the person at the desk. Kenyatta helped me. I was a ten minutes early. They took my car in. About an hour wait. They told me that two of my tires would need to be replaced before next winter. I was already aware. They gave me suggested prices for replacement on my receipt without pressuring me to buy anything. I would highly recommend this location and hope to use it in the future. read more

When I went to the Lebanon (Quentin Rd.) location for a vehicle inspection last year. I was told I needed to replace my windshield wipers. I explained that I purchased new wiper blades two weeks prior and I was happy with the results. The person at the desk stated I could replace the blades with their blades. I was pressed for time and agreed to let Firestone replace the blades. I passed inspection, however, the Firestone blades were horrible. They did not clear the water from the windshield nearly as well as the new blades I bought prior to my inspection. They lost a customer that day. read more

We live in North Carolina and we had a major problem with our vehicle, called Firestone and they got us in, Tom answered the phone explained the problem. We didn't know if we wanted to keep the vehicle or get another one, we decided to keep it and called Firestone and have them do the work. Mike answered the phone and started getting the parts, a couple days later it was done and the vehicle rode great all the way home to North Carolina. A big shout out to Tom, a huge shout out to Mike ( we heard he supervised the work, maybe used the jack, lol) and a great big shout out to the mechanic who did the work and got dirty. I have been going to Firestone for years because it is reasonably price for the service. The last two times they never rotated my tires. Well today I took it for an oil change and we cleaned one tire to see if they did. Well guess what they didn't rotate me tires and when I told them they said they did and it wasn't true. Then Mike said he will bring my car back in and have the mechanic rotate my tires. Well guess what? They didn't rotate them correctly. Left rear to right front and right rear to left front. Didn't do it like that. Guess I need to find another place I can trust with my baby that takes me back in forth to work. read more

Had a check engine light come on while visiting family in the area. Was worried about getting an appointment on Saturday but they squeezed me in and were able to solve the issue (though minor) which I greatly appreciated. I dropped the car and had a leisurly lunch at Golden Corral (right nextdoor) and they called me pretty much as we were finishing. They also had the "standard" TV waiting area if you wanted to wait there. This location is also right next to a strip mall, so there would be plenty of places to wander and shop if your repair took longer. In fact there weren't a ton of people in the waiting area, so I imagine people did that. My SO said they had wifi but she couldn't connect in the short time we were there so no real review of strength/reliability/ease (or even availiability) besides mention. I hope I never have to go back here (car things y'know) but if I am in the area, I would go here first=) Were I local I imagine making this place my normal place of business. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because no-one called me with a diagnosis, they just fixed it which surprised the person who called me to say it was done but I guess it was too late by then;p This could have been a huge deal if it was something major but I assume because it was so minor they just went ahead. Also price MIGHT be pricy for that area...it's about standard for my area, which has a higher standard of living...but car stuff might be exempt to that, not really an expert there. I was also on hold a bit before they took my initial call (but did not need a reservation) and waited a bit to get seen. Both probably positive signs of busyness. read more

UPDATE 9/22 Lebanon Manager contacted me (who was very professional), and they sent out a service called Wheels on Site to my home to repair my wheel. I was VERY skeptical of the outcome. The Tech was very professional and cordial, and did a fantastic job repairing the wheel. It looks brand new, and I couldn't be more pleased. First of all, I'd like to say that the guys at the desk were very nice. I was due for an oil change, I did not have an appointment, and they were able to squeeze me in. I did appreciate that.... BUT...... I took my car to a dealership recently to get my inspection done and while I was there I knew I was also up for an oil change. I know some people at the dealership and I know this particular dealership is on the up and up. I had noticed some oil in our driveway but I had not thought much of it because my husband had changed his own oil in his car and on the bike so I figured it was from him working on his car. I was wrong! So the dealership explains to me that (oh and by the way, they did not charge me for this part of the service so I know it wasn't some ploy for more $ from me) the previous company that changed my oil would not be recommended because they stripped the oil plug and I have been leaking oil. They had to bore the hole and replace it with a new plug. This is not the first time in recent history that a Firestone has done a poor job for me or for someone I know that has caused permanent damage. I know that Firestone can be an economical choice at times, but that doesn't release them from the responsibility of providing QUALITY service. I used to be able to rely on Firestone, but I know now that this is not a good place to go, deal or no deal. And don't get me started on the Fruitville Pike location.... I will be writing a letter to Firestone corporate talking about my experiences. The folks at Firestone we very friendly and helpful today we are very grateful! Came in from out of state and had a bad flat tire on the way. Husband put the donut on and I checked Yelp for tire places. I called Firestone and asked if they could take us. The gentleman on the phone said sure he would squeeze us in. My husband dropped us off where we needed to be and headed over there and they were great. Priced very fair for a great quality Firestone tire, they worked fast to get him back on the road. I highly recommend these guys whether an emergency or a scheduled visit!! read more

Would have given 10 stars if I could..... had so many issues with the white hall location and today was no different. Taking no responsibility for bad work. Had a emergency room visit with my girlfriends son.came out to a flat and lug nuts torqued to over 200 ft lbs. For this car 2011 ford feista factory is 85 ft lbs.had to have the car towed to local firestone in Lebanon pa told them the story about the white hall location. 2 new tires 4 wheel alignment new tire sensors all 4 wheels other place screwed them up. Very disappointed. I reserved tires and made an appt. After I dropped vehicle off and left I received a call that 2 of the 4 tires were sold. Now 2 tires had to come from another location and I would have to come back the next day. I did at appointed time and tires were not there "yet". I waited for a short time and left and told them to call me if they showed up. They did so that made my 3rd trip. They are trying to make it right time wise. TBA read more

Had my wife's vehicle scheduled for an Inspection, oil change and new wiper blades. I was never informed the Firestone store had discount coupons for the oil change and when you purchase one wiper blade you get the second one free. Don't get me wrong, the service was great and they were very professional to deal with. When I was informed my vehicle was ready, they recommended numerous maintenance items be completed to with I accepted to replace the cabin air filter. I was charged 20 dollars to change a cabin air filter that takes one minute? The gentleman at the counter also pushed to see if I had interest in getting a Firestone credit card. I denied. I think they should make you aware of the coupon offers instead of pushing for extra maintenance or credit cards. I estimate that I overpaid 56 dollars by not being offered coupons or being charged a ridiculous amount of labor for changing an air filter. read more

e have used Firestone for pretty much all of our auto care in thr past 3 years. They are ALWAYS kind and explain in terms I can understand what is going on with my vehicle. They even installed a part for me which was more of a body work issue because they value their customer's loyalty. I am so impressed by their service! read more

Recently I took my Kia Soul in for a State Inspection. The service was excellent, on time, and at a reasonable price. I've heard complaints in the past about suggested repair work being offered but I had none needed or offered at this time. I think that sometimes we forget that we don't really take very good care of our cars anymore mechanically, therefore things tend to need repair or naturally wear out. Such is the way with things. I highly recommend this shop if you have repair work needed. read more
