I brought my car here for 1 simple job. That's to replace a wheel hub bearing. Prior to that I had no ideal I needed it, until I went and got $400 tires put on @ K&G. They pointed out to me that I needed a wheel hub bearing. The car still runs excellent, been to Pine Bluff, Jonesboro, Searcy, Conway & Little Rock. All with no problems. But as soon I let FIRESTONE on Main Street of Jacksonville touch it. They give my car back to me not 100 % functional, but they received my car 100% with no lights on. I get my car back with all the warning dash lights on, car wouldn't go over 30mph. They "BRIDGESTONE" claim their 3rd party vendor looked at the car. Claims that they found nothing wrong on their part " that's a lie " I brought my car to you "Firestone" working perfectly. But you give my car back to me with all the dash lights on, want go over 30mph... also your mgr called me inquiring about a belt and front brakes needed and it's going to cost $160 for front brakes when they get their parts from oreillys or Autozone & they can't say that they don't cause I've seen the oreillys white parts truck deliver them parts. So now I'm going to take this up a notice and contact corporate/ I called corporate the first time .. but it's actually customer service .. District Mgr didn't get involved for whatever reason. Nor did the District Mgr ever call me. But customer service did. So now I'm gonna go up to the next level and also reach out to the BBB and possibly inform my attorney and get lawyered up for court. This isn't satisfactory to me as a customer or anyone whom ever experienced this. They think that they just gonna sweep this under the rug, OH HELL NO!! They gonna tell me, you got good oil and clean fluids nothing is burnt, it's not our fault even though you let us service your car and it had no lights on and it ran great. But once we touched it and gave it back to you all your lights are on and car want go over 30mph and your brakes grind isn't our fault after we touched your car. Will never go again after getting a flat tire I got all new tires from here, just to have another fucking flat when I left for work that evening . Thank you assholes for fucking up breaking the valve stem and not fixong your mistake when putting on my new tires I paid 600$ for only to get a fucking flat because the incompetent lazy assholes you have at this store. Ever since the manager MiKe left this place has gone to crap. Stay away from the guy named Glen. He has no clue what is going on. They over charge for parts. Charged me 351.00 for a radiator for my jeep from NAPA and when I looked it up online at the local Napa where they bought it it was only 197.00. Told me it would only take 2 hrs. Took 6hrs. I understand it takes time to get parts but damn...took my other car in to have oil changed and tires rotated. I asked them to rebalance because I felt a shimmy in the front. They rebalanced and was worse! Took it back and they fixed...really? Balancing tires are basic maintenance for cars. Never had an issue when Mike was there. He went to Plaza Tire in Searcy, AR. Employees work extremely slow. Customers that came in after me were done before me. I came here for "maintenance" nothing that should have taken over 3 hours. I remained polite, but never again will I come here. Furthermore, the customer waiting area was HORRID. An accumulation of trash, dust, and dirt covered the floor and seats. Also, there weren't any outlets to charge a cell phone. The bathroom was also filthy. read more

Either the people that work there are incompetent, lazy, or just dishonest. I dropped off my car today shortly before 11. I was told the wait would be about an hour and a half because there were 3 cars ahead of me. That's fine. A good window, with a logical reason why. I go about my business for the next hour and a half and go back up to the store at a little over 1230, thinking I'd be right on time to pick up my car. There's no one at the desk, and my car is out front, so I'm thinking my car must be done. I sit down and wait for the next 20 minutes before someone comes out and says that there were "issues" with the cars in front of me, but mine was next and it would be another hour. Now we're looking at 2 hours in and being told it would be 3, when the initial time was 1.5 hours. So you're literally double over the time you told me to begin with. It is currently 10 minutes short of 2 hours since they told me that it would be another hour for my car and I have heard absolutely nothing. Now all the sudden I need new tires because of nails, so an hour and a half wait has now turned into a 6.5 hour oil change and new tires. The customer service was horrible. No call updates on why things are late or anything. They probably wouldn't have told me anything unless I walked up there and asked. read more

Been using these guys for several years. They've always been very polite and helpful. In my last visit, they were able to squeeze me in for a tire mount/alignment despite how visibly busy they were. I appreciate that a lot. I normally do my own vehicle maintenance because I can ensure that the job gets done correctly. I don't have the proper equipment for doing tire mount/balance and alignments, so I'm fortunate to have found this particular Firestone to fulfill those requirements. The last 2 times I went in for service I was overcharged and didn"t receive any windshield wiper fluid or my tires checked because I informed them that one was low and the low tire light was on when I went in and when I left. I refuse to go back to this store. read more
