Awful experience -- damaged my rims and refused to make it right…read more I brought my vehicle here for a tire change and left with significant scratches/damage to both of my rims. This was not damage that was there when I brought the vehicle in. I contacted them immediately to address the issue. They sent an adjuster out to inspect the damage, and I was given a quote for the repairs. Afterward, they tried to backtrack and claim that the adjuster had never actually provided me with that amount, despite that being the information I was given. In the end, they only sent me $260, which I know will not come close to covering the actual cost of repairing the damage they caused. What is most disappointing is not just the damage, but how the situation was handled afterward. If you damage someone's vehicle while providing a service, you should take responsibility and make it right -- not try to minimize the cost and leave the customer to pay the difference. I would strongly recommend taking pictures of your rims before and after any service here and carefully inspecting your vehicle before leaving. I personally will not be returning.

The Assistant Manager Aiden told me I did not leave the key I placed the key exactly where I was told to put it At this point Aiden is TELLING me that I didn't leave the key. I was furious. I felt he wasn't listening to me. I said you've had the car since 7AM and it's now 3 o'clock and nobody called me to tell me that you couldn't find the key? The Assistant Manager Aiden was very arrogant and rude. He kept me on speakerphone the entire time. I could barely hear him. I had to ask/tell him to give me his Manager several times. He kept saying the Manager was busy or on the phone. I finally spoke to the manager. He went back and found the key. I told them not to touch the vehicle. I would be there in 10 minutes to pick it up. When I arrived there was 1 worker sitting back in his chair very relaxed next to the Manager who was resting his head at the desk. I told them I was there for the Lexus. The Manage just took the key and handed it to me. No apology no solution NOTHING!! He barely looked up. This was there error and they could've cared less. I said to the Manager, pretty busy today huh? He just looked at me. I grabbed my key got their names and I was leaving the store when suddenly one of them started laughing. I went back into the store furious mind you, my blood was already boiling, I asked them if they thought this was funny, they wouldn't answer me. I asked them again and the manager told me I was crazy!! I left and called the corporate office immediately. Of course the corporate office apologized for the service that I had received and said that they take these matters very seriously. Until they find new staff, I would stay far away from this place

I made my way to your Norwell store, where Scott went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he take care of the tire repair promptly, but he also generously arranged to drop me off at my meeting so I wouldn't be delayed. To my surprise, by the time my meeting was finished, my car was ready to go--completely taken care of. The level of service, efficiency, and genuine care Scott demonstrated was absolutely amazing. Please pass along my thanks to Scott and the Norwell team. Experiences like this truly stand out and are greatly appreciated.

However, because of ongoing delays and lack of communication between Sullivan Tire and their insurer, Federated Insurance, we were without our car for over a month. Sullivan Tire's handling of this situation has been unacceptable. While their claims representative did reach out regarding lost income, they have refused to honor documented time lost from contracted work and have not covered out-of-pocket costs directly caused by their negligence. We are continuing to pursue this matter.
