Fantastic all around experience! I ran over a wheel weight on Delsea which made my tire start leaking air. When I called, Chris gave me an honest time estimate and told me it would be better to drop off my car than wait there. He got back to me and said it would be better to change all 4 tires than just one which ended up being the correct prognosis for my AWD car. He not only ordered the tires for me but told me about a coupon and applied it to me retroactively the next day. When I got my car back my Tire Pressure Monitoring System stopped working. I took my car back the following week and Chris replaced a faulty part at no cost to me. This kind of customer service is how you build your brand and get a lifelong customer! read more

Great work every time! I've been taking my car here for quite some time and I have never had an issue with anything they've done. I recently dropped my car off for an oil change and for a noise to be inspected. Nick was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment and informing me there was an issue with my exhaust and that was the cause of the noise I was hearing. Great service! called the day of for two new ties to get put on, they fit me in that day!! I wish i could remember who helped me, he was nice and polite. the price ofcourse i wanted it lower but.. it's prices now, & i respect the services and short notice appointment!! I had tires installed at this location. They did not tighten all the lug nuts and lost a couple and replaced them with smaller lug nuts after further inspection. Since the lug nuts were not tighten all the way down, the studs to mount the tire became loose and started making rumbling noises. I had someone take a look at it and basically said, I'm lucky that the tire never came off while I was driving. Just because my tires were tighten, it cost me a new wheel bearing and 6 lug nuts. The damage could have been a lot worse. I would stay away from this place for any type of service. I did have an appointment and still took over 4 hours of waiting just to have tires installed. Never bringing my car here again! read more

Made an appointment for oil change & tire rotation, dropping off the night before & picking up by close of business the next day. When I called at 5pm on the day of scheduled service, I was told my car was the next one to be done & it would definitely be complete by 7pm closing. When I arrived at 645pm, I was told my car wasn't complete. What is the point of taking appointments if you're not going to honor them? How long does an oil change take...they had ALL DAY. Took my keys back, and will be the last time I visit Firestone. read more

I can't believe this place is still in business. I came here for an oil change and for them to do a basic maintenance check which was $9.99. I paid almost $200 for the oil change. The dealership charged me only $85 total last time and I only took it to firestone because I figured it would be cheaper than the dealership. They also told me I needed 4 new tires which would cost $945 and something else I didn't need which totaled almost $600. I declined because I had just replaced my tires a year ago and I do not drive that much and it did not cost nearly that much last time. Sure enough, I went somewhere else to have them check it out and they said my tires were perfectly fine and that I didn't necessarily need the other part replaced but if I did it would be $327. Literally half the cost Firestone was trying to charge me. Absolute SCAM of a business. I'm highly considering contacting a lawyer about this. read more

I thought I would save money by having Firestone repair my 2008 Toyota Sienna AC instead of at the dealer. Instead I ended up paying a lot more. Initially they found a leak at the suction line connection to the compressor. They then recharged the refrigerant but they overcharged it because after a couple of days it now leaked at the evaporator coil and at the charging port. They denied responsibility and said they can not repair this because the entire dashboard would need to be removed to access the evaporator coil. I had to have the Toyota dealer do this and I had to pay $3400. read more

I will never do business with Firestone again! Specially not the Glassboro location. I called yesterday because one of my brand new tires got a screw in it. I'm supposed to have 100% coverage. They refused to give me an appt and said I'd have to leave my vehicles over night. I came in today and it was the same bs! I was not doing that just to have a tire repair!! They are to busy selling more work that is unnecessary than taking care of the customers that already put hundreds of dollars in their hands. Steer clear of Firestone!!!! read more

My original experience here was actually pretty good. I needed tires ASAP and Pep Boys kind of screwed me over, so I ended up going down the road to Firestone. I spent more than I was hoping to, but I walked away with four quality tires. Or so I thought. I'm a stay at home mom. I don't do a lot of driving, and when I do it's usually to visit our family in Mt. Laurel and Marlton (from Woodbury). I treat the car well, so when my mechanic told me I had a faulty tire (due to bubbles) I followed his advice and brought the car back to Firestone. I explained the situation. The tires are a year and a half old, but the treads are barely worn. The tires have no dings or scratches. I explained the tire had two large bubbles in it, and that it was faulty. Before even looking at the tire the mechanic told me that there was no way the tire was faulty, that I must have hit something. I got firm, explaining there wasn't a scratch on the tire, that I had hit nothing, but he assured me it could be from a pothole and that there was no way the tire was to blame, but if I wanted his mechanic could look at it. I allowed them to, though I knew already what they would say. Sure enough, thirty minutes later they came back and told me the tire was bad and needed to be replaced (duh). The kid talking to me had no idea of the situation and when I explained he said he'd talk to his manager, who was the guy who hadn't looked at my damn tire yet. Kid comes back a few minutes later and says yep, you must have hit a pothole, not a faulty tire. I'm not sure how they figured that, but they weren't budging. This was my fault, not theirs. After some more arguing the kid goes to try and figure out how he can help me. The deal they come up with? take 80% off the cost of a new tire, plus buy a warranty on it, and the three other tires I purchased a year and a half ago. The total? $81, or, the price of a new tire. I told them where they could stick their new tire. In the end the product AND the service sucked here. I trust my mechanic completely. He told me flat out there was something defective with that tire, and I would believe him any day over the greedy folks at Firestone. The company could have easily ate that cost to keep a customer happy and coming back for more. In the end I will never return there, never buy another Firestone tire, and here I am letting the world know that they're more concerned with keeping their pockets full than keeping their customers safe and coming back. read more

I took my car for an oil change. The guys came back to let me know I needed tires, which seems to be their modus operandi. So, I talked to my husband and he checked himself and agreed. I took the car a couple days later for tires, he researched and decided the tires he wanted were in fact Firestone Indy 500's. When he called for the appointment the person on the phone argued with him that the tires he picked were not the tires the tech recommended. Well, he wanted what he wanted. There were no problems with the car prior to the tire service. After the tire service, the tire pressure gage came on. They argued with me that it couldn't have possibly been their fault that the sensor was broken. I know better. They broke it during the tire replacement but wanted to comp me the labor to replace it. No. Not acceptable. Then my husband drives the car a distance to work occasionally, the tires aren't balanced correctly. Today, I'm sitting in another Firestone getting them balanced AGAIN! Wayne examined my car and then Tyler explained the repair and was laser focused on getting me the best price for my tires possible. The car was done the next day and I couldn't be happier. Today I went to Firestone looking for just a gauge to check my tire pressure. Despite not selling them, the man with glasses working not only gave me one, but offered to check my tire pressure and add air to my tires for me. I'll definitely be recommending Firestone to every other college student I know to go to Firestone for all their car needs. Thanks so much! read more
