I had a 7am appointment on Saturday and no one bothered to show up until after 7:30. Never heard back and I had to cal the next day to find out what was going on with my car. Oh it's ready they said. No updates on what needed to be repaired. When I asked, they could not fix anything that day since they had no one to do it. Always liked Firestone, but never again. wheel bearing went on truck , only service station that was open on a Sunday , heard from them on late Tuesday, with $3000 worth of other work other then what I wanted them to fix . after many calls they did fix the wheel bearings. Avoid this shop. I requested an alignment adjustment. The technician pried the heat shields away from my brake rotors, presumably for "inspection", heavily damaging them. Which was uninvolved in the alignment, or really warranted. When I confronted them, they blamed another location. passed the buck. Zero stars for real. read more

I would honestly give it zero stars if I could. I took it to their shop a few weeks ago because my brakes started grinding really bad and no other shop was open. They charged me over $500 to fix my front brakes and recommended services that weren't even needed because I had just recently had it done somewhere else. Anyway, a week goes by and my brakes sound just like they did when I brought it to them. It wasn't that squeaky sound you get with the new brake dust, it was grinding like I needed new brakes. So I called them and brought my car back up there. They swore up and down they didn't hear the noise. But it was making the noise the entire drive to their shop. Basically they acted like I was making it up. Today I took it to my normal shop and they said they heard the noise immediately. They told me it's cheap padding materials that Firestone used and it doesn't look like they used much grease. They asked how much I paid and I told them. They basically told me I got ripped off and that they charge the same amount for the expensive padding materials. I don't know who else to complain to, but I will be reporting them to the BBB. You mean to tell me that I paid $500+ dollars just to hear my car make the same noise it was making when I brought it in for them to fix? How am I supposed to know when they are actually going bad again? Not to mention, the staff was rude!! I'll never go back there again. read more

I was quoted $62-$65 for a mount and balance of 4 new tires that I bought. I even called in and made an appointment, plus I called and checked my quote the day before my appointment. I get to my appointment 10 mins before and just go over the quote and the "salesman" (name omitted) goes over everything and gives me my quoted price, BUT before I sign anything he brings over his supervisor and makes some changes, which brought my total to $94! He could not give me a solid reason why the price jumped up, so I walked out. Plus he told me that he was behind and would take an additional 2 hours, even though I had an appointment. 1/5 would not go back. read more

I came in because I got a flat tire in the area. I ended up needing a new tire. Adam helped me out, and he was nothing but friendly and transparent. He walked me through everything he was doing, and why. They were busy so I had to wait, which was no issue. The only issue I encountered was with one of the other workers, Ray who was just plain rude, and a grumpy ass the whole time. If it wasn't for Adam, my experience here would have been terrible. read more

The store manager was immensely rude. The employees neglected to call me when the service was done so my car ended up being in the service center an entire day longer then was necessary. Furthermore, my car left firestone with the original problem not fixed and even more problems that I needed to address after finally getting my vehicle back. I made an appointment online and dropped my car off on a Friday and discussed the problems with the technician. On Saturday I was instructed that they had not currently been able to determine what the problem was but would continue to work on the car for the remainder of the day and into Sunday if I was able to go without a vehicle for that long which I agreed to. Upon calling Sunday I was informed that the technician had taken it upon himself to stop working on my vehicle at close of day on Saturday yet I was never called and was forced to go without my car for the entire day Sunday. When I went to pick up the car Sunday, where the original problem still remained, after looking under the hood I was shocked to find that the battery had not been latched back into place, and several other pieces had been left off completely and put under the floor mat on the drivers side. When I turned the car on I was also shocked to find that my car now had a tire warning light, of which was not the problem that I had taken the car to Firestone for. I went back in and spoke with the store manager who explained that they did not check why the tire light was suddenly on even though they admitted that there was no low tire pressure. Further the manager was not at all shocked about the fact that several pieces had not been put back into place but rather put back under the floor mat. I have never been treated to disrespectfully and rude. I even requested the information of the supervisor and was denied such information. I will be contacting corporate and am extremely disappointed. read more

Made an appointment to get tires changed. I dropped my car off an hour before my appointment time, and an hour and a half *after* my appointment time my car is still in the lot. They could have at least called to let me know there was a delay so I could reschedule. I've come to this location several times and aside from slightly high prices I haven't had any issues, but I'm not sure I will return or recommend this place. They did call me a few days after filling out a survey to try and remedy the situation, so I appreciate the effort after the fact. I totally understand that things get busy, just would have appreciated a heads up so my schedule wasn't thrown off. read more

Honest and trustworthy. Something that is lacking in auto repair today. I had taken my car in for a brake job. The dealership had insisted that I would need to have pads and rotors replaced at 40k miles. They took my car in and started (or so I thought) on the job. About 15 minutes later, they came in and asked me to come over to the desk. They then explained to me that I did not need to replace pads and rotors because they were not worn down enough. They then showed me the gauge they use to check the thickness of the pads and said that all 4 sets were thicker than the thickest gauge they use. They did tell me that my tires were getting pretty thin. Which was true. I did need new tires, so that is what I ended up doing for that visit. It has been 5000 miles since that visit and I'll be going back soon to have them put new pads and rotors on. I'll never ever go back to the dealer for service ever again. read more

The staff was very friendly, professional, and very patient especially when dealing with my horrible "Extended Warranty" service that is really a service contract from American Auto Shield. I believe it was a Mike who spent HOURS on and off the phone dealing with these people and got it done. I will definitely return for future service. read more

I had an awesome experience with this repair shop I made the appointment online for brakes. I dropped the car off the previous night and used the convenient night drop box. In the morning I received a confirmation email and a call from Chris that they were checking my car and would get a call back with estimate. I received the estimate and was recommended I get rear brakes and rear tires too as the ones on the car were shot. Chris gave me a great price and completed the work and in less than two hours my car was ready! I received excellent customer service and at a great price. I highly recommend this shop! ou can't beat their lifetime alignment deal. It paid for itself after six months of heavy driving and getting attacked by potholes. Anyway, I took my car here because the tail light didn't work. Had no idea what was wrong with it. They gave me an estimate of $85 to diagnose it, and another estimate later on how much it costs to fix it if they figure out what's wrong. Turns out that it was a fuse that went out, #15a on my Honda, that another repair shop had missed. In the end, they didn't even charge me the diagnostic fee. Went in on a Sunday bc my stem valve broke on my tire and it was the only place open. Spent $200 ($100 in labor) just for my car to keep telling me to check my tire pressure. They told me to just drive around for a minute. Then it told me to check my tpms system bc I guess they fucked it up. Then today on thanksgiving I noticed they didn't even put one of the bolts on my tire which i know for a fact isn't good for the car. I've been driving it around for days without knowing. I shouldn't be paying $200 for such horrible service. Will never be going back read more

The guy at the front desk gave great customer service, however nearly 50 minutes into a 25 minute wait for a simple tire mounting, he had to go into the back and do it himself because the "mechanics" couldn't be bothered. read more

Bryan and Nic P. really helped me out with an emergency on 3/28/19. They fit me in at the end of the day and were all about making sure everything was done right. I can't help but wonder if management or staffing has changed considerably since the 5-star reviews were posted. My experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I made an appointment online for tires that the location listed in stock. When I arrived, I was told by Mike he would have to call other locations. He was a bit snarky about me not calling instead of using the website, though I told him I wasn't concerned if he could get the job done before closing. Got a call during the day recommending a $700 ball joint replacement, and $45 for parking light replacements. I said no to the ball joints and yes to the bulbs (this was a total mistake, but I knew the left headlight on my truck is a pain to remove). Upon picking my truck up, I was charged $30 for the bulb replacement on the right side, and was told the right side couldn't be done (due to the "design of the vehicle"). I had to ask for my original tires back as well -- I had asked for them to be put in the bed, but they weren't there when I arrived. Mike dodged my questions when I asked why the mechanic couldn't remove the assembly, and told me he couldn't provide parts when I asked for the $2 bulb to do the change myself. He also mentioned if the mechanic couldn't do it as part of his job, then there was no way I could do it myself. An hour later, I had it changed out after picking up the bulb from Autozone. I thought I would need a swivel attachment, but managed it with a 10 mm wrench. To add more insult, all of my tires were under-inflated (and not evenly so). With 35 PSI recommended, I had tires ranging from 28-32 PSI. The summarized version: this shop is looking for your cash, but certainly isn't providing any level of customer service or quality work to back it. I will not take my vehicle here again. read more

Definitely not on the up and up in my opinion. Tried to sell me several extra fixes that needed done, and offered me an $80 diagnostics check for a service engine light (this is a free service at many places -- for $80 I could buy my own scan tool). I opted for one of the proposed fixes, but it was only partially completed because the mechanic said it wasn't doable. I managed to complete the simple change myself. To be clear, I'm not a mechanic, I'm just a guy who is capable of using basic tools and is not so easily duped. The fix was cumbersome, but not terribly difficult. They weren't very straight with answering my questions -- my experience was reminiscent of the all-too-common shops that will slip any charge they can by their customers. read more
