Traveling to MS and tire was destroyed by something in the road. Put on the spare but still had too far to go before our end destination to travel on it for too long. Despite being extremely busy, this location got us up and running with a brand new tire in less than an hour. I took my 2000 Buick there . And told them my back brakes were making a noise, like a spring was too tight, and my air conditioning stopped blowing cold. They checked out both.... and told me my air was going to cost me to fix 900 dollars . Well.. I thought that was a bit much. so I said no. as far as the brakes went they supposedly adjusted something, and told me they were fine. They still make that same noise. I went to another place I found them to be an honest automotive place, and they fixed my air for 223 bucks.. not 900! What a great staff super helpful. We had to replace a tire on our trike we bought the tire in Baton Rough LA and a month later we needed it fixed. We were in the time frame to purchase road hazard insurance so this shop let us and then we got the tire replaced. They did it quickly having to order it for me and calling me the next day early to tell me it was ready. Picked it up and back on the road it is for us. No Covid protections that I could see. Horrible experience and manager is no help whatsoever. (very hostile towards me) With all the issues I have had and still trying to work through, I'd avoid this place and look elsewhere. After buying tires at Firestone 4 months ago and also buying tires for my son's car I get a flat 1.8 miles away from firstone in daphne. They torqed on the lugnuts to tight were I could not break them loose and had to call someone for help because they would not send someone to help me, all I needed was someone to break loose the lugnuts, thanks a lot Firestone for not breaking policy at any cost. read more

Our car is giving its last death gasps but we are hanging on until the bitter end. This weekend our car was making horrendous noises that could only be coming from the brakes. For years we have had it serviced by the dealer's service department (I know, I know, but I cannot argue this one with my husband anymore). I decided to go ahead and take it to Firestone based on some stellar reviews. They were not wrong. They got me in this morning and I waited on the vehicle. It was like being in the bar at Cheers...everyone seemed to know everyone, which indicated they had a loyal customer base. It was a comfortable waiting room where I was able to work (yay, free wi-fi) and wait on my car, which was complete about 3 hours after I arrived. The price was really fair and I felt taken care of. All of our future car business will be with this local business! And, really, they were so nice! read more

I'm getting ready to drive home to be with my family after the passing of my mother. I get in my car, after having a tire repaired elsewhere, and it was still not holding air. I was a bit panicked as I am leaving in the morning to drive 1000 miles. I walked into firestone, just minutes before closing. Awesome place to break down. What nice people! We were on our way from South Florida to Lake Tahoe, NV and broke down on the highway. We limped the car to Firestone and found Mitch and Fred, nicest guys on the planet. We were trying to get back on the road the same day and they waved a magic wand, got the part and got us back on the road in time to visit our grandson in Texas the next day. Twice I've taken my car in to have a tire sensor light looked at. The first time I arrived 40 min before closing and they said their staff had left early-could I please bring it back. This time I arrived 2-1/2 hours before closing only to hear they'd need it overnight because they were about to go home. I just left. read more

I have been a loyal customer for many years at this location. Had an emergency flat tire today and was told that I could not get an appointment for three days. Oh yeah and they blamed it on COVID....go figure. When asked what COVID had to do with changing a flat tire the gentleman explained that they couldn't have more than five people in a waiting room. I told him I was not interested in waiting in the waiting room but rather dropping off the car and picking it up later He said sorry best they could do. So guess what, Called the local Mavis tire center at 4o'clock on a Saturday and they said sure bring it in they will fit me in. Thank you Mavis, you have earned my business. Firestone, if this is how you treat your loyal customers I wonder how you treat the poor traveler that just drops in with a problem. My friend and I were driving through on our way to New Orleans and our car was shaking violently at high speeds. We panicked because we were 2 girls traveling alone and have no knowledge of cars. We pull in and tell the employee our problem and he came out to our car and immediately diagnosed the problem. They were so nice and kept us on schedule. While we were waiting we had great conversations with all of the employees passing through the lobby. Our fears for car trouble on a road trip were solved. Incredible service. I was headed from Gulf Shores to New Orleans and got a flat. Everywhere else was long closed and this Firestone was just closing. They answered the phone anyway and stayed open late just to help me get a new tire on so I could get home, and they didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. read more

Called at 9am and no one picked up after 2 minutes of ringing so went online to schedule an appointment at 11am. Dropped my car off at around 10:30am and explained that my car had a slight "jerk" and wasn't brake related...the person told me that he wouldn't probably get my car in until later that evening which I explained would be fine...the next day I waited until around 12pm to call and check on it, they informed me that they had "just" finished looking at it and that after a diagnostics test that it was determined that the car had a transmission recall and would have to go back to the dealer. They still charged me 9.99 for a diagnostics...went to the dealer and they said that there is no such recall and they would get the transmission looked at....this is the third time I've had work done at Firestone. The first two times we're having the brakes done and then having the brakes repaired due to squeaking...by the way the brakes still squeak. read more

First time using this business and i must say i was very impressed. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Originally wanted to leave my vehicle to have a set of tires put on...but ended up having to wait. I was afraid i was going to be there for several hours, but it only took 1.5 hours for new tires and alignment. I thought that was very reasonable. Even scheduled more maintenance for my vehicle for a later date while i was there. I would recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care to anyone needing tires, oil change or maintenance. As usual, it was another great visit to Firestone in Daphne. I hit a curb pretty hard and needed a new tire. My tires are a unique size, so they did not have one in stock. Fred ordered a new tire for me, took care of the warranty company, and had everything ready to go when I came back the next day. I just had to wait a few minutes for the new tire to be put on my vehicle. It was an incredibly efficient process carried out with a smile. I've been there for oil changes, alignments, and check engine lights in the past, and always got the same great service. I highly recommend this Firestone. read more
