Corey takes good care of my car when I go to this shop. He is kind and can support his decisions with paperwork that he prints out for my understanding. I wanted information about the company's used tire policy and he provided it with ease and no frustrations attached. The service was quick and efficient. I was in there for maybe 20 minutes and then DONE! I feel that their customer service matched the value of my service. I wasn't just dealing with a regular car shop, but one that understood that investing in people and quality service is the next best thing. I met a really nice young lady named Kayla, who can really draw, too! She was kind and direct about what was offered, which made me that much more comfortable receiving service. We like the guys and the service we get at Firestone on Morse Road. They are pretty nice. They tell us what's needed and what's not needed. I believe they're pretty honest and reasonably priced.. When asked questions they explain the situation very well. I took one of my cars to other place and I heard a lot of BS. I ended up bringing it here too and they took care of me. I thought these people were cool- the 1st time. After this 4th time of dealing with them... I've had it. Someone broke into my car while they had my key in their possession and they insist there are no cameras. My car has 0 sign of forced entry and my windows are designed to where you cannot shove a rod, even a coat hanger, to mess with the locks within the doors. There's nothing even showing they needed to attempt that. So what does this mean? Without having camera footage to provide to me, which is very weird for a property to not have considering they even have expensive property owned by the company- either they left my car unlocked, an employee did it with my key, or both. DO NOT leave your car here without you present. Your property is not safe. And they have ZERO sympathy for it. Let me just add in that my back rotors have been needing done and I had told them within the 30 day warranty, after they replaced the front, there was still something wrong and they insisted it was just the front ones settling in. Even though they were skipping and sounded like a scrape as if they were frozen from the cold- in the summer. But guess what? Now they NEED done and my GAP doesn't cover rotors. Suggested a mild shaking while driving issue was my rim, and said $601 FOR A RIM I COULD GET FOR $50-$100 ON MY OWN. How do I not know they are the reason my car keeps needing work? No cameras? So you can tear up cars for commission, you mean? read more

I purchased a 2022 HRV. Afree taking the car home it had rained the next day. i noticed two of the tires were very brown. Finding out the tires were blooming and the salesman had said the tires were very new. They did replace the tires but didn't seal them properly. I had to take the car NUMEROUS times for steering pulling hard left With lumpy feeling. I tried numerous times to tell them I thought it was the tire and they finally did fix the issue with another brown tire. They never did do rhe allinment correctly. I also paid for a car that is listed with insurance as a car that had been wrecked with thousands in damages. They gave the excuse it was the previous owners other car. I finally gave up, I owe my mechanic 230.00, car was out of alignment but drives perfectly now. I will NEVER EVER do business with a horrible place. I was treated like trash along the way as well after I had to push and push but they never did fix ANY of the issues. It would be a good place to start a business. I am very, very upset that I have had to purchase new tires on a car that I was told had new tires! Don't do business with them unless you need only an oil change. read more

My son ran over something and a bottom piece of his car was damaged and dragging. As soon as we pulled in one of the guys knew what it was and another employee pulled his car in and looked st what it was. He removed it and says this happens all of the time and it's not needed. He didn't try to sell us something and no charge for less than a minute to remove this. Sooo friendly and helpful!!! A+ service. Very trustworthy read more

Spent an hour waiting to find out they didn't have the tire size I needed. Was asked to come back the next day. Upon returning at my SCHEDULED time, I waited in line for 15 mins , watching people who had walked in after me be assisted before me. When I was asked to sign my invoice, I requested the price be explained to me and was told twice " it's just how it is, we will adjust it later". I returned to this location because I had purchased my tires and hazards protection from here, however I would encourage others to avoid this location unless you have no other choice. Dropped my car off for an alignment I had previously scheduled, went to grab some food as they said it would take about an hour to hour and a half, came back after waiting the full 1.5 hours only to have them tell me they don't have a technician who could do the work that day, and that someone should have called. Well, they didn't, if the service on your cars is as good as your customer service, I'm glad you didn't get to my car. read more

Had an appointment for an oil change at noon today. Got here at 11:45 am. My car sat out there for over an hour. I asked what was going on, and I had been waiting for an hour and my car hasn't moved. They went out to check on it, but NO ONE said anything else to me. I saw my car going in the bay. I was going to just ask for my keys back but they had already pulled it in. I sure miss the store at Northern Lights. This never happened there. I won't be back to this store, and I will definitely notify corporate of the poor customer service here. read more

Pushy staff that tries to force un needed items and repairs on you. They were ill equipped to do a break job on my truck. The brake pads fell off a week after installation. This is the second Firestone I have had to take legal action against to get my money back. The young lady who was tryigng to impress me with her "Auto knwoledge" must not have realized that I am a professional driver, and I laughed at her total lack of knowledge on vehicle repair. I was told exactly which tire to get there(Prime Wheel) and stuck to that. They had it stocked and installed two front tires on my Taurus in about 2 hrs for $145. They didn't push anything and was able to get me in without an appointment. Just in and out. Customer service was great and I'm glad I trusted them today. read more
