When I asked another employee about any possible discount coupons, he showed me a coupon book but said coupons could only be used on the next visit. I went back to the waiting room when the 'boss' (a heavy set guy with glasses) came in and told me 'You called my employee a liar (about the coupons, I guess?) and he is just a temp and now he's very upset and all the workers are very upset' What the...? I most certainly did not call anyone 'a liar' and the boss decided to dump on me for no reason. The boss also told me they were unable to access my cabin air filter in my vehicle and they 'did not have a replacement filter in stock. When I told him I had had this replaced multiple times before at this location, they found access and the correct filter replacement. All in all a very negative experience and I won't be using this Jiffy Lube location again (after many years as a customer). Zero stars, do not recommend.

They informed me of exactly what they recommended me replacing during the next oil and exactly what those items would cost. 5. They recommended the best and most cost effective way of fixing a minor issue my car has been having, even though that meant sending me to another shop. Case in point, I believe he is the one who worked on my vehicle. Fluids were all overfilled and I kept getting error codes lighting up my dashboard. Car never worked right after that. I kept bringing in my vehicle to have it looked at to no avail. Chris and Patrick would basically shrug their shoulders to my situation. I feel like they give better treatment to new cars than older ones. I'll give Chris a little credit because he tried to fix it himself and didn't charge me but in the end I had to give the car away because it was basically inoperable. Which sucks when you're out hundreds of dollars in "repairs" to them. I'm seeing lots of 5-star reviews from people with no profile picture and only 1 review which tells a lot right there. Take it from me an Honest Joe and spend your money on quality mechanics that believe in customer service and less on discrimination.

I stopped back by to have them check it, and the manager immediately got very defensive and raised his voice at me that they already balanced them right and that I would have to pay to get them re-balanced. Well, any REPUTABLE shop would simply rebalance them but they refused without me having to pay again. I trusted them that it was done right, so I left, fairly intimidated by this manager. Well, I drove for a bit and it was still bothering me, so I had to pay ANOTHER shop to balance them, $84. Well guess what? ONE wheel was off by 1.75oz. I was in and out of that shop in 15 minutes but I wasted $84 and my time to fix what they should have done right the first time. AVOID this location, the managers ego may just cost you!
