I have been coming to this location for roughly 2 years for various repairs as an Uber/Lyft driver it is extremely important that I keep on top of the repairs. For the most part, services have been very good, but this last is my absolute final straw. In particular, dealing with one of their employees who don't have an ounce of customer service ability when dealing with customers. Since late May I have literally spent $3,200 in repairs tires, replacement air compressor, control arms, and rear shocks replaced. I took my vehicle to the Nissan dealership because since my compressor was replaced and it got hotter, I noticed I have to keep my AC on full blast which is not normal. I had to replace a vent there at Nissan so they happened to look at my Compressor and noticed I had a leak. I told them I had the compressor replaced with firestone and I would take it back with them. When I spoke with firestone they told me to bring it in. So I brought it in, a few hours later called me and confirmed a leak and they would re-order the part, and it would come the next day. No apology for the faulty equipment they installed, nothing, sorry for the inconvenience, keep in mind I spent $800 to have this replaced. The next day I brought it in bright and early at 7 am hoping that I would be able to get my vehicle at a decent hour. I called at 2:30 pm, I was told that the part hadn't been received yet but was assured it would get completed today. Now this location closes at 7:00pm, by 6:45 pm I had not received a call, so I then called the store in which I could the problem associate that works there (keep in mind the ladies that work at the front desk are always wonderful I think Alayna and another newer girl) they are always kind and reasonable. But this guy, not the dark-skinned guy who basically knows me by my car, but another who I have had issues with his rudeness before. I asked what's going on, why am I the consumer having to chase down you guys just to keep me informed what is going on. He said someone was supposed to have called me. I said no one did I had been waiting by my phone literally ALL day. Its the weekend and driving uber is VERY lucrative. Of course, he got a defensive attitude, after I said I think its unacceptable to not have appropriate communication when you are fixing YOUR companies mistake of something I already compensated you for. He said it would be done by 9:30 tomorrow and done first thing. So the next day comes at 11 am, and I call and I spoke to a nicer gentleman who after all this time I finally got an apology, I am certain it was the same guy I usually deal with. He apologized and said they wanted to ensure there were no issues and the car would be ready by 4. I could come to get it earlier, I said no that's not necessary, I'd just appreciate adequate communication so I know what is going on. We were on the same sheet of music. So at 2:30 I got the call that my car was ready and I went to retrieve and of course, ran into the associate who clearly has NO customer service training at all. He did nothing but give me the key. No dialogue did not say its all fixed everything's good to go, sorry for the inconvenience or apologize for the lack of communication, nothing. But that's not all, I then went outside because the parking lot is extremely small and noticed my car was blocked in by what I knew was another vehicle is waiting to be serviced as I have sat in this location so many times. I can't move my car, so I went in and asked him if he knew who the owner was of a Honda Civic, he told me it probably from the nail salon. I knew that was a lie because I see the young lady Alayna constantly moving and shuffling cars ALL day every time I'm there. So I just went over the nail salon and asked, and they said no. I then went back to the firestone asked the same guy, look are you guys currently waiting on servicing a Honda Civic because it is still blocking me in. He then went and asked his other associates, something that he KNEW and could have done the first time. He is always purposely being difficult, and horrible towards customers. I will NEVER service myself at this location ever again. Don't get me wrong this location with the exception of this very rude man which I regret I didn't get his name is very good exception him. He's rude, crass, and service capability is trash at best. I'd suggest some secret shoppers because there should be no reason that a company that charges 1,000's of dollars for major repairs should have people representing them like him. He needs to go spend a couple of weeks in customer service training at the West Chester Firestone location, or keep him under the hood of a car, and not in front of customers. read more
