I have been to my primary doctor a orthopedic doctor and now waiting on my insurance to ok me to have therapy. I have been taking over the counter medicine this whole time and it only helps a little. Plus you can't tell me taking them usually 4 times a day is good for my body. Plus I know people who take Xanax or Valium and still get their pain medicine. It's not like I want it forever. Just to get some relief while this is going on.

The adult group is made up of four male physicians, a male physician assistant and a female nurse practitioner. I am female and and saw one of the male physicians for a new health issue (I saw him a total of two times). I do feel he proceeded with the appropriate tests, etc. The problem is with lack. One of test results was alarming and I had basic questions. My physician was off that day, which was fine, so I asked the clinical staff to have the on-call physician return my call of which he did not. I found out later, my personal physician called the staff and asked THEM what my questions were and that he would follow up with me via MyChart. He did follow up via MyChart answering one of five questions. I asked via MyChart (that is their preferred method of communication - no one every calls you) to be transferred to another physician. within the practice for care. I was instructed (via MyChart) the transferring physician denied my request for transfer. Clearly I made the physicians angry and the physicians took my request personally.

Laser Love! I…read morerecently had laser resurfacing done by Dr. Donath and the quality of my skin is noticeably improved! At 57 my skin was looking dry and thin. The texture, especially under my eyes was becoming uneven and crepey. Thanks to Dr. D and his top tier team, I had a great experience with the laser. 8 weeks post procedure, the renewed brilliance and glow of my skin is remarkable and I get complimented on it all the time. Dr. Donath is not only highly experienced, but he is also very accomplished and dedicated to his patients. He makes certain sure you get the best, most suited treatment for your area of concern!

At age 50 I had upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer to correct hooded eyelids that worsened as I aged. I always looked tired and would catch myself lifting my eyebrows to open my eyes wider. That led to tension headaches. He will explain everything required to get the results that you need. Preoperative and postoperative instructions are provided in detail. I found the procedure to be relatively easy to recover from and absolutely LOVE the result. It has given me a new confidence. His office staff is top notch. He also has a satellite office in the Dayton area. I definitely recommend without hesitation!!! 10/5 stars!

Dr. Brown has been the pediatrician for our four daughters ever since we moved to Cincinnati. And…read moreshe's been wonderful! She's very professional, but not in that stuck-up "I'm-a-doctor-and-you're-not-so-that-makes-me-better-than-you" sort of way. She's professional in that kind of "I'm a kid's doctor that really cares about patients" sort of way. The office takes up a small, brick building. The waiting room is nice and quaint, and her staff is great. Dr. Brown herself has always been wonderful with our kids. Even though they've gotten to the age where she only sees them during their yearly check-ups, she always remembers them (or at least does a great job acting as if she remembers them) and is always very engaged and speaks with them and us equally. She always explains thing to my wife and I in a way that makes things easy to understand (not an easy task for a doctor, I'm sure). She has great bedside manner and knows how to relate to the kids. Two great things that I want share. When one of our daughters had infected lymph nodes and had to have surgery (at just two-years-old) Dr. Brown was very supportive and stayed in contact with us and the doctors at the hospital (Cincinnati Children's...another great place)making sure we were getting all the information we needed, and keeping us up to date on her progress. And a different time when another one of our daughters had some blood work done, about an hour later Dr. Brown herself called and told us that there were some things in the blood work that she was a bit concerned with and said she wanted us to take her over to Children's to get some additional work done just to make sure there was nothing seriously wrong. She had already called the hospital and when we got there they were already waiting for us. All because Dr. Brown made the effort to call and make sure we were well taken care of. Only two things that I would say are a bit on the negative side. Because of her great reputation she is always very busy. Which results in long waits. If you have an appointment at 10:00, chances are the doctor isn't going to be able to see you until at least an hour afterwards (sometimes it's almost two hours). The other negative was an insurance issue. A few months back I lost my job which meant I lost my insurance. Because of that we had to put our girls on Medicaid, which Dr. Brown doesn't accept. That was kind of a bummer. But, got a new job with new insurance (actually same carrier as my old job) so that's good. Dr. Brown is great with kids, great with parents, and is a really great doctor. I trust her completely with the well-being and health of my girls. Mahalo, and enjoy.

You can see how genuinely she likes and cares about kids. The whole practice at Pediatricians of Hyde Park is great- the building (now 3666 Paxton) is nice and new, with plenty of exam rooms that each have fun, kid-oriented wallpaper. We always get a quick phone response, and it is never a problem to get an appointment with one of the doctors in the practice if we need them. We've been seen by a few of the other doctors and they all are great.
