Todd made sure I understood how renting in Manhattan works, the good and the bad about it. He was clear about what documents I needed to bring and what information I will need to show to potential landlords. On top of this, Todd is an extremely fast replier. Any question usually got a reply within 10-15 minutes. He's very dedicated to make this very stressful and exhausting process as easy as possible! Seriously, if you're looking for a broker this is your guy. My Experience: We looked for 3 days, about 10 apartments a day. It was a lot of work (NY in the summer is hot) but Todd made it as smooth as possible. When it came time to pull the trigger on an apartment, the information Todd had given me before hand proved extremely valuable. The lease signing went smooth and am now typing this review from my new apartment!

I am a lot of things but I would never ever deceive or lie to someone just cuz of money. The real estate agent should not have license or should be revoked I have filed a complaint against her and the company. Firstly, she didn't have the size and sqft of the apartment and she said she would get back and never did and rushed the entire process with the bs of someone is ready to sign if you guys don't sign. I also have screenshots of all the text messages where she had lied to us telling us that our apartment is a 4th floor walk up and we said that a lot and once we moved we found out that this is actually 6th floor walk up! We send out a huge email with screenshots and everything on 21st Jan 2022, our move in was 15th and Maggi never responded us nor did the building director Joanna. we had a lot of stuff going on as the apartment had no heat at all in the freezing winter, the apartment also has a lot of rats, centipedes crawling everywhere, the walls are leaking and con Edison billed us $240 deposit cuz the apartment was registered as llc/commercial properties. I'm from NYC but i was in Houston for a yr during Covid and flew directly from down there my roommate is from FL and doesn't know anything about NYC. This is unacceptable cuz now we are locked with 13 months of contract.

After evaluating many offers in the following few weeks with his advice, we had a contract out less than a month after listing at 5% below ask. He was a pleasure to work with and communicated with me frequently throughout the entire process. I'd highly recommend Nick to anyone who is selling a property in this market.

I went through two brokers (who shall remain nameless) who were just not quite getting me the results I wanted or people I trusted. And this happened for at least three months! Until I got in contact with Kelly Neptune from Anchor Associates. From the moment I scheduled a time to have Kelly show me apartments, not only did she find ones that were in my price range, but were also places that were EXACTLY what I was looking for. What is even better? She only showed me two apartments for me to find the perfect (and I mean PERFECT) place to live. Patient, professional and attentive to details, Kelly is amazing to work with. She followed up with me on what the next steps were, and took the extra mile to get my paperwork processed. She listens. What? A broker that listens? YES! Even after two years, I still sometimes go to her for advice as my lease is about to be renewed. Highly recommend Kelly without reservations. And this is not because she sends me Christmas cards!

Val's reaching out was enough to prevent me from contacting the BBB, New York Board of Realtors and The New York State Attorney General - but I would still advise anyone who asks to stay away from these guys. I found Dan through my colleagues' referrals…read more What we needed was an agent who can explain things and tell us about potential issues that are not written in the listings, otherwise, we are perfectly capable of browsing the listings and going to open houses ourselves. Dan turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. He was always available to answer our questions on a short notice, and gave us useful feedback that directed and sped up our search. For example, in one case we were considering an apartment in Brooklyn, and he informed us that BQE repair plans might affect this apartment. This turned out to be true and an important factor in the future value of the property. Prior to contacting Dan, we were looking at listings and going to open houses for about 1.5 years. Within 2 months of starting to work with Dan, we already found our home and placed an offer that was accepted. Digs Realty also took us through the purchase process, which, for a first-time home buyer and especially for NY coops, can be a very complicated process. I later heard from a coop board member that they were impressed by how well-prepared and organized our coop application package (put together by Digs Realty) was. On top of all of this, on the closing day, we received a fat commission rebate check from Dan. This was also a significant benefit of working with Digs Realty, especially since the service we received was nothing less than what a full-commission agent provides. I recommend Dan to all my friends with no hesitation.
