The brisket is a bit different as they chop it all up and put in a warming tin. We are so used to me getting point(fatty part of brisket) and the lovely Mrs getting her flat(less fatty). Lots of styrofoam used, but they don't recycle, so they're generating a lot of trash that doesn't have to be trash. I don't plan on going back. There are too many other options to check out.
