I definately will not recommend this company to even my worse enemy. I walked in there in March earlier this year. they had me waiting till July just to order a new fireplace because the other one was backlogged due to a timer issue that they wanted to sell me anyways. it is now the end is October and they still have not answered my calls or messages or finished my project. Every time I have to go down to the showroom just to be told that they are backlogged it will be another two weeks and they will get back to me so the cycle begins over again still no answers to messages and no progress. Update they have actually made arrangements and booked dates . Looks like there is finally light at the end of the tunnel. read more

On June 10, 2024 I put down my 50% deposit as requested. During the summer, I kept calling on when we could schedule my install can I say ghosting? I thought it was for our youth of today a business. I had to call numerous times and when I say numerous over 10 times finally I was scheduled August 1, 2024 for the install they were supposed to come back and install the gas line and arrange a tutorial and the Birch logs. Again emails phone calls have gone on answered.. I have no gas line the balance was paid in full on August 1, 2024I don't know how anyone can legitimately run their business. The only positive thing I can say is it looks pretty it's now November 20, 2024 and I still can't use it. read more

Who knew that there are so many gas fireplace brands and their dealers? Well there are apparently. This business only services particular brands of gas fireplaces, and preferably ones they installed originally. Ones for which they are the designated dealer. Fair enough, a Toyota or Honda car mechanic doesn't have the expertise to repair an Audi or Volkswagen, right? I know this business serviced my Heat and Glow fireplace in 2013 when they were located in the Transittown plaza. Now, they will not. The owner m, Becky, was kind enough to tell me on email that they cannot get the parts because they are not the dealer of this specific brand. She kindly referred me to a different chimney and fireplace business. So I'm now back to square one! That will be another Yelp review lol!! I should add, that a trip in person to this new location on Main Street was what it took to get some information. They are too busy to answer a phone call. I gave up calling. I had to make time to visit in person. This was annoying quite frankly. The efficient and personable salesperson Brandon did make up for that annoyance. Once I was in the business, I did appreciate the showroom. Quite impressive, many different types of fireplaces and accessories. Some very fancy and artistic. Also some traditional looking fireplaces. I would refer you to this business, they have expertise in many brands and can find you a fireplace that will add warmth and value to your home. read more

We bought a Hampton Fireplace freestanding cast iron stove almost 20 years ago. It has been amazing. The installation was perfect. We were so happy with the outlet until now. I made an appointment to have the starter and fan replaced and was overjoyed to get it within a week or two of my call. On the day the service was to be completed B... called me to say the part had not come in and would call me when it did. No one called me back after a month. I called daily, no one answered my calls or my emails. I still to this date do not know what happened so during the coldest part of this winter we haven't had a fireplace in our living room. I am so sad to say that I am not sure that the Outlet will stand behind the service of their product. We need another fireplace for another room and will call another company. so buyers beware. read more

In reply to Becky, the owner's response: This is turning into a he said she said BUT a plumber was only consulted when our water heater wasn't working and we had 4" of water in the basement. Why would we call a plumber to inspect a fireplace? Our daughter who was here during the installation was asked by your employee if she was done in the kitchen because he was going to cut the electricity which he did. He then came upstairs and asked her what circuits needed to be on. She has no familiarity with electricity and breakers. When we received a call in Florida asking what needed to be on we, too, were clueless. We had no idea what the installers were doing. The installer told our daughter, "Never mind, I'll figure it out." Fast forward 5 days and there is no hot water. Outlets were sparking, carpeting saturated, drywall and baseboard wet. Serve Pro, for a mere $7000, did a fantastic job drying out the basement. They get 5 stars. A plumber entered the scene when the water was discovered and it was a crisis situation in the basement. This doesn't just happen. Someone is turning breakers on and off and coincidentally? One turns itself off? When there's never been a problem? I don't buy it. I stand by my review. read more

I bought my fireplace from this place. I did the research BEFORE I looked for stores in the area, and found the fireplace I wanted. These guys were local and carried the brand, so I went in. The young salesperson was actually a pleasure to talk to, and knew a lot about what he was selling. Their pricing was good, better than another place I'd called to get pricing from, so I ordered it and had it in about a week. They did say they're usually booking out 2-4 weeks for installs, so plan ahead if you need it installed. read more

They got me an appointment within a week (the other places wouldn't see me until November) AND they arrived at my house on time, were friendly and full of helpful information.
