Always enjoy my subs I get here. Love that they give you pickles with your subs. Good selection of veggies and meats to put in subs. As with most of my sandwich reviews, minus one star because I think sandwiches are just way too overpriced these days. Staff is typically friendly. Ordering ahead doesn't always mean you will get your food prepared and ready by pick up time here too. Parking lot can get a little congested on when you go. Love the app to get rewards.

In a strip mall with lots of eateries, Firehouse Subs stands out with delicious sandwiches to satisfy your appetite. The staff are very grand will show great patience when you need extra time to select from the many options available. Lots of seating inside and outside, with tables kept clean. Special promo where they sell their empty used pickle buckets with a donation to support first responders. Awesome!!!

I came here the other day to redeem a T-Mobile Tuesday BOGO for a hook & ladder 8in. sandwich. I ordered online to skip the line and wait. Everything was made to my request and the sandwich itself tasted great when eating it warm. Decent amount of parking for a shared lot. I can't say I'd come back though without a discount coupon since it is a bit pricey for a sandwich in my opinion. Staff member assisting with mobile/online orders was friendly.

Furious is not even how to explain what I feel right now. I placed my online order at 10:53 for pick up at 11:35. I only get a 30 min lunch time to come pick it up and get back to work. I get there the employee looks at me like what!!! I tell her my order should be ready. She tells me she didn't get it then proceeds to do my sandwich. I tell her how are you making it if you didn't get it. She tells me she just saw the receipt. I waited and now 11:47 my order got made. What is the whole point of ordering ahead. Im not coming back its sad the sandwiches are fantastic, but the service NO THANK YOU.

This is my 2nd time here. I was greeted by everyone! I went for lunch, it was very busy but everyone works quickly and efficiently. My son got the club sandwich and veggie sandwiches for myself. This sandwich was delicious!!! I would def order this again! They have many varieties. I recommend everyone to try this place. You won't regret it.

Very much enjoyed FS! First time there. I will say the Philly was delish! My son had turkey & provalone. He killed it! Philly was flavorful and stayed warm in their biodegradable containers all the way home. I need to try a cold one next as well as chili! They had a Coke self service machine so any and all variety of Coke products were available! Mine is Dr. Pepper; who's isn't really a Coke product! I will come back for sure!

I like the hot sandwiches here. My favorite is the Jamaican jerk turkey, I like that hint of sweetness. If you're don't feel like a sandwich, have a soup, salad, or chili :) The staff is friendly, although the service was a bit slow.

First time at this location & had a great experience here! Interior was clean, quick service, & fresh sandwiches! Ronisha, the franchise owner, was so welcoming, shared recommendations, & even gave us 2 choco chip cookies! Their menu is vast and there's something for everyone. We ended up going with the Italian sub w/ garlic bread which tasted very fresh & they do not skimp w the sauces! I felt like the bread was a bit too thick in proportion to fillings, but that's my own preference. My bf didn't seem to mind that. Worth coming to this location for friendly service alone!

This is my 2nd time here. Parking lot is quite small and crowded but I lucked out with a spot right in front. When I walked in, I was greeted by everyone! The restaurant is small, but everyone works quickly and efficiently. I got the T-mobile Tuesday BOGO deal! This sandwich was delicious!!! I got wheat bread with garlic butter and added bacon, such a good call with the bacon. I would def order this again!

One thing I really appreciate is that they offer free chips when you dine in--such a nice bonus while you're waiting for your food. Service is always quick, even during busy times. I also have to give a shoutout to their bacon breakfast burrito. It's honestly the best one I've ever had. Every bite had the perfect ratio of ingredients, and the bacon, eggs, potatoes, and cheese are evenly distributed throughout the burrito instead of all ending up on one side. And if you're there on Taco Tuesday, don't skip the street tacos. They're delicious, packed with flavor, and offered at a great price. Unfortunately, Yelp let us down with the wrong hours so we wound up so we wasted a trip. Fortunately we found Cali's & Fries that wasn't too far away. Cali's is a small mom & pop that serves a nice selection of mexican food. We were a bit iffy since the surrounding businesses were closed and there was only one car in front. Our fears were unfounded since there was a steady flow of customers that came in during our visit. My son ordered the carne asada fries which were pretty awesome. A ton of fries covered with a sweet bbq sauce and a generous amount of cheese. My wife pleased with her fish tacos and my rolled taco plate was also quite good with 3 crispy beef rolled tacos covered with guacamole and cheese. The rice was a bit bland but the beans were decent. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was that the large round table was a bit sticky which triggered my ick factor. They need to do a better job with wiping down the tables. Other than that, everything was fine. As far as the food goes, I'd definitely recommend it and it would be a favorite take out location if I lived in the area.

I have wanted to try their pizza and fried zucchini for ages now so today seemed to be the best day for us to visit. Friend is a huge fan of this place and offered to treat for a late lunch. Plenty of parking this Sunday afternoon. There were a few customers inside. There were several tvs playing sports so that was fun. You order at the counter, pay, and wait for them to call your name. I ordered the slice of Spartan Sausage Onion & Pepper Pizza for $5.50. It was a nice chunky size that reminded me of fresh baked focaccia bread. The red sauce was my absolute favorite part of this pizza - it tasted so fresh and bright. The fried zucchini had 8 large pieces. The presentation was EPIC! And came with two sides of ranch. I LOVED the zucchini!! It was perfectly battered, salted, and seasoned. An amazing deal for $14. I want to come back JUST for this and to order a full Detroit pizza to bring home for everyone to share. I tried a bite of the Coney dog and didn't love it. Tasted average and the hot dog was lukewarm. I am hoping to make a trip here this week to support them one last time.

There are Polaroids on the wall with pictures and a decal on the left wall. The service was absolutely amazing, the guy with the sleeve was super nice and didn't seem like he was just going through the same service lines. I don't eat beef, and I haven't eaten any pork but recently I've been trying some stuff with like pork flavoring, not anything that was a real meal but I asked him about the chicken sandwich and if there's pork in the butter- he said yes and then he actually let me try some which I thought was super cool. There's no tax on the food and it's all reasonably priced, the sandwich was 12$ and the bottled drinks were 3$ (cans are 2$). HE WAITED until all our food was ready to call it out so we could eat together The fries were great, salty in a way that I love, they are like McDonald's fries but make you feel better. The sandwich buns are smushed flat and then cooked so they're crisp, I absolutely love that The soy egg I had a bite of individually, it is very good and flavorful- it's cold so it's stored, the yolk is a perfect creamy texture WOW the sandwich was great, the bread crisp and the outside of the chicken is crispy which is great, but the inside is soft and easy to bite through- normally I don't like chicken sandwiches because the texture inside is weird or it's just way too much chicken or too hard to bite through- this is perfect- it pairs so well with the egg as well since the egg adds a creaminess I was already leaning towards giving this place 5 stars from the service itself, so I'm incredibly happy to be giving this a place 5 stars from the food as well. Everything felt very transactional, no eye contact, no smile, no personality. And even the hand-written chalk menu basically tells you that they don't care about your preferences. The place is NOT clean, and possibly has not been cleaned in years. We sat at the counter where we could see them prepare food and I'm glad we saw what was happening; it was a bit of a stomach turning experience that made us uneasy thinking about eating the food. The woman who took our order also prepared our food, and everyone else's, that had ordered just before and after us, and she did NOT change her gloves even though she was multi-tasking with taking orders & prepping & cooking food. She touched so many things: her face, her hair, her apron, her pants, the screen on the register, all the food, & cooking utensils, and a dirty towel, all with the same gloves on . She wiped her gloves repeatedly on that dirty towel and then used it again and again to wipe off the food prep surfaces and the red trays used to serve food, which did NOT get washed in between uses, only wiped down. So many moments As I was watching this unfold, I looked up to see an A in the window and it made me wonder how they passed the inspection . This is a NEVER again for us.
