Great Subs as always! I had the new Nashville Hot Brisket and it was delicious! It had just the right amount of Spiciness. I hope they keep it on the menu. read more

I always get the NY steamer and it is the best sub I have ever had. People are friendly and the beverage machine is awesome!

I was in for lunch this afternoon and was greeted by friendly faces. The manager seemed in a great mood talking to her co workers but as soon as she began taking my order, she seemed extremely impatient and had a rude tone. I never even gave her a reason as to why she would act in this manner towards me. I have loved coming to firehouse because of the amazing food but I will not be returning to this location again. I myself work in the food business and it is always a top priority of mine to make sure the customers feel welcome and wanted. It's just as important to be welcoming in a manager position, as your co workers look to you for a role model/good example. I will always love going to firehouse but just not at this certain location. read more

Love this place! Food is always fresh and every hot sub I've tried is amazing. Been to this location 5-6 and always had a good experience. Plus they donate stuff to fireman. Can't go wrong read more

seriously, we come in at 5:59 and order 1 sandwich. There was 3 people behind the counter and it literally took 19 minutes for one sandwich when it wasn't busy. Get it together. so upset to wait this long for one sandwich. read more

You're kiddin me! How can you even call this a sub place? If I want a sub, I want to leave filled up and have some meat! The little bit of meat with a BIG price is extremely disappointing. Any true fireman wants to be filled up until dinner, this doesn't cut it period!!! read more

Very disappointed with the quality of the sub sandwiches we ordered from Firehouse Subs in Parker. I figured for the price of the subs that they would be better that Subway. The turkey sub I ordered for my wife had so little turkey on it that my wife laughed at it when I brought it home. Luckily, we had extra sandwich meat to put on it in our fridge. Also, their beverage machine wasn't working, so no soda. For the price, I will stick to Subway or Jersey Mikes! read more

Great management! Nina the general manager is awesome. I own a company in Parker here and she blows me away with how awesome her management skills are! If you looking for a quick service they are great and the food is TOP NOCK! From the family at Messer Window Tinting to the family at Firehouse you guys rock! read more

Corey runs a great shop. Food is always good and the staff is welcoming.

firehouse is so good, the italian is by far my favorite sandwich. you'll find me here sometimes multiple times a week.

I have been here a few times before and it was always a good experience, but this time I was very impressed! The store was packed with people and the line to order was 4 parties deep. I only waited 10 mins for my sandwich. The employees there were obviously working as hard as possible to get everyone's food ready in a timely manner. They were so polite too. And in what little down time they had, they would come out to the floor and clean. Amazing service and as always, great food! read more

Firehouse Subs you rock! Thank you so much supporting Chaparral this weekend. My service was spot on and sandwiches were great. Marin was a pleasure to work. Great customer service!!!! read more

I went in today and was told there would be a 10-15 minute wait. 45 minutes later, I received my food. Throughout this time, when I asked about my order, I was always told I was "next" and never was. Several customers and I complained about the wait, but the employees didn't seem to care. I also didn't see a manager trying to alleviate the customer complaints or speed up the process. I've always enjoyed Firehouse Subs, but I will not be returning after this experience. read more

I love this place. It's always busy on the weekends and a bit loud with kids from sporting events running all over. The new soda machine is my boys favorite. Bottles and bottles of hot sauce with an easy to use number system. Let's face it, a sub is a sub, but these are great! read more

My hubs fav. I prefer another sub place in town, but this is def his fav. Maybe it is ana thing? Great, friendly service and reasonable $$.

Great costumer sevice. And great people they say hello welcome to Firehouse. Definitely will come back again and again.

One of my favorite places to go eat for decent price and great food. Always get the hero sub. And they always have great selection of hot sauces read more

Awful customer service! Went in at 8:30, 30 minutes before closing, on a Wednesday night, and was asked if we were "dining in or taking out" we told the gentleman we were dining in and he said "actually can we change that to taking out cuz we are closing in "5 min"!!" Rude! We will never go there again! We told him we will just go somewhere else! read more

Got to be the slowest service (25 minutes after we ordered we got our food) and the place is dirty. No one wipes the tables down. Two stars because the sandwiches are good. read more

I ate there once and my Mom and I got very ill. I freaking love their subs but when I drive by there I just can't do it again.

I'm over it. I really like Firehouse Subs but this location is awful. Every time I've been in there, the employees act as though I'm inconveniencing them just by walking in the door. I was there a few days ago and all the employees were chatting in the back storage area. One young girl came out to take my order but the other employee's conversation must have been so intense, they didn't come out to make the order for about five minutes. An employee came out to stock the meats before they made my order. The fountain machine was also out of a drink choice they knew about, just chose to chat as oppose to working. There is really no excuse for this. I've worked fast food before and I'm aware of how hard it can be but I was the only customer ordering and their were six employees. I'm over feeling like a burden while I'm spending money on a product. If you hate your job that much then quit! read more

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of this restaurant today. The floor near the soda machine was so sticky you could not even walk near it, pop spilled all over the floor. The trash bins needed to be wiped on the top, they were filthy. Overall, I was not impressed. You would think with so many workers, one of them could go out in the lobby area and do some cleaning. read more

Horrible slow service. It took them 1/2 hour to make a salad. There were 6 people behind the counter and only one was a cashier. It would have taken much longer had I not asked. Ridiculous read more

Can't tell you how much I love the environment in this restaurant, the staff are always so friendly, I get family vibes every time I walk in. Food is always great, without fail. Favorite place to go when I'm in Parker! read more

Excellent. I have been saved... We visited for the first time, on Sunday afternoon and they were so crowded that we waited for a table. I had low expectations as chain sandwich shops in CO as a whole, pale in comparison to anything from the east coast (in fact, they should be a little embarrassed to call their food quality) but we thought we'd give it a shot. Hubby had the Italian Combo, I had the Veggie combo. Awesome. It was one of the few Veggie sandwiches that the maker didn't feel compelled to but rank guacamole on (that look of disgust is aimed in the direction of you, Quizno's...gag). It was fresh, hot and delicious. A mix of sauteed peppers, mushrooms and onions with melty cheese, lettuce tomato and mayo, with some kind of a drippy but delicious sauce. I loved it and ate every bite. Hubby loved his too - though I'd recommend ordering a medium unless you like a massive sandwich or plan to take some home. The medium is very generous. The prices were fair, and while I'm not going to say it's the best sammy I've had (I stay true to the mom n' pops from back east) it's one of the best I've found in CO (note to the people of CO - Heidi's Deli, Smiling Moose, Quiznos, Spicy Pickle, Subway, Black Cow Deli, Which Wich, BackCountry, etc., all suck...big time...and if you think they don't, you've probably never had a real sandwich). This was a refreshing find amongst the other chain 'sandwich shops' (most of which I'd rather eat sand or a witch than what they serve). read more

i eat lunch in this Firehouse Sub at least twice a week and the staff is GREAT!! Always friendly, and in fact, they often remember my order and start typing it in as I approach the register. Great place to eat lunch!!! read more

This is my kids favorite sub shop, mostly because of the pop machine where you can make your own soda creations! The subs here are pretty good. Not excellent, but good. The staff is personable, and offers decent customer service. A couple of weird things. I went for dinner with my 9 year old son, and a Rush Limbaugh type news show was on their TV kind of loudly, with adult topics. Made our dinner a bit akward as I tried to distract him from the adult material....strange choice I thought for a family restaurant. Also, this place is new, but it appears that the toilets in the ladies room haven't been scrubbed since opening. Sorry...just saying. read more

Fast service, fresh ingredients. My 12-year old gives the steak and cheese sub 5 stars.

Firehouse subs in Parker is excellent! Friendly people and a great menu. I would say the best sub in Parker. Try the brisket sub, it's amazing. read more

Just ok. The staff was very friendly, the soda machine was pretty cool and I was impressed with the vast array of hot sauces. But the reason I came here - a sandwich - didn't really leave much of an impression on me. read more

Terrible Firehouse location. I am never going back. I was picking up a rapid order my fiancé placed and was basically accused of stealing. I went to grab a cookie and the manager said I didn't have one on my order. Come to find out, I did, and it was a free one that was redeemed on the app. She was extremely rude during this whole time, while I was trying to be nice. After that happened, I asked for napkins since there weren't any in my bag and she said " Go grab one off the table". Wow, once again I smiled and said ok no problem trying to be nice. Lastly, I grabbed a cup for a drink thinking the meal was a combo, she rudely said no and made take the cup all the way back to where I got it. I said sorry, trying to be kind since I was just unsure of the order, she didn't have to be so rude. No one needs to be treated that way and hopefully it's not happening to others. Never coming back, terrible service and this is NOT this first time we've had a bad experience here. read more

Great service and friendly staff. My personal favorite is the brisket, always hits the spot! If your looking for a sandwich that is just a step above your average sub sandwich, then this is the place for you. Also, a big fan of the meatball sub, so big and delicious, you need a fork to finish it! read more

Simply the best! Great customer service, great food with a wide variety of selections to choose from and great hours. And all of this at a reasonable price! !! read more

This is a restaurant that does not support its community. When asked for a donation, the management simply ignored the request. If you can't or don't want to donate--it's perfectly acceptable to decline. But that's just it, you couldn't even address me personally, respond to my emails or return phone calls--you chose to ignore the request attempts. We're not talking about one or two attempts but you had no less than seven opportunities to say, "Thanks but no thanks". Get a sense of professionalism and exercise a little less cowardly behavior. We'll take our team to another local restaurant--it won't be yours. read more
