Very disappointed with the quality of the sub sandwiches we ordered from Firehouse Subs in Parker. I figured for the price of the subs that they would be better that Subway. The turkey sub I ordered for my wife had so little turkey on it that my wife laughed at it when I brought it home. Luckily, we had extra sandwich meat to put on it in our fridge. Also, their beverage machine wasn't working, so no soda. For the price, I will stick to Subway or Jersey Mikes! read more

I have been here a few times before and it was always a good experience, but this time I was very impressed! The store was packed with people and the line to order was 4 parties deep. I only waited 10 mins for my sandwich. The employees there were obviously working as hard as possible to get everyone's food ready in a timely manner. They were so polite too. And in what little down time they had, they would come out to the floor and clean. Amazing service and as always, great food! read more

I went in today and was told there would be a 10-15 minute wait. 45 minutes later, I received my food. Throughout this time, when I asked about my order, I was always told I was "next" and never was. Several customers and I complained about the wait, but the employees didn't seem to care. I also didn't see a manager trying to alleviate the customer complaints or speed up the process. I've always enjoyed Firehouse Subs, but I will not be returning after this experience. read more

Awful customer service! Went in at 8:30, 30 minutes before closing, on a Wednesday night, and was asked if we were "dining in or taking out" we told the gentleman we were dining in and he said "actually can we change that to taking out cuz we are closing in "5 min"!!" I love this place. It's always busy on the weekends and a bit loud with kids from sporting events running all over. The new soda machine is my boys favorite. Bottles and bottles of hot sauce with an easy to use number system. Let's face it, a sub is a sub, but these are great! read more

I'm over it. I really like Firehouse Subs but this location is awful. Every time I've been in there, the employees act as though I'm inconveniencing them just by walking in the door. I was there a few days ago and all the employees were chatting in the back storage area. One young girl came out to take my order but the other employee's conversation must have been so intense, they didn't come out to make the order for about five minutes. An employee came out to stock the meats before they made my order. The fountain machine was also out of a drink choice they knew about, just chose to chat as oppose to working. There is really no excuse for this. I've worked fast food before and I'm aware of how hard it can be but I was the only customer ordering and their were six employees. I'm over feeling like a burden while I'm spending money on a product. If you hate your job that much then quit! read more

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of this restaurant today. The floor near the soda machine was so sticky you could not even walk near it, pop spilled all over the floor. The trash bins needed to be wiped on the top, they were filthy. Overall, I was not impressed. You would think with so many workers, one of them could go out in the lobby area and do some cleaning. read more

Excellent. I have been saved... We visited for the first time, on Sunday afternoon and they were so crowded that we waited for a table. I had low expectations as chain sandwich shops in CO as a whole, pale in comparison to anything from the east coast (in fact, they should be a little embarrassed to call their food quality) but we thought we'd give it a shot. Hubby had the Italian Combo, I had the Veggie combo. Awesome. It was one of the few Veggie sandwiches that the maker didn't feel compelled to but rank guacamole on (that look of disgust is aimed in the direction of you, Quizno's...gag). It was fresh, hot and delicious. A mix of sauteed peppers, mushrooms and onions with melty cheese, lettuce tomato and mayo, with some kind of a drippy but delicious sauce. I loved it and ate every bite. Hubby loved his too - though I'd recommend ordering a medium unless you like a massive sandwich or plan to take some home. The medium is very generous. The prices were fair, and while I'm not going to say it's the best sammy I've had (I stay true to the mom n' pops from back east) it's one of the best I've found in CO (note to the people of CO - Heidi's Deli, Smiling Moose, Quiznos, Spicy Pickle, Subway, Black Cow Deli, Which Wich, BackCountry, etc., all suck...big time...and if you think they don't, you've probably never had a real sandwich). This was a refreshing find amongst the other chain 'sandwich shops' (most of which I'd rather eat sand or a witch than what they serve). read more

This is my kids favorite sub shop, mostly because of the pop machine where you can make your own soda creations! The subs here are pretty good. Not excellent, but good. The staff is personable,and offers decent customer service. A couple of weird things. I went for dinner with my 9 year old son, and a Rush Limbaugh type news show was on their TV kind of loudly, with adult topics. Made our dinner a bit akward as I tried to distract him from the adult material....strange choice I thought for a family restaurant. Also, this place is new, but it appears that the toilets in the ladies room haven't been scrubbed since opening. Sorry...just saying. read more

Terrible Firehouse location. I am never going back. I was picking up a rapid order my fiancé placed and was basically accused of stealing. I went to grab a cookie and the manager said I didn't have one on my order. Come to find out, I did, and it was a free one that was redeemed on the app. She was extremely rude during this whole time, while I was trying to be nice. After that happened, I asked for napkins since there weren't any in my bag and she said " Go grab one off the table". Wow, once again I smiled and said ok no problem trying to be nice. Lastly, I grabbed a cup for a drink thinking the meal was a combo, she rudely said no and made take the cup all the way back to where I got it. I said sorry, trying to be kind since I was just unsure of the order, she didn't have to be so rude. No one needs to be treated that way and hopefully it's not happening to others. Never coming back, terrible service and this is NOT this first time we've had a bad experience here. read more

This is a restaurant that does not support its community. When asked for a donation, the management simply ignored the request. If you can't or don't want to donate--it's perfectly acceptable to decline. But that's just it, you couldn't even address me personally, respond to my emails or return phone calls--you chose to ignore the request attempts. We're not talking about one or two attempts but you had no less than seven opportunities to say, "Thanks but no thanks". Get a sense of professionalism and exercise a little less cowardly behavior. We'll take our team to another local restaurant--it won't be yours. read more
