Waited 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Watched employees hang out and not do anything to progress my order or the 2 people ahead of me. Asked for a refund after 45 minutes and still no sandwiches. They scrambled to make my order when confronted. Left the store with no refund and no food. The customer service is beyond terrible. No one knew how to process the refund so I will dispute the charge on my card. read more

At this point I'm in disbelief this place is still open. Whoever is the franchise owner here doesn't care, or just doesn't go to the store to see the travesty of workers they have. Consistently great food. I've been going to this location for about four years now and they have stayed consistent. Tonight the guys working there all greeted me with a big hello. I came in pretty close to closing time and apologized for being late but they said they were happy to have me as a customer. The place was so clean too. I just love it. I don't eat at Firehouse Subs often. I came here for this particular visit for my birthday sub sandwich and selected the Medium Prime Rib Steak. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately greeted pleasantly by one of the employees. I was assisted throughout with my questions answered. The ambiance was quiet with a slight humming from the machines, but it was peaceful in which I opted to sit inside at the bar window seating area and enjoyed the view as I ate my sandwich. I don't eat pork and was pleased that this prime rib steak was an option. The different flavors complimented each other and it was a delight to consume. I love the convenience of the location of this restaurant and the different options they offer from cold to warm subs. read more

I haven't been to this location in a while and today I was craving a Hook and Ladder! Even though they weren't busy, I couldn't help but observe how dirty the restaurant was. I went around 1:30PM and it was in terrible shape. I understand the staffing shortages that businesses are experiencing but they should never compromise cleanliness. My wife and I love firehouse subs, but the service at this location was terrible. We made our order online and went to pick up the order. I checked the bag and we had the two subs so I didn't check any further. Once we got home, we noticed my pregnant wife's order was wrong. It was a completely different sub. My sub was right, but now I have to put it in the fridge and make another trip to get hers made again. We called the phone number first and no one answered. When I get there I tell them and they just laugh and say oh you put this sub in there bag instead. So they've messed up two orders. Laughed about it and the fact that we've had to make another trip. The remake the sub, but now my sub is already cold at home. To top it off, neither of the employees had on hair nets, hats, or visors. One of the employees had EarPods in both of his ears so much so that he couldn't even hear when I asked for my receipt back. Very unprofessional, and also against heath code. And the receipt was printed with a survey website on the back, which says the survey is no longer available when you try to take it. Will not be going to this location again. read more

This place has always had great subs, but this new pepperoni pizza meatball sub is the BOMB!! Next time I go I'm thinking about just getting a foot long. I stopped in this location while hanging out with my sister for what we thought was going to be a quick bite to eat. Sadly, that was far from the case as we waited 30-minutes for our food. While waiting, we observed several people who arrived well after us, pick up their food and leave. Not one time did we hear anyone apologize for the wait or see the four staff members work with a sense of urgency to take care of all the patrons. We observed a black, female employee talking on the phone with a pair of gloves in her hand while standing partially in the kitchen. This same female was wearing the face mask with her nose fully exposed while on the cook line. Several times, we observed the associates leave the line for product but never wash their hands upon returning to the kitchen line (per the health code). There were so many patrons inside the location that social distancing was not possible. We saw zero leadership to fix the chaos. read more

This location has been steadily going downhill for years. Poor service. Unclean store and indifferent employees. Last night we walked into a store with only one customer at a table and yet neither employee could be bothered to greet us or acknowledge us. One employee never even looked at us ... and the other looked at us while we stood by the counter waiting to be served and then looked away. We stood there for several minutes as if we were invisible. And there was at least one other employee in the back that never came to see if we needed help. And it's not like they were slammed with orders. They flat out just did not care that we were there. Having enough we left and went to a different location. And guess what? The other location was slammed with customers, only had two employees working and yet they greeted us, were extremely friendly and had our food ready promptly. All with a thank you and have a great day. There's literally no excuse for the poor service at this location. Hire better people. Train them better. Be accountable. Chick-fil-A does it. Arby's does it. Your other location does it. I'm looking at you management and ownership. Do better. There are far too many choices out there. read more

My husband loved his #3 steamer. Mother hated her #7 steak and cheese. I felt my #8 engineer sub was satisfactory. Overall the service was bland and quite confusing. We could not understand the cashier and she could not understand us. I ordered a combo but the cashier did not give me a cup or instruct me to get chips. Very odd to see the poor communication of the staff. The place was empty at 12:15pm so it was not too loud or distracting. Came in with my parents and brother in law tonight. I ordered the Italian sub with jalapeños, bell peppers, and black olives. When I got it I was missing some of my toppings and when I asked for them again I was told by the manager that they were almost out..... I asked for what they had. This is the second time I'm leaving a 1 star review. They always fail to get your order wrong and the food is always cold and at times you end up waiting more than 45 minutes for a medium sandwich. I went in and ordered the vegetarian on whole wheat with out onions and tomatoes. I also requested them to go light on the sauces because I don't like my sandwich to be soggy and I asked them to toast it extra crispy. The gentleman suggested a hot sauce for my sandwhich. The sandwich was perfect, it tasted amazing and the sauce added a great flavorful kick to it. They greeted me when I came in and they said goodbye when I left. They were patient and attentive. When ordering one of my sandwiches the large man with the deep voice proceeded to get angry with me for wanting to add onions to a meatball sub. In the 2-1/2 years since I wrote my original review, I've had 3 meatball subs, each of which had at least one nasty, old, hard meatball in it. It's bad enough to make you stop eating the rest of the sub. I've previously contacted management about the nasty meatball problem but yesterday's meatball sub had the same problem.
