One of our favorite subs are " Cajun chicken" and "Italian sub" . Yummy! But I love all of their subs, which ever you choose on the menu you can't go wrong. All the subs that I have tried did not disappoint me at all. They were all delicious! They have a huge variety of sauces! Firehouse has a rewards program which is easy to sign up for and use. It's Tuesday 7/9/24 at about 4 pm. Nice clean place and well lite. The counter facing the parking lot could have used a little cleaning. All the tables and the floor was very clean. No greeting upon arrival or when leaving. No smiles. These pretty girls need to be more welcoming. The food was served hot and fresh. While our subs were a bit pricey, they were very good. Me and my husband ordered dinner last night for us. We waited 5 minutes for our order to be taken, which is normal. But what we didn't expect was what was in our food. My husband got the brisket sandwich, barely any meat on the sandwich. I got a hook'n'ladder, which is my usual go to, I was really disappointed. We get home and eat I get 2 bites in and I'm pulling white parchment paper out of my mouth.. they wasn't really busy, there was 1 table and 2 call in orders ahead of us. Their pickles were pitiful compared to what we're used to. All in all would not go back to this location. Huge fail. Dont go at 1:33pm on a Monday. I showed up at 1:11pm and there were several employees and a guy who seemed like a manager or boss man. Order was late. Sandwhiches were wrong. Had it delivered. My husband's sandwich was on wheat ,which he is allergic to, it had the wrong double cheese on it. It was missing items that were clearly on the print out. My sub was also wrong in that it was missing black olives. Had we been in our car eating tonight were as dark as it was, his allergy would have closed his throat and he could have died. They even gave us a chipotle salad we didn't order. When we called to straighten things out the phone had a busy signal for 20 minutes !!! I would NOT recommend them. Came here to pick up my bday sub. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. She advised I complete a survey for a free drink. I went next door to Cold Stone, filled out the survey, and went back to get my free drink. The manager was using the restroom and the young lady with pig tails said I would have to wait for the manager to come back out. The pig tail young lady also questioned if I was sure I was at the same location I just ordered at. I doubt anyone is that absent minded. So I just left, I can get the free drink next time hopefully. read more

I went to buy a sandwich for lunch and ordered the turkey bacon ranch which is a hot sub. I ordered it to go and took it home to eat. When I started eating something didn't seem right so I looked in the sandwhich and there was no turkey and no cheese!! They obviously don't care about doing their job right or pay any attention at all to what they are doing. Who makes a turkey sandwich with no meat!! Incidentally it also wasn't hot. A complete failure to deliver a simple sandwich. I had to work hard all afternoon without any protein so wasn't feeling too good by the end of the day. I had tried to call the restaurant at lunchtime but their phone doesn't work. I contacted the online chat for Firehouse subs and the only response I got was that the restaurant would get back to me about the problem, which they never did. I was finally able to get through to the restaurant in the evening and the person I spoke to said they could give me a refund if I came into the restaurant with my receipt. So I had to go all the way back to the restaurant the next day to get a refund for the sandwich. While I am grateful that they gave me a refund having to go back there was an inconvenience and I really think they could have done better than this. It's pretty bad that a sandwich shop would give you a meat sandwich with no meat, the main ingredient! Seriously unbelievable. read more

Ordered the new Thanksgiving sub and the Italian sub. When received they put the cranberry sauce on the Italian and Lettuce for the Italian on the Thanksgiving sub. Ok, no big deal everyone makes mistakes but cranberry sauce on an Italian??? Upon calling them and bringing the order back didn't say sorry and on top when the guy said it was his mistake the employees started laughing which was very unprofessional. The Engineer and the New York Steamer are extremely good (the latter being hearty and savory, whereas the former is a little more lean and clean). I love the pastrami in the new york steamer but there's not a lot of meat at this location. I remember going to the Firehouse Sub in FL and really enjoying the sandwiches which, while expensive, where great value due to how overstuffed they were with delicious meat. These sandwiches are out of meat about an inch from each end of the sub and even the middle is 75% bread. The little bit of pastrami there is is tasty though. The store is clean and well-kept. Wish they would consider not using cardboard containers to reduce environmental waste/footprint. read more

I want online and left a pretty nice review, but it did not give me a chance to put my complaint in about the ridiculously horrendous poor customer service from the young lady Diana taking my order I will ask her questions about the menu and she turns her back to me and sticks to the board so that I cannot hear her. There is music playing in the background, and the home of all of the machines Freezers whatever was a very loud and then she turns around and speaks like a little mouse, and seemed annoyed that I could still not hear her. Then the young man came out two of them were flirting, and appeared to be joking about me amongst themselves and slobbering all over each other, which I understand I was a young man at one point, but shame on the management for not noticing the completely unprofessional behavior of your employees, but I really did like the sub. My family loves onions... LOTS of them. About 2 years ago, even though my father offers to pay extra, another location asked my father not to come back because he asked for too many onions with his orders. As ridiculous as this sounds... it's true! How much does an onion cost? $0.98/lb?!? He was a loyal customer, so I took it all the way to corporate. The district manager was kind and really went above and beyond to make it right but my father kindly declined and decided not to eat at Firehouse Subs anymore. Until this location. We LOVE the manager named Stephanie here. They make us the BEST subs exactly the way my family likes them. They never skimp and provided us with wonderful service and make delicious subs.
