Nothing tastes like it's been sitting around for too long. The new pretzel cheddar club is really good. I usually love their limited time offers but they come and go so that's the only part that's not so great. Stopped by this location one evening, this location is in the heart of downtown and hours of operation are 6:30a.m.-11p.m. I've noticed that after dining here a week or so ago that all Chick-fil-A locations don't look at Quantity anymore. My Market Salad was made fresh and they gave me a decent selection of grilled chicken. This salad was worth the $10.98. Even though they could upgrade the lettuce from Rabbit lettuce. This is such a great store that is centrally located near Rancho and Sahara/Alta area. Spacious, clean, covered drive thru where Christopher took my order. He had a menu in hand for me to review and I was able to decide quickly and selected the Spicy Chicken Sandwich (it's fried) combo with fries and a coke. Food was ready in a few moments as the cars moved quickly. I got a side of mayo for the sandwich and it was perfect. I parked in a shaded spot near the mature landscaping out front that acts as a nice buffer to the street and freeway. The chicken was perfectly cooked with a great crunch, zesty spice, inside a lightly toasted yet soft bun. I really enjoyed eating such a quality fast food sandwich!! The fries were fresh and crisp! Soda was cool and refreshing. Such a satisfying meal after driving around doing errands. Great spot to just chill and relax. Close to downtown Vegas as well, and took me about 10 minutes to get to my next stop, with an easy exit with a light off Rancho to Alta. read more

Any time I have to run an errand over this side of town, I'll make the stop. One of the best fast food restaurant ran by the best trained, educated, serviceable and friendly staff. It's just amazing! Nicely organized drive thru location with two lanes. Plenty of free parking and conveniently located next to freeway. The interior was clean. Food and service was good. Sometimes when you're in a hurry and grab food to go, you get home only to realize something is missing -- and it can really ruin your day. That happened to me at Chick-fil-A when one of my sandwiches wasn't in the bag. I called, and they kindly asked if I could come back. When I explained I couldn't, they simply took my name and told me I could pick it up the next time I came in. Fast forward two weeks later, I went back, fully expecting they wouldn't remember me. I ordered delivery on Uber Eats I'm going off of location it probably came from this store. Got a salad and a grilled egg breakfast. Chicken sandwich. First thing in the morning. That salad was actually so fresh and refreshing! Really really big potion size in there and a good amount of fruits as well. Proper balance of the fruit and the blue cheese and the lettuce. I didn't ask for any protein and didn't add any of the toppings but put my own Sriracha sauce on there and it was a perfect low calorie high volume nutritious side. I get there, and i still wait 30 minutes in the lobby to get my food, making me late to my meeting. Upon arriving to my meeting, i realize i can only feed half of my employees, because 15 sandwiches are missing. How do you make me wait 30 minutes and forget 100 dollars worth of food. Quick question. Why, does the grilled chicken sandwich have over 100 ingredients. I thought it was 100% chicken? Obviously that was a lie. The waffle fries 4 different oils. what the heck. Why do you need an anti-foaming ingredient in the chicken? The same ingredient found in silly putty. The Mac and cheese isn't safe either. Close to the strip off Sahara and right across from Palace Station casino. This location has a smaller parking lot due to how they designed the drive thru lanes which is convenient for when it's busy, though otherwise, a bit of wasted space in my view. The food is on par with other locations and fairly consistent. Just wish they had longer operating hours, even if just the drive thru since it is so close to the strip. Don't quite get closing so early even on weekends. You'll get what you expect from this location. read more

Drive thru great. The attendant helped us efficiently and took our order exactly as given. The receipt verified that. When we received our order we did not receive one order of fries. This store is not run like the others. No one in drive through to take orders, slowing down food production. Go inside and people aren't trained well, nor do they listen well. Simple orders and b/c they don't listen, erasing orders, getting management when it seems like an easy fix, but when you're not trained, easy fixes are hard. I now only go there because not other options, but after today I may have to not go again. The service is just not up to par with other CFA's and competition. I've waited over 20 min in drive through 2-3 times. And inside, hoping it would be faster. It was indeed not faster. I think I've been to this Chick-fil-A an embarrassing amount of times over the past few months, as it's been my #1 pregnancy craving. This location never disappoints! They are located in a bit of a crowded area, lots of traffic nearby sometimes. The restaurant itself is clean and has lots of seating as they do get very busy both in drive through and inside. I always dine inside and even with a full dining room, food always comes out fast and hot and fresh! All of the employees are nice and have great attitudes. I sometimes even see the location owner/director out running food to guests, and I love to see an owner actually helping out their staff when needed. We were there for their 5 year anniversary of being open, and got to see three employees being recognized and given college scholarships, which is such an amazing opportunity and benefit from the company. Food is great, your standard Chick-fil-A food. I always go with the classic sandwich with extra pickles, and my husband loves the nuggets. Fries always upgraded to large for only 40 cents.. and get the mac n cheese too. So good. Thank you so much CFA for existing!! read more

Totally agree with the other review about the service at this place - if you're used to the pleasant "my pleasure"s and competent employees, lower your expectations before coming to this location. It is seemingly run by a bunch of high school kids with no "adult" supervising... I can't believe they get away with some of the ways they do things. The owner is noticeably absent compared to other locations (or maybe doesn't care about it). Things that have happened include but not limited to: a drive thru person not providing a menu when asked, holding up a line of 10 cars to chat with a car of their friends, charging my card instead of using app because they didn't want to have to ask a manager how to do it...and there are plenty more. Food is still fine, but not worth the aggravating experience IMO. read more

Best experience we've had at chic fil an and we've been eating chic fil a for years. Josh has to be the best chic fil an employee I've ever encountered. He greeted us the minute we walked in then came over to check and make sure we had the right order and were satisfied once it arrived.
