And plus who doesn't love jam, right? They have a lot of variety of jams and jelly. We bought strawberry, blueberry, apricot and jalapeno flavours. They also have a restaurant on side which serves breakfast and lunch, however we didn't have much time for that. Service was okay. When we entered there was a lady on counter, however she didn't bother to greet or help. They have plenty of parking and beautiful flowers planted around. Overall a very good place and would definitely recommend if you're in Kelowna.

This summer I had an experience with Little Hobo and the amazing Crystal. She offered to blend it, which was a great solution. I waited, and then when the soup came, she simply said, "It's been taken care of." For anyone who has ever been through cancer or cared for someone who is going through it or a serious illness, you know that feeling of utterly loneliness and overwhelm. Like nobody understands what you are going through, and you just have to keep yourself under control or you will lose it. Well, this act of kindness did me in. I broke down in tears, Crystal, the counter lady -- the human form of kindness and love -- took me outside. She told me that cancer sucks, but it would get better. Well, Crystal, it has gotten better. The soup was amazing, but more importantly that small act of kindness gave me the strength to keep going that day. I will never forget that gesture. I didn't get the chance to go back, which I will always regret. Keep doing what you are doing folks. You do more than make awesome food. Your soup and sandwiches nourish souls as well as bodies.

Wasn't sure what to expect from this place as Kelowna restaurants can be overhyped. This is Mexican…read morewith a twist. The interior is very cute with vibrant decor. There is a salsa bar-- the hot salsas are actually spicy. Some of the salsas were hit or miss, probably about 1/4 were good, 1/4 were ok and then the rest were rather bland or meh. The fire roasted salsa that came with the chips was actually the best one. We had two mains to share. The chile relleno was super interesting because it was actually stuffed with mean and rice, which is not traditional. The mole was rich and sweet, as expected. Portions are quite large and these dishes are heavy/rich so it's quite filling. I guess their most popular items are the tacos, but that seemed rather lame and is likely because a lot of people are not familiar with these other dishes. The cocktail list could use some revamping. There were a lot of cheap spirits bring used and it gave all inclusive resort cocktails vibe. They need a real mixologist to come in and give them some recipes so that they have authentic margaritas and other drinks without the sugary sweet frat party liquor. They just need to focus on better quality spirits and a more Mexico focused liquor list. Staff was super nice and friendly. I think they brought the chips and salsa as we had been waiting awhile for our food. Overall, I would recommend this place as it was priced fairly and the food was quite good. Is this authentic? Not really from the "modern" aspect, but they do a good job of melding the traditional with the new.
