Very poor customer service. IT ISN'T OPEN ON SATURDAY MORNINGS THOUGH THEY ADVERTISE THEY ARE. I…read moredrove 25 miles to get there and discovered this, had to make a trip back only to be ignored. I'll take my business elsewhere.

If you need stone, avoid this place. The original stone I…read morepurchased just didn't go well. In fact it was never laid and was still on the pallets in my front yard. When I called to exchange it for different stone, they refused. I explained I'd dispute it with my credit card for which they threatening litigation. So essentially I was stuck with $2500 worth of stone I didn't like and couldn't use. I then get a call from Neil who would talk over me, was rude and acted like he was doing me a favor by exchanging the stone. I was suggested to call Scottsdale and let them know what happened, which I did and their tune somewhat changed until I went in person to purchase the other stone. Again, disrespected from the staff and I literally asked them if they wanted my business or not, that I wasn't there to argue. I was told I was a "crock of shit" and they were doing me a favor. Needless to say, the stone was exchanged and I was overcharged by $200. Rather than arguing with an idiot, I let it go and finally got the stone I needed/wanted. From my personal and professional opinion, their customer service blows, they're disrespectful in all sense of the word even if they have a good selection of stone. If you need recommendations on other places to purchase stone, I can put you in touch with my mason who suggested I don't do business with them after the initial incident.

It's always a great place to look for things that are usable at a great price. Found a weight bar that was practically brand new. Always check this place out! You never know what you might find!

I was so disappointed in this store. The pricing is full retail in most cases and on things that…read moreare clearly worn. Some of this stuff is nice but who's paying $1,100 for a used leather couch? Or $450 on a used medium sized storage cabinet! Oh but we were supposed to happy about that price because it was reduced from $660-ish! I don't care how MCM cool it is. This is a secondhand store. It was actually insulting. $45 for a coffee maker stand with burn marks on the top of it. We went to At Home 30 minutes later and bought a nicer one, NEW for $50. A painted screen was priced at $500! The "art" was all over priced. A used trundle bed with chips and no mattress, $225. I could go on and on but this review is bumming me out. I guess some of these pieces are "worth" these prices somewhere but not at a store like this one. Also, the folks who work or volunteer there ignored our very friendly "Hello" and "good bye" and were more interested in their phones, shopping themselves or conversing with each other. Not one person asked if we could use some help even after I tried to get their attention. I have volunteered for Habitat for Humanity in years past and nothing about this place screams "we're here to help the community" On a better note, and I'm really digging here, they do have cheap paint. They also have lots of things for a house like toilets, headboards, lighting fixtures (if you're able to piece one together), conduit, tables, etc...... again I was very disappointed. I hope your experience is different but this is mine and I'm here with my truth. The two stars are for the fact that they're open 7 days a week, and that I find it very difficult to give 1 star because they DO have household things as advertised.

Our first time out here with the construction, and street rennovations, it is on the opposite side…read moreof the freeway, and roads closed around it, was sort of tricky to find it but we did, we are doing some things to the home and with the price of materials whether it be wood, bath, outdoor, etc. this place is much much better, it was actuallty a good experience and the staff are friendly and helpful, and it was Affordable depending on what you get. I loved it. They have out doors and indoors also. Some of the stuff well, you get to pick thru or ask for help, some is brand new and other gently used pieces, others are used. It is LIKE PICK A PART, but Gently used and New a little of BOTH. Next time and will definitely be back for sure! 1 out of 10, I give it a 8 out of 10! So until next time, Stay Shopping!

This place shouldn't be expected to come with perfection, anywhere! It is a USED items 'store' per se. With that in mind, some items have reasonably decent prices (you have to look!) and many others are a bit on the top end which dissatisfies many. Take it for what it's worth... I found all employees polite and assistful. I didn't try bargaining but I suppose it's worth a try. Items are somewhat unorganized but if you ask someone, they'll guide you to a specific area if they've got it. Not a bad place by no means, but prices could be a tad better IMO. I enjoyed my visit, and now know the majority of their stock. It's worth a visit just so you know their inventory since there aren't many of these store around town per se.
