On this job they went above and beyond what was expected when on the last day of the job, during final grading, they ran into a buried concrete footer from a long-ago deck. Within an hour they had a bobcat come to dig it out and haul it away. No extra charge. We like that he will break down a large request into multiple components so we can see the price of each part. Excellent service and completion of the jobs. His crews are skilled, not just day laborers. Bay Avenue is a big enough company to have the skills, equipment, and experience for whatever you might need, but small enough that the owner is on top of every job and answers your phone calls quickly.
