She gave us a complete tour of the place and followed up with scheduling the classes. We have attended another music school in the past but never had such a great customer service experience. You start at exactly the time you are suppose to be there at and you end at that exact time, not a second earlier. The service and lessons feel very impersonal and it was not a good vibe to start lessons. Also, you cannot reschedule your appointment if your child is sick or you cannot attend for a reason. You get a online lesson sent to you, not the one on one you paid for. WAA does explain this to us in the beginning, but at the end, this was one of the many reasons we didn't move forward. If you are looking for violin lessons, look for someone that specializes in only that instrument. We did not get that here.

Music is happiness. And everybody could do with a little…read morebit of that in their life, right? I've been taking piano lessons for over a year now with Ms. Kaori, and I couldn't be happier. She is a very understanding, patient, caring and kind teacher. I believe she is able to read my mind because she chooses songs that I listen to and enjoy, like songs from Studio Ghibli and still challenges me with other great pieces. I'm a college student and just started a little over a year ago, and I find myself playing the piano to relax (if I'm not sleeping that is). I still manage to be able to play songs from the great composers such as Bach, Chopin, and Mozart with what little time I can actually practice. So if I can do it, you can do it! :) If you wish to learn piano, now is the time and 10 River is the place to start; you can take piano lessons whether you are a complete novice or a gifted pianist. Just remember that piano is like life, what you get out of it is how much you put into it.

Feels like a blast from the past, it's giving 80s retro-ish vibes for sure. Among other things, lots of second hand instruments (guitars obvi, electric violins, pianos, etc), audio equipment, jewelry, watches, clothing, shoes, art-- so many things to look at. Found several rings I liked and the manager, Mat, was patient and genial. He did not make me feel rushed, allowed me to take my time, and even offered to check my ring sizes. Moreover, he even offered resize a ring that was a little on the larger size. I opted for a gold ring that he tested to assure its quality and though he had polished it previously, offered to polish it again. Solid dude for sure. Understandably daunting given the extra secured entrance, but we were greeted when we came in and all the staff were inviting and friendly. Quality customer service for sure.
