This is just sharing my experience with voilin lessons I received here. They assign you a person…read morethat knows violin, but is not specialized in it. The person we had nit pick time with us. You start at exactly the time you are suppose to be there at and you end at that exact time, not a second earlier. The service and lessons feel very impersonal and it was not a good vibe to start lessons. Also, you cannot reschedule your appointment if your child is sick or you cannot attend for a reason. You get a online lesson sent to you, not the one on one you paid for. WAA does explain this to us in the beginning, but at the end, this was one of the many reasons we didn't move forward. If you are looking for violin lessons, look for someone that specializes in only that instrument. We did not get that here.

Music is happiness. And everybody could do with a little…read morebit of that in their life, right? I've been taking piano lessons for over a year now with Ms. Kaori, and I couldn't be happier. She is a very understanding, patient, caring and kind teacher. I believe she is able to read my mind because she chooses songs that I listen to and enjoy, like songs from Studio Ghibli and still challenges me with other great pieces. I'm a college student and just started a little over a year ago, and I find myself playing the piano to relax (if I'm not sleeping that is). I still manage to be able to play songs from the great composers such as Bach, Chopin, and Mozart with what little time I can actually practice. So if I can do it, you can do it! :) If you wish to learn piano, now is the time and 10 River is the place to start; you can take piano lessons whether you are a complete novice or a gifted pianist. Just remember that piano is like life, what you get out of it is how much you put into it.

Received a gift certificate for this shop back in June, and went to finally use it last night…read more Loved that my gift certificate had no time limit on it, which was so nice, and I didn't have to use the whole thing up in one visit. Found everything I needed which was a guitar tuner, an acoustic guitar case, a capo, a cleaning kit for my guitar, a guitar strap, and also got a bunch of free Ernie Ball picks that I really loved. People working there were really nice and friendly, even though we did come in the shop only 20 min before they were closing, telling us we could take our time, and there were not in a rush, which was really nice of them. Saw some really cool rare guitars, which are normally hard to find (for a left-handed person!), so definitely will be back to this shop again! 100% recommend.
