Chef John Benton has created a menu that doesn't deprive you of enjoying the finer things in life all while not sacrificing your wallet. I chose my go to and ordered a blueberry mule. Didn't taste much blueberry but it was very refreshing so no complaints here. I've been craving spinach artichoke dip. We loved his take on this due to quite a few places having just a little spinach versus his that was very generous. Those chips were some of the best we have had. My husband chose the Short Rib Stroganoff. This in his opinion, is one of the best entrees they serve up. I chose the Shrimp Bruschetta Pasta and asked if they could accommodate adding some grilled chicken. It was just a $5 charge for that addition. the cream was light but flavorful. That garlic bread was so full of garlic cheesiness! Server Joseph was great and we enjoyed his efficiency with everything we ordered. He was attentive but not overly attentive. Nobody wants a server that when you look up they are staring at you every 5 minutes. Especially when you're trying to get your romantic evening started. Great night and great experience.
